We begin with an accessible, breath-led yoga sequence designed to:

**Meditation in Movement**

* An embodied exploration that invites you to experience these qualities through creative movement rather than seated meditation.
* A practice that supports deeper connection between body and mind.

Nota: Es un arte marcial. Las clases duran 1h30, no son para fluir, se corrigen errores y son bastante exigentes, **tendrás que empujar** suavemente a tus compañer@s **y ser empujado**, para ganar una **comprensión profunda** de lo que sino sería solo teoria. Si no te gusta ya el Tai Chi quizás esta clase no es para tí.
**Para reservar plaza**: Las clases se dan en la Escuela Ton i Guida, bajo el principio de Xarxa (RED), dar y recibir. No hay un coste por la clase, pero se te pedirá que aportes 5euros anuales para parte de los gastos de la entidad (y tendrás que ir a la entidad un Lunes o Jueves de 17h a 19h a reservar plaza).
**Las clases son los Viernes** de 19h a 20h30 y **empezarán sobre Marzo**, **número limitado** por el **tamaño de la sala (10 personas)**, no esperes si te interesa.

Bachata Pilates – Strength. Flow. Connection.
Join us for a two-hour movement experience designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in your body.
First Hour – Pilates Practice (Beginner Friendly)
We start with a guided Pilates session focused on core strength, mobility, balance, and posture. This class is beginner friendly and suitable for all levels. The goal is to build a strong foundation and improve body awareness so you can move with more control and fluidity.
Second Hour – Bachata Social
After the Pilates session, we transition into a bachata social, a space to dance freely, enjoy the music, and experience how a stronger, more aligned body enhances your movement.
This event is also a social experience. It’s a welcoming environment where you can meet new people, build real connections, and enjoy time together through movement.
What to bring:
• A Pilates/yoga mat (if possible — if you don’t have one, please let us know in advance)

WHAT IS CONTRA DANCING? Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing!
Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor.
Be sure to come for the beginner's lesson from 7:30 - 8:00, followed by dancing 8:00 - 10:30. All dances are taught; we will help you learn! Beginners always welcome, no need to bring a partner.
