This meet-up is for all levels: beginners, intermediates and experts.
Everyone is welcome to join, test their skills and have some fun together!
The organiser will reserve courts in advance - PLEASE ONLY REGISTER IF YOU REALLY PLAN ON COMING (OR CANCEL ASAP IF SOMETHING CAME UP).
We are meeting at about 07:50 pm near the reception by the lounge area (next to the courts). Come a bit earlier so you have time to change into workout/sports clothes. The locker rooms are free to use. Also, bring clean indoor sports shoes, your racket and a water bottle with you. There is also a drinking fountain available if you need to replenish your bottle.
The organiser will be at the club about 5 min. ahead of time and pay for everyone - please bring if possible exact change and pay the organiser after the event! The fee for this event is 6€.
It is possible to rent rackets from the club, if necessary (3€). Sometimes members have spare rackets - please ask in the comment section below!
If you are joining our events for the first time, WELCOME! Let the organizer know that you are new and they will find a place for you. Don't worry, we are an open and friendly group. We are sure you will develop connections with the people in our community in no time!

Before you dive in, let's lay down some housekeeping rules:

**3**👥 We are playing on two courts with 11 players.
**4**🏸 Feather shuttles are on the house. Bring your racket, water bottle, towel etc and maybe a spare racket.
**5**🕰️ Arrive early, please! 5-10 mins before kick-off, so that we can start on time.
**6**💰 The event costs € 9,50 for 2 hours. Please pay to the host in cash and bring the exact amount with you. If you would like to pay online, please send the host a message.

Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls;
We play Tuesday Night Football (outdoor only) . We play 90 minutes (kick off is at 20:30, and we meet at least 15 minutes before for a warm up phase). Post-Corona football matches are most likely between 14-16 and 28-32 players. If you would like to join please bring artificial turf shoes (like the ones for indoor turf) and shin pads (not mandatory but definitely recommendable). All I ask is that you come with a good mood, be respectful to everyone, and pay online using the link below.

We play light: no sliding, hard tackling, fighting, screaming, & hopefully no injuries. We need to respect current regulations in Vienna, Austria.

**For players with level low intermediate or higher only.**
We play on one court with 4 players.
**Price**
* 20 € for 2h
* You can pay via Revolut, PayPal, instant Bank Transfer or Cash. I prefer transfer over cash.
**Equipment**
* I provide balls (usually Bullpadel Next)
* If you need a racket, you can rent it from me for 2 € (limited number available). There is also a machine at the venue, where you can rent a racket for 4 € (you need *SportToGo* App to rent from them)
**Cancellation**
* Please cancel at least 10h before the event, to give people on the wait list the chance to jump in. Otherwise a late cancellation fee of 10 € must be paid.
* Cancel at least 26h before the event in case the wait list is empty. Otherwise a late cancellation fee will be charged
* Late Cancellation fees will be donated to Médecins Sans Frontières (Ärzte ohne Grenzen).
* I understand that sometimes unexpected things can come up. However, not showing up and failing to let me know is considered disrespectful and goes against the community spirit. People doing uncommented no-shows have to pay the full event fee.

Everyone is welcome to join our large weekly events, test their skills and have some fun together! However, ***this event is for the people that want to push their skill forward and would like to play during the week as well.***
The host will reserve courts in advance, that means please only register if you really plan to come (or cancel at least 24 hours before the event starts). The fee for this event is 12€:
*If you plan on paying in cash, please bring the exact amount as the host might not have any change available
- you can also pay via card on the spot
We are meeting at about 18.25 pm near the reception by the lounge area (next to the courts). Come a bit earlier so you have time to change into workout/sports clothes. The locker rooms are free to use, but for the men lockers you need a padlock - or you can also take your bag of clothes upstairs to the courts if you do not have a padlock. Also, bring clean indoor sports shoes, your racket and a water bottle with you.

Creekside Blues & Jazz Festival
Now in its 26th year, [The Creekside Blues & Jazz Festival](https://www.creeksidebluesandjazz.com/), in Gahanna, gathers world famous groups and performers at a single place for you to enjoy the best Blues & Jazz in Ohio. *SATURDAY NIGHT features: The Urban Jazz Coalition with Special Guest Brian Simpson, North Mississippi Allstars, The Deal Breakers & More.* The three-day cultural celebration features musicians on 3 stages, local food trucks and beverage stations, treats, artisans, and more. **Tickets are $15 for adults online.** Link to purchase tickets: [Creekside Blues & Jazz Festival Tickets](https://tickets.creeksidebluesandjazz.com/e/2026-creekside-blues-jazz-festival). $20 at the door. **Parking -** The Creekside Parking Garage will be open throughout the festival weekend. Entrance is located near the intersection of Mill and North Streets; accessible only by traveling south on Mill Street.
**Event parking rate is $5 and collected at entrance to garage. Cash ONLY is accepted at garage entrance for parking.** Although off street parking in the Creekside District is permitted, it is very limited and not recommended.
**Shuttle Service** pickup will be at the following location:

**Shuttle Service Hours:** Saturday: 1 PM - 12 AM
