**Music Therapy & Systemic Psychotherapy** My approach integrates music therapy and systemic psychotherapy to support emotional expression, connection, and transformation. Through sound, improvisation, and dialogue, we explore inner experiences, family dynamics, and relational patterns in a safe and creative space. The sessions invite awareness, playfulness, and presence — allowing music to become both mirror and bridge between what is felt and what can be spoken. Stefanie walks that path, I'll be waiting directly on the car park. A four year running tradition: We meet near S Treptower Park, walk to Plänterwald and collect wild garlic to make our own Pesto. Der **Wunderlauch** (Allium paradoxum), auch **Berliner Bärlauch** genannt, stammt ursprünglich aus dem **Kaukasus** und wurde als Zier- oder Nutzpflanze nach Mitteleuropa eingeführt. In Berlin, insbesondere im **Plänterwald**, hat er sich stark ausgebreitet und gilt dort als **invasive Art**. Wir sammeln die Blätter, waschen sie, mörsern sie mit Nüssen und Öl und essen frisches Pesto auf gutem Brot :)
