"Lila" bedeutet auf Sanskrit "Spiel" und lehrt uns, das Leben spielerisch zu betrachten und jeden Moment anzunehmen. Dieses Konzept, das 1975 durch Harish Johari im Westen bekannt wurde, basiert auf vedischer Philosophie und analysiert die 72 grundlegenden Zustände des Bewusstseins, die den 72 Lila-Spielplätzen entsprechen. Das Lila-Spiel ist ein Werkzeug zur Selbsterkenntnis, das den Spielern hilft, ihren Lebensweg zu reflektieren und gegebenenfalls anzupassen. Durch Würfeln und die Interaktion mit karmischen Kräften bewegen sich die Spieler durch verschiedene Bewusstseinsebenen, bis sie das kosmische Bewusstsein erreichen, um unsere eigenen Muster und Verhaltensweisen zu erkennen und zu verändern. Dieses Werkzeug hilft dir für klare Einsicht in die Wahrheit, unseren eigenen Illusionen und einen Weg zur Transformation. WIE LÄUFT DAS LILA / LEELA SPIEL AB? Physical effect: Breathwork can help you to reduce stress, inner tension/tension, relieve pain and improve body awareness, feel more energy and vitality, improve your sleep and love your own body more. Emotional effect: Deep, connected breathing can give you access to suppressed emotions (e.g. anger, fear, sadness) that have previously blocked you. You learn to allow them back in, to lose your fear of them and to release the inner pressure. At the same time, Breathwork enables you to experience deep states of joy, serenity, connection and (self-)love. Consciousness-expanding effect: Breathwork can enable you to break through old beliefs and patterns and (re)gain access to your own truth, clarity and intuition. Guided by an instructor, **families are introduced to basic painting techniques through a series of simple, expressive movements. Each movement is linked to an emotion, and each emotion is connected to a color from the color wheel.** Participants are invited to notice how different emotions feel in the body and how these sensations can be translated into color, rhythm, and gesture. Through guided movement, families physically express emotions before bringing them onto the canvas. They explore questions such as: Does this emotion feel soft or strong? Flowing or sharp? Light or heavy? These embodied experiences then inform how paint is applied, using different techniques, textures, and brushstrokes.
