Unsere traditionelle Bollerwagentour von JTC hat es auch nach Berlin geschafft. Yes! Seid dabei! Drink & Hike Event, natürlich respektvoll mit dem Join The Crew Vibe.
Bitte bringt euch selber Snacks und Getränke mit. Wer einen Bollerwagen, Musik und Spiele hat, gerne mitbringen oder in den Kommentaren kurz abstimmen. Die Strecke geht rund um den Tegeler See und wird ca. 7km lang sein und ca. 3h-4h Stunden bei gemütlichen Schritt brauchen. Es ist eine gemütliche Tour mit dem einen oder anderen Getränk kein Sport-Wandern ;).
Am Ende gibt es ggf. noch die Möglichkeit gemeinsam einzukehren.

**Highlights:** Dahme, Two BVG ferry crossings, and Müggelsee Beach.
**General Notes:**
Participants with past no-shows or unexplained cancellations on the event day will be deprioritized, and only confirmed RSVP may join the hike. Regular group hikers as well as hikers who express genuine intend, could be given priority on the waiting list.
We will take brief breaks for refreshments, but don't plan for coffee stops. Please bring your water, snacks, mosquito repellent, and dress suitably for the day's weather.

After hopping across various Berlin venues, we’re thrilled to return to Saftladen for the second edition of *Level Up Your Folds*! Big shoutout to this non-profit (and a very *professional* one, mind you 🍊) indie game developer collective for hosting us again – couldn’t ask for a better creative playground! 👾 Food or snacks for sharing during the origami session are very welcome, so bring them on!
Here's an overview of what you could expect:
* **Special format of 2x presentation** by our beloved origami masters, followed by **guided collective folding of a model** of their choice!

On Monday, 25 May 2026, we’ll go for a relaxed walk through Grunewald.
We start at S-Heerstraße and walk through the forest to Drachenberg, where we’ll climb up for a view over the Berlin skyline. Then we continue to Teufelssee and through the sandpit with its large dunes, before finishing at S-Bahn Grunewald.
A casual meetup to meet nice people, enjoy nature, and have good conversations.

The Sun is back to its warm shenanigans, and May is full of holidays, so let's make the best out of it and have a relaxed walk through some forests, enjoying the fresh Brandenburg water in up to three swimming spots. The last one is close to the return station, so there is flexibility on how much some might want to stay in the water.
We will also see some cute wooden sculptures depicting kings and peasants.
This is a much shorter and relaxed walk than usual, with a slower pace to focus more on nature. Perfect for a lazy Monday.

[Sinny](https://sinnykumari.wordpress.com/) is a mother to a four-year-old and an Engineering Manager at Red Hat. The mission of Quarter Life Connections is to create spaces for **young people in their twenties** to connect and feel at home in Berlin - especially once the familiar structures of university life stop being there and work life starts.
We will start with a quick get-to-know-you round and then split up into smaller groups for games. After up to 2 hours of playing we will close with a check-out-and-stay-in-touch round. The intention is to have fun while getting to know the people around you and form start building connections that will last after the event is over.
**Please be on time!** The intro circle sets the tone for the event and is a huge support for making meaningful connections.

**Abstract**
Like it or not, AI agents are now capable of turning a quickly written paragraph of requirements into a pull request that is ready to be integrated into real-world production applications and it's now our responsibility to make sure AI doesn't go rogue and take down prod - or corrupt our data by misunderstanding the requirements or our existing schemas. In this session we'll explore strategies to protect our codebases through unit and integration testing, documentation, and code review along with additional ways of providing context and guard rails to our AI agents as they carry out the work we've assigned them to do. By the time we're done, you'll have a firm grasp of the problem and understand some helpful options for protecting your codebase from vibe coding mishaps getting YOLOed into prod.
