The Drinking wine in F'hain - event is back! Enjoy good company, meet old friends while having a good glas of wine. The winebar wein&gut offers different types of wine as well as nonalcoholic drinks. Lately they also offer nonalcoholic wine and sparkling wine, which is quite exquisite. This event costs 2€ for covering meetup fees and my effords. Please pay at the counter. During the evening we will offer different fingerfood for affordable price. The event starts at 6pm, but the winebar is already open. The event ends around 9pm. A four year running tradition: We meet near S Treptower Park, walk to Plänterwald and collect wild garlic to make our own Pesto. Der **Wunderlauch** (Allium paradoxum), auch **Berliner Bärlauch** genannt, stammt ursprünglich aus dem **Kaukasus** und wurde als Zier- oder Nutzpflanze nach Mitteleuropa eingeführt. In Berlin, insbesondere im **Plänterwald**, hat er sich stark ausgebreitet und gilt dort als **invasive Art**. A fun way to compare wines from two different countries at a time. House Wine is squaring off two countries' wines against each other each Thursday in March. March 12, March 19, March 26, and the Finals April 2nd. Meet and Greet format....show up after 7pm, pay your $15 at the cash register, get your wine glass, and enjoy. I will get a table reserved for the group. Remember, you may bring in your own food or takeout. Attendance is your agreement to the Group's Waiver of Liability terms. This session is open forum to share your current projects—whether complete or in progress, it’s all interesting! Whether you’re deep into embedded systems, exploring new ideas, or just getting started, you’ll find a welcoming space to collaborate, share, and get inspired. **New to electronics or curious about tinkering?** You’re absolutely welcome. If you’re a beginner and want to experiment, I’ll have a couple of starter kits available so you can try things out—whether that’s blinking your first LED, putting something on a display, or experimenting with simple sensors. No pressure and no experience required—just an interest in learning and building. While we continue to pursue a more permanent venue for this Meetup, we’ll be using public library facilities based on availability. We thought of one of the interesting things that can be enjoyed at this time of the year. We will be meeting at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for a "Fish Fry" in Marian Hall on Friday, March 27th at 5:00 PM. It might be fun for you to experience what has become a tradition on the Fridays before Easter. They will have fried fish or baked fish, French fries and Cole slaw, as well as beverages, all for $16.00 for adults. They will have other beverages and desserts available for sale, as well. We have never tried this, and sometimes there are quite a few people at these events so we hope that we will be able to find each other easily. I'll try to have signs outside Marian Hall that Identify our group. We hope to have you join us!
