Fast Friending – Real Connections! (25-45/Drink Offer)
Has it been just you and your phone lately? It’s easy to feel connected yet still feel alone. Digital interactions can’t replace the warmth of eye contact, real laughter, and meaningful conversations. True connection happens when we step away from our screens and show up as ourselves — present, open, and engaged.
At Fast Friending, we create spaces where real relationships begin. - just genuine conversations and shared moments. Because nothing compares to meeting face-to-face, discovering common ground, and walking away with a connection that truly feels real.

\- This evening is for ladies and gents in the 21 to 45 age group\. While some will be at the younger end of this range there will also be others at the other end of the range and lots in\-between\! You will naturally gel with others of your own age range and so you will always find many attendees who fit your range\.
\- We are not a dating group\. Our events are not organised to manage your dating life\. Our group is created to help ladies and gents meet other like minded ladies and gents\. Please do not attend our event if a perfect gender balance is important for your enjoyment of our meet\-up\.

Feel & Grow Club — Going with the Flow
This week, we’ll explore the idea of flow, slowing down, and trusting life a little more.
What happens when we stop forcing, controlling, or resisting everything quite so much?
Can we allow ourselves to relax, notice what is present, and trust the process even when we don’t fully know where life is going?
This meetup is a calm reflective space with light grounding, awareness, and open conversation.
We may include:
• a short grounding practice
• a simple reflection question
• open sharing and listening
No pressure to speak or participate in any specific way.
Just a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and others.
📍 Location:
If the weather is good, we’ll meet outdoors in the park near Mikrokosmos and sit together on the grass in a relaxed picnic-style setting.
In case of rain or colder weather, we’ll meet indoors at Casino Luxembourg art gallery.
🕠 Wednesday, 17:30–18:30
👥 Small group format
A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess (Book vs Movie)
Join us for a deep dive discussion into *A Clockwork Orange* by Anthony Burgess comparing it with the iconic film adaptation by Stanley Kubrick.
We’ll explore themes of free will, morality, violence and how differently the story unfolds on page vs. screen.
VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
To keep the group meaningful and avoid no-shows, I’ll ask everyone who signs up to reconfirm via private message before the event. You will be automatically added to the waiting list and upon confirmation I will add you to the participation list. The exact location will be shared once your participation is confirmed a bit closer to the event date.
Looking forward to a thoughtful discussion!
