Durch das schriftliche Festhalten von Gedanken und Gefühlen entsteht Raum zur Selbstreflexion und Stressbewältigung. Journalen kann auch ein nützliches tool sein, um eigene Ziele und Fortschritte im Auge zu behalten. Innerhalb des Workshops werden Impulse und kleine Übungen angeboten, die dann individuell frei auf dem Papier umgesetzt werden. PITCHING AND NETWORKING EDITION, WEDNESDAY MAY 6, 6PM Barely any art form is as collaborative as filmmaking. And many queer filmmakers know what it feels like to create within teams where heteronormative perspectives dominate — where queer ideas are softened, sidelined, or reduced to “niche.” We want to shift that. This is a space for queer filmmakers to come together — to connect, exchange knowledge and resources, and build a network rooted in queer perspectives and storytelling. Our monthly PITCHING AND NETWORKING EDITION is specifically designed for us to gather around great ideas and take the first steps to make them come to life. Bring your feature film, short film, documentary, series, art project, etc idea - in whatever stage of development - throw your presentation on our screen and use your 5 minutes in front of the crowd to sell it. Who knows? You might end the night with the full film crew you have been looking for! If you don’t have a project of your own in the pipeline but still would like to get something done, this is a great opportunity for you as well. Hier wächst nicht nur deine Technik, sondern auch deine Präsenz. ## So läuft ein typischer Abend ab 🎤 Der Abend wird von **Alexandra, unserer Präsidentin**, eröffnet. Sie führt durch das Programm und sorgt dafür, dass sich Gäste wie Mitglieder gleichermaßen willkommen fühlen. ### 🗣 Vorbereitete Reden (meist 4 Reden à 5–7 Minuten) In der Regel erwarten dich vier vorbereitete Reden. Persönlich, inspirierend, humorvoll oder nachdenklich. Jede Rede dauert zwischen 5 und 7 Minuten und ist Teil eines individuellen Lernwegs. ### ☕ Pause Zeit zum Austausch, Durchatmen und Kennenlernen. ### ⚡ Stegreifreden (1–2 Minuten) Hier wird es spontan. Ein Impuls, eine Frage, ein Gedanke. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease. This walk is a simple reset. We meet in Berlin’s Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment. No apps. No performance. Just a clear space to slow down and notice what is happening. The name points to a simple capacity: noticing what is happening in the mind without immediately trying to fix, judge, or optimize it. 🌿 **Possible effects:** A calmer nervous system. This is a free, in person meeting. Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt.
