šŖš¬ THEY WILL KILL YOU (PREMIUM EXPERIENCE)
**šļø *With great wealth comes the expectation of the highest quality service. And if that service isnāt good enough⦠well⦠they might just kill you.***
**Hey guys** š Lets gear up for a horror-action-comedy from director **Kirill Sokolov**. The film has been described as a blend of **[Ready or Not](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZtYTwUxhAoI)** and **[John Wick](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2AUmvWm5ZDQ)**, so letās hope for some epic kills, stylish chaos, and plenty of dark humour.
The story follows a woman who takes a housekeeping job in a mysterious New York City high-rise, only to discover sheās trapped inside a death-trap building run by a dangerous satanic cult. I don't know about you guys but this sounds like a really high end and cool building.
If this sounds like your kind of night, then join me at the **Look Dine-In Cinema Bar** for a catch-up before the film. Then weāll head over to **Screen 2**, Iāll be at **seat F6** if youād like to join that row. After the film, weāll reconvene for a **[Letterboxd](https://letterboxd.com/movieroadhouse/)** review and one last catch-up
**Warning:** If all housekeeping jobs are this intense in 2026, we horror fans might as well sign upāno questions asked!
**See you there**

š°āāļøš¬ READY OR NOT 2: HERE I COME
**š² Messing with the wrong bride can definitely turn your big day into a bloody disaster⦠and may even be the death of you, or at least a very messy reception!**
š **Hello guys!** This sequel is only happening because we all loved the first bloody wedding, so letās hope this one pays off.
**Matt Bettinelli-Olpin** and **Tyler Gillett**, return to direct, so Iām assuming theyāll be keeping that same blend of dark humour and tension rolling. In this premise, Grace Macaulay, the survivor, is drawn into another deadly contest to protect her sister. So I expect we'll see another twisted game of survival, complete with yet another bizarre family ritual.
Speaking of rituals, letās start the fun at the **Look Dine-In Bar** (far end, past the box office) for some casual drinks and chat. Then weāll head over to **Screen 13**, where Iāll be seated at **D9** in case youād like to join me on that row. After the film, weāll reconvene for a **[Letterboxd](https://letterboxd.com/movieroadhouse/)** review and one last catch-up.
The question is: if weāve got ourselves into this ludicrous game, are we going to be able to play it?
**Looking forward to seeing you guys there!**

March Romance Book Discussion Club
Please join us for the March Romance Book Discussion Club!
Location is at my apartment in Dupont. Address and details will be provided to attendees closer to the meeting.
Also, please update your RSVP by 6pm the day before, if you're unable to come. That will allow people on the waitlist to have enough time to consider coming, as well.
Looking forward to discussing romance books with you all!
**Information for New Members:**
Each month we will vote on a subgenre and trope to guide our reading choices. There will be a voting link shared in the discussion board with 1 week to vote on your top choices. I'll then post the votes for that month and people can share recommendations. These are just for inspiration and as general themes. There is no set book - you're welcome to read whatever you like, although many members find it fun to explore new subgenres or tropes and see what you may like or hate. This is a book club for mood readers :) You're welcome to read whatever you fancy and come discuss it. Hopefully you'll leave with some new recommendations - or books you know are not your cup of tea. Please feel free to post below or message me with any questions.

Columbus Comedy Improv Meetup at Gresso's!
Whether you've never done improv before, or you've done it for so long you knew Del Close on a personal level, or anywhere in between, come join us! Swing by *Gresso's* for the **Columbus Improv Comedy Meetup** for some fun and games!
The idea behind improv is to create entire scenes from scratch based on a suggestion from the audience. This can be done in game form, like *Whose Line Is It Anyway*, *ComedySportz*, or *Wild 'n Out*; it could also be done to tell stories, like *Middleditch and Schwartz*. Our meetup, which is central Ohio's longest running (and free!) weekly comedy event, brings the games (and occasionally different forms) for you to play in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment. Not only is it a lot of fun, but you get to work on thinking faster on your feet, plus it's an excellent way to meet new people and make friendships that'll last a lifetime!
Ask yourself if you want to join the **Columbus Improv Comedy Meetup**, and say "Yes, And" that you'll have fun!
Arthouse Friday: THE DRAMA at the Drexel Theatre!
Join us as we get together for an Arthouse Movie Friday event to see the A24 dark comedy /romance / psychological-thriller, THE DRAMA! The film stars Zendaya and Robert Pattinson as a happily engaged couple whose relationship is challenged when one discovers unsettling truths about the other. Here are details, a trailer and our plan for this event:
DESCRIPTION: The film follows a happily engaged couple whose relationship is put to the test when an unexpected turn sends their wedding week off the rails. The film comes from A24, is written/directed by Kristoffer Borgli stars Zendaya, Robert Pattinson, Mamoudou Athie, Alana Haim, Hailey Gates and Zoƫ Winters.
QUICK WORD OF WARNING: The film hasnāt screened for critics yet and most of the details are being kept tightly under wraps. But, early buzz (possibly promotional) says the film is a brilliant psychological thriller/romance but also provocative, twisty and some contains occasional uncomfortable viewing! I love the cast and trailer, so look forward to seeing for ourselves!
ZENDAYA-PATTINSON TRIFECTA CHALLENGE: Robert Pattinson and Zendaya will star in THREE movies together this year, including THE DRAMA, Christopher Nolanās THE ODYSSEY this Summer and Denis Villeneuveās DUNE: PART THREE at Christmas!
TRAILER: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zmKcUa4Xxk](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zmKcUa4Xxk)
PLAN: Weāll plan for 7pm-ish showing and will meet in the lobby area about 30 minutes before showtime! Advance ticket purchase not required for this theater but early arrival is advised. Possibly post-movie get-together at the nearby Rusty Bucket! Complete details will be confirmed/announced as the date gets closer.
Take care and look forward to seeing you there, Dan
Discount Tuesday: THEY WILL KILL YOU at the Gateway Film Center!
Join us as we get together for a Discount Tuesday / Choose Your Movie event to see your choice of two great films! Option 1 is the dark comedy/drama based on a true story TOW! The film stars Rose Byrne as a homeless Seattle woman how battles a towing company. Option 2 is the off-the-rails, over-the-top, action-comedy-horror THEY WILL KILL YOU! The film stars Zazie Beetz as a woman who answers a help wanted ad to be a housekeeper in a mysterious New York City high-rise not knowing its mysterious past! Here are details, trailers and our plan for this event:
TOW: This dark comedy/drama is based on a true story and follows a homeless Seattle woman who fights her way out of "tow-company hell" to reclaim the car that had held her life together after receiving a tow bill for $21,634. The film stars Rose Byrne, Ariana DeBose, Demi Lovato, Octavia Spencer, Dominic Sessa, Elsie Fisher and Simon Rex! The film premiered to solid reviews at last yearās Tribeca Film Festival where critics declared, āTOW is a winner!ā Itās āa story of perseverance, heart, and real fight, the kind of small human story we see less frequently these days, but need now more than ever.ā TRAILER: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qdkpcsuPAhA
THEY WILL KILL YOU: A woman takes a job as a housekeeper in a NYC high-rise, unaware of the building's history of disappearances. She soon realizes the community is shrouded in mystery. The film is directed by Kirill Sokolov and Zadie Beetz, Myha'la, Paterson Joseph, Tom Felton, Heather Graham, and Patricia Arquette. The film is being released immediately following its premiere at this yearās SXSW Festival earlier this month. Early reviews say itās āan adrenaline rush of action-packed fights, tons of blood and gore and plenty of laugh-out-loud momentsā and a movie thatās āunafraid to march to its own campy, violent, and clever little drummer!ā TRAILER: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYqQPiXpi4w
