On Friday, Monk will light the barbecue 🔥 From 18.30h onward, we're heading out onto the terrace to have some drinks and socialize. Want to have a bite to eat? Bring something to throw onto the grill! A local DJ will play a set. Whether you're new in Hilversum and hoping to make some new friends, or a regular at Monk, the event is free and open to anyone. It is an outdoor movement class in the calisthenics park in Griftpark . We focus on functional breathing exercises, reaction games, learning new functional movement pattern. Think of different kind of squats and animal flow. We work on the mobility of the shoulders, spine and hips (Among others). Every session will have different kind movement flavors on the menu. The Dutch Heuvelrug is a hilly and sandy ridge, running from Hilversum in the north to Rhenen in the south. This National Park is covered in forest, heather and stretches of sand and dunes. On this hike, we will explore the Heuvelrug from Den Dolder. This area is mostly forested, perfect for a (hot) summer’s day! **Where to meet**: we will meet at **10 am** at train station Den Dolder.
