Welcoming the Age of Wisdom
Welcoming the Age of Wisdom
Welcoming the Age of Wisdom: A Women’s Circle (40+) Circling and meditative journey through peri- and post-menopause to reclaim your power, purpose, and authenticity. Are you feeling your body shifting? Is "brain fog" clouding your days, or sleep becoming a rare guest? Perhaps the roles you’ve played for years—at home or in your career—no longer feel like they fit. Society calls this a crisis. We call it an **Initiation**. In this intimate gathering at the **Commons Hub**, in the Angel Room, we will explore the transition of the 40+ years not as a loss of youth, but as the birth of the **Wise Woman**. With a guided meditation and a very gentle and ancient sound of a **Shamanic Drum**, we will meet the archetype of the Crone—the one who no longer needs to please everyone and is finally ready to say "yes" to herself. **What to expect:** * **The Alchemy of Change:** Insights on how hormonal shifts can actually liberate your voice and boundaries. * **Gentle Drum Meditation:** A guided meditation to connect with the archetype of the Wise Woman and the Great Mother. * **Intimate Sharing Circle:** A safe, confidential space (maximum **10 participants**) to share the challenges and joys of this life transition. * **Honoring the Transition:** Shifting the narrative from "symptoms" to "wisdom." **Registration:** [https://forms.gle/NebzHxP3qpvmqNgU8](https://forms.gle/NebzHxP3qpvmqNgU8) **Note:** * **Availability:** Limited to 10 women to ensure an intimate and sacred space. * **Energy Exchange:** Donation-based (Pay what feels right). It is a donation-based event. Donations are accepted in Euros or in Commons Hub Tokens. **About Your Host:** This experience is guided by Mara [Regina D’Gaia](https://linktr.ee/reginadgaia), who holds transformative spaces for inner exploration and renewal. Contact: [integractiveconnections@gmail.com](mailto:integractiveconnections@gmail.com) Follow on Instagram: [@reginadgaia](http://www.instagram.com/reginadgaia)
Generative AI - Taming The Dragon
Generative AI - Taming The Dragon
Hey Everyone! 👋 **Location:** \- On\-site: Dataroots Offices\, Arnould Nobelstraat 32 Leuven \- Online: Zoom link TBA **Practicalities for the evening on Thursday, March 5th:** \- 18:00: Doors Open\, pizza & drinks \- 19:00: Speaker Talks \- 20:30: Networking & Drinks **Welcome to edition 14 of the Generative AI Belgium Meetup! 🚀** This time, we go on a quest. Many epics speak of the brave and the adventurous going on a quest to conquer, slay, tame, or train a dragon along the way. The last three years of AI developments have their own stories of creativity, novel paths, and unforeseen challenges that seemed too big to tackle. In this edition, we want to bring some stories of people and teams who didn't choose the easiest path, but the most interesting one. Join us on March 5th at Dataroots, Arnould Nobelstraat 32, Leuven, to meet these brave souls and get a feel for what it takes to tackle a challenge from scratch. Whether it's navigating the dragon that is the EU AI Act, training and running a custom language model, or building production-ready systems, every path has its own fire-breathing challenges. See you there! **Line-up:** \- 🐉 [Niels Tack](https://www.linkedin.com/in/niels-tack/): Taming The EU AI Act - Compliance as code \- 🏰 [Sohum Bhatt](https://www.linkedin.com/in/sohum-bhatt-530114230/): Taming Local LLMs to build applications \- ⚔️ [Maarten Vandeperre:](https://www.linkedin.com/in/maarten-vandeperre/) Taming AI Sovereignty \- 🤺[Lode Nachtergaele:](https://www.linkedin.com/in/lodenachtergaele/) Taming Agentic RAG - How Agentic Beats RAG Big thanks to Dataroots for hosting us and to our sponsors: In The Pocket, BruCON, Red Hat, Collibra, Plainsight & Volta Ventures for supporting the community.
IoT Meetup at Concept Reply (Preparing IoT for the Quantum Era with DigiCert)
IoT Meetup at Concept Reply (Preparing IoT for the Quantum Era with DigiCert)
**Beer, Pizza and IoT Meetup (DigiCert Special)** We would like to invite you to our next IoT Meetup at Concept Reply at the Reply offices in Munich. **Agenda** 19:00 – Securing the future Internet of Things with ML-KEM and ML-DSA (Talks by Kevin Hilscher and Daniel Stroehmann from DigiCert) 20:00 – Pizza & Networking **Description** Today’s Internet of Things (IoT) relies on a variety of protocols and communications technologies…CoAP, LwM2M, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, Wi-Fi, Thread … many of which are not quantum-safe. While large-scale quantum computers capable of breaking current encryption aren’t yet available, the concept of “harvest now, decrypt later” is a significant concern. Now that NIST has released final versions of its first three Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) standards the race is on to make IoT quantum-safe. **We will explore** * What it takes to make an IoT solution quantum-safe. * The algorithms regulators, such as BSI, are recommending. * How to implement and transmit data between a device and an MQTT broker with TLS 1.3, ML-KEM, and ML-DSA using open-source tools. Please feel free to forward this invite to anybody who might like to take part. PLEASE NOTE: This Meetup will get streamed and recorded so you may get filmed by taking part. Doors open at 7PM for this one due to an event before. This event is exclusively for those with a professional background. Due to limited capacity, we reserve the right to restrict admission. Pizza, beer and seats first come first serve! :)
The Mental Wealth Field: Presence, Pressure, and Collective Intelligence
The Mental Wealth Field: Presence, Pressure, and Collective Intelligence
In complex organisational environments, pressure often overrides presence — narrowing thinking, reducing trust, and fragmenting collaboration. This session introduces **the** **concept of the *Mental Wealth Field*: the conditions under which individuals and groups naturally access clarity, insight, and collective intelligence.** Rather than offering tools or techniques, the session creates a lived experience of what becomes possible when unnecessary psychological pressure eases. Participants will: * Experience **how presence impacts communication and collaboration.** * Explore **the relationship between pressure, thinking, and decision-making**. * Reflect on **how facilitators can stabilise conditions where insight emerges naturally**. This is not a skills-based workshop. It is an **experiential exploration of the invisible conditions that shape group effectiveness**. **Richard Gordon Kelly** works with people inside organisations where pressure has quietly become the norm. With over 25 years’ experience, he creates spaces where leaders and teams can slow down, speak honestly, and reconnect with what matters. Through this work in the Mental Wealth Zone, Richard helps people feel seen, safe, and trusted - so clarity, connection, and sustainable performance naturally follow.

Belgium AI Community Building session
Belgium AI Community Building session
**Belgium AI Community - Building Together Session** A casual event where AI and Machine Learning practitioners get to meet and exchange on projects and cool open-source AI based tooling. **Who this is for** AI and Data Science enthusiasts who are looking for feedback on their projects, seasoned builders who want to share their tooling with fellow AI hackers or simply curious minds looking for the next step in their AI journey. **What we do** We meet and exchange on projects whether they be already in flight or only getting started, we share feedback, ideas and also get our hands dirty building out our community's ideas. If you are looking for a team to enroll in a Machine learning Competition, or want help contributing to an AI-related Open-source projects, this is the place for you. AI development is driven by real-life use-cases, and the people with ideas to apply AI are also more than welcome to come and share them with the community. **What this is not** While we acknowledge vibe-coding tools are a useful tool on an AI builder's belt, this meetup is not focusing on the use of vibe-coding products and starting a company from scratch, although sharing tips on customising and building upon them are always welcome. **> Format** **16:00 – Kickoff** Brief intro: share what you're working on (or thinking about). We prioritise problem-solving and real-world applications. The core question: *what problem do you want to solve?* **16:15 – Session** Work solo or team up with others. Sessions are flexible and evolve organically around participant needs. Tools of the trade are whiteboards, pen and paper and laptops. The Commons Hub Brussels remains open as long as at least one member is present. **19:30 – Wrap-up** If time allows, we regroup to briefly present what we've explored or built. Everyone is invited to share the concrete steps taken toward their solution — and what comes next.

Football match at Parc du Cinquantenaire
Football match at Parc du Cinquantenaire
If you have a ball, please bring it... Let's gather at the Parc du Cinquantenaire close to the Tour de Tournai (https://goo.gl/maps/RsxFtTJydq92) and organize a *low-level* football match on the grass. Unless it rains badly as we're about to play, the game is on. Players of any age, weight, sex and size are allowed. Come as you are, at any time after 4pm. IMPORTANT REMINDER -- As Shitty Players, we don't bite or growl when someone misses the ball. We don't do penalties or yellow cards because we're so gentle we don't need them. We vaguely know of the existence of other rules like off-side but we'd rather ignore them than argue about them. We may or may not keep track of the score: this is a game where everyone wins. To help build the Team, come with 2 t-shirts white and black (or similar colors: light grey and dark blue etc). Beer session will follow on the grass, for those who survive till the end. Saturday Morning Coffee - 10:00 @MIR Concept Coffee Store
Hi everyone, This coffee morning event is @MIR Concept Coffee Store! Saturday, 7 March 2026, from 10:00 - 13:00. MIR opened its doors about 4 years ago, right off Place Jourdan. Doriana, the owner, is a super nice host, and is excited to have our group as her café. The café is very beautiful and has great coffee, and many yummy food options. Their Instagram channel: https://www.instagram.com/mirconceptstore/ **The address is:** MIR Concept Coffee Store Rue Gray 4A 1040 Etterbeek *** 1. The **prime time** of the event is **10:30 - 12:30**. That's when most people will be there. 2. When you enter the gallery, it's either on the right-hand side or left-hand side of its hallway, depending which entrance you take. 3. If you intend **to join past 12:00** (high noon), then there is no need to register. Just come and join! 4. **DON'T forget to cancel** if you can't join! 5. **Please, be respectful towards each other during the event. (And after ;))** **As always, feel free to follow us on INSTAGRAM!** [https://instagram.com/weekendmorningcoffee?igshid=OGQ5ZDc2ODk2ZA==](https://instagram.com/weekendmorningcoffee?igshid=OGQ5ZDc2ODk2ZA==) **THE STRUCTURE of THE EVENT:** * I will post the event on Saturday/Sunday evening for the following Saturday. * I send out a reminder to everyone on Friday. * There is sometimes a waiting list. * In case RSVP is closed (once there are 10-15 people on the waiting list), I might reopen it on Friday, depending on the number of cancellations in the meantime. * **For everyone on the waiting,** please check your status and messages on Friday evening the latest. I message everyone on the waiting list on Friday. * **Please, move to "not going" AS SOON AS you know that you can't come anymore, that includes everyone who is on the waiting list.** **IMPORTANT:** * **Please, be respectful towards each other during the event. (And after ;))** * When you register yourself, be careful not to register accidentally a +1 guest (unless you bring a guest). It happens very often. * If you have any questions then, message me. *** **A MESSAGE FOR NEWCOMERS:** *In the three years of hosting this coffee group, I have met many people who struggle with anxieties when coming to an event for the first time. Sometimes, it took them more than one attempt before being able to join.* *Occasionally, people reach out to me before the event, and I have always been grateful for that as it offers the opportunity to communicate with each other and to find the best and most gentle way for that person to join the group.* *I would like to encourage everyone who struggles with this to contact me before. It would really be too bad if you can't join us, as it mostly gets better the second or third time you come.* *In addition to that, if you arrive and notice any signs of nervousness or fear, you can always let me know right then.* **THANK YOU AND SEE YOU ALL ON Saturday!**

Data & Analytics Wednesday - Google Analytics Alternatives
Data & Analytics Wednesday - Google Analytics Alternatives
**Google Analytics Alternatives** Is it finally time to make the switch away from Google Analytics? Two-and-a-half years ago Jason Packer asked this question at Columbus Web Analytics Wednesday. Since then: Google’s Universal Analytics has been sunset, we’ve changed our name to Columbus Data & Analytics Wednesday, and Jason has released two editions of his book “Google Analytics Alternatives”. Fresh off the release of the 2nd edition of his book, we thought it was time to re-open this conversation. While people love to complain about it, GA’s market share has remained relatively constant (at least in the United States). Why is that? You won’t find any complaints about GA4 in this talk, but rather an overview of what’s currently available in the market and how to frame your decision-making process. We’ll also be giving out some free copies of Jason’s book! So even if you’ve got a “GA4Lyfe” tattoo (no judgement), there’s free books to go with the free pizza and beer.
