A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play.
This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of [Musica do Circulo](https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en). No prior experience is required, only an openness to connect with other humans in your own fun, light and authentic way.
Circle songs are an invitation into a fully immersive, fully improvised musical experience using vocals, body percussion and movement. It draws inspiration from musical embodied rhythm practices from around the world, including call-and-response singing, rhythmic clapping games and circle song traditions.
Simply by standing in a circle and connecting with our bodies as our instruments, we are reminded that we can find joy and meaning right here in this present moment, and in the next.

Despertares Conscientes: Regulación individual y en tribu frente al mar
Escapa del ruido de la ciudad y regula tu sistema nervioso en comunidad. Cada martes nos reunimos en la playa de Bogatell para poner los pies en la arena, exponernos al sol y disfrutar de un baño de agua fría. Un espacio gratuito para personas que buscan salud física, emocional y una tribu respetuosa.

**¿Sientes que el ritmo de la ciudad te desconecta de tí mismo?**
Como especialistas en Terapia Somática sabemos que, entre tanto asfalto, encontrar momentos de regulación natural no es fácil. Por eso, hemos decidido crear este espacio semanal para encontrarnos, respirar y volver a lo básico.
**¿Qué hacemos?**
Nuestra propuesta es simple pero profunda. Nos regalamos una mañana de autocuidado a través de tres pilares:
1. **Grounding**: Caminar descalzos y contactar con la arena y el agua para descargar tensiones.
2. **Exposición al Frío**: Un baño en invierno en el Mediterráneo para activar el sistema inmune y resetear la mente.
3. **Baño de Sol y Tribu**: Compartir un momento de calor, con exposición a la luz solar (o luz natural) y charla auténtica, creando vínculos desde el respeto y la presencia.

**¿Para quién es este grupo?**
Para cualquier persona que busque un entorno seguro, respetuoso y con ganas de compartir. No importa si es tu primera vez bañándote en invierno o si ya tienes experiencia; aquí lo importante es la conexión social y sentir más el cuerpo.
**¿Qué traer?**
Ropa cómoda, toalla, agua y/o bebida caliente y, sobre todo, ganas de presencia.
**A tener en cuenta:**
* **Puntualidad:** Como es un espacio abierto, dejar claro en los comentarios del evento si te retrasas 5 minutos, se comunicará a que lado del espigón estaremos por whatsapp, para que puedan encontrarnos fácilmente.
* **Consistencia:** Aunque seamos pocos al principio, mantenemos la constancia. Las “tribus” tardan un poquito en cuajar, pero cuando crecen despacio suelen construir vínculos fuertes.
Nota importante: No es una clase dirigida, sino un encuentro entre iguales para compartir prácticas de regulación natural.

WHAT IS CONTRA DANCING? Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing!
Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor.
Be sure to come for the beginner's lesson from 1:30 - 2:00, followed by dancing 2:00 - 430. All dances are taught; we will help you learn! Beginners always welcome, no need to bring a partner.

The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience.
And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree.
In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again.
