A curious psychologist turned artist, an imaginative online community & generative AI technology: What happens when they collide? Step into the unexpected — join us and shape the story! "Tales of Texture" is a collection of A3 sized mixed-media paintings, featuring unique and hand crafted textured elements (Texture Peelies). The series explores the dynamic interplay of vibrant, surreal neon colors and organic, earthy textures. With each piece the artist invites viewers to explore the depths of their own imagination and uncover hidden forms and stories within the layered textures. Online comments and interpretations of the original paintings inspired the artist to bring the comments to life using genAI technology. The aim of this exhibition is to continue the dialogue with the audience outside of the virtual and within the real world. **About the Artist** Danica Ružić is a Berlin-based contemporary artist whose vibrant and whimsical works captivate audiences, spark joy, and inspire self-reflection. Born in Zagreb, Croatia, Danica navigated frequent relocations in her youth, with art and family as her constants. This is a **shuffle**/**cutting shapes** class for beginner and intermediate shufflers where we'll learn a 16-count choreo. **Beginner shufflers** will get the chance to learn some basic steps and practice them stress-free in a short choreo to various speeds. **Intermediate shufflers** will learn to vary these basic steps with additional leg and arm movements, learn to combine them in new ways, keep practicing their foundations, and try to integrate the new combos into their freestyle. For this event, we’ll help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents, wash dishes and clean surfaces at Fath Mission – Grant Kitchen. In this session we'll focus on answering one question - how can I get data into Fabric? We'll talk through the "it depends" options and see some of the options in live demos.
