The way you start your week matters - just like the way you start the first hours of every day.
Join us for an early morning yoga class while Barcelona is still half asleep. As the sun rises outside and the air is cool and crisp, we’ll move and breathe together, tucked into the quiet streets of Gòtic.
This class is **Hatha & Vinyasa inspired**, with a focus on **alignment, awareness and embodied flow**. You’re invited to move at your own pace, connect with your breath and your body to begin the day in a grounded and present way.
All levels are welcome.

Practicamos Taiji (TaiChi) según el enfoque tradicional de la **familia Yang**, es un **arte marcial**, en concreto el **linaje de Yang Shao Hou y Yang Chen Fu**.

3\. Forma 108 \(encuadre largo\) para fortalecer elásticamente piernas y demás\.
4\. Aplicación y familiarización con la fuerza **Jin**.
5\. Meditación y Enfriamiento
Nota: Es un arte marcial. Las clases duran 1h30, no son para fluir, se corrigen errores y son bastante exigentes, **tendrás que empujar** suavemente a tus compañer@s **y ser empujado**, para ganar una **comprensión profunda** de lo que sino sería solo teoria. Si no te gusta ya el Tai Chi quizás esta clase no es para tí.
**Para reservar plaza**: Las clases se dan en la Escuela Ton i Guida, bajo el principio de Xarxa (RED), dar y recibir. No hay un coste por la clase, pero se te pedirá que aportes 5euros anuales para parte de los gastos de la entidad (y tendrás que ir a la entidad un Lunes o Jueves de 17h a 19h a reservar plaza).
**Las clases son los Viernes** de 19h a 20h30 y **empezarán sobre Marzo**, **número limitado** por el **tamaño de la sala (10 personas)**, no esperes si te interesa.

En este evento exploraremos el verdadero significado de soltar desde una perspectiva espiritual y emocional, alejándonos del sacrificio y el suyfrimiento, y acercándonos a la conciencia, la aceptación y la paz interior.
Durante la sesión abordaremos:
* *Por qué nos aferramos a personas, situaciones y emociones que nos dañan*
* *La diferencia entre soltar desde la mente y soltar desde la conciencia*

Práctica de Yoga para Enraizar
Comenzamos con una secuencia de yoga accesible, guiada por la respiración, diseñada para:

Together we will share a morning in nature, practicing yoga, meditation, and guided self-massage in a supportive and intimate setting.
**What We’ll Do**
**Grounding Yoga Practice**
We begin with an accessible, breath-led yoga sequence designed to:

**Meditation in Movement**

Join us for a two-hour movement experience designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in your body.
First Hour – Pilates Practice (Beginner Friendly)
We start with a guided Pilates session focused on core strength, mobility, balance, and posture. This class is beginner friendly and suitable for all levels. The goal is to build a strong foundation and improve body awareness so you can move with more control and fluidity.
Second Hour – Bachata Social
After the Pilates session, we transition into a bachata social, a space to dance freely, enjoy the music, and experience how a stronger, more aligned body enhances your movement.
This event is also a social experience. It’s a welcoming environment where you can meet new people, build real connections, and enjoy time together through movement.

**Women’s Ecstatic Dance** is an invitation to gather in a safe, conscious, and supportive space created **by women, for women** — a space to move, feel, release, and reconnect with yourself through dance.
In this journey, we come together to step out of roles, expectations, and the pace of everyday life, and into the wisdom of the body. Through music, movement, and presence, we allow emotions to surface, transform, and flow — without words, without performance, and without judgment.
This is a space to dance freely, listen inward, and explore your own rhythm in community with other women. A space of celebration and introspection, grounding and expansion — where the body leads and the mind can soften.

Dolixi creates spaces of liberation, transformation, and surrender through music. Her carefully curated musical journeys weave together celebration and meditation, inviting the body to move freely, explore new expressions, and allow emotions to surface and transform. Through sound, rhythm, and presence, Dolixi guides the dance floor as a space of release, depth, and embodied freedom.
**Sabina Medina**
Sabina Medina is the co-founder of **Samanà Space** and a movement facilitator devoted to creating grounded, safe spaces for presence, expression, and conscious community. Her work weaves together movement, breath, voice activation, and ritual to support embodied exploration and authentic connection. In this Women’s Ecstatic Dance, Sabina holds the container and supports the journey with care, presence, and respect.

This session focuses on relieving tension and building strength in the neck and lower back — two areas where many of us hold stress and discomfort.
We’ll guide you through:
• Gentle mobility work to release stiffness
• Targeted strengthening exercises to support posture and stability
• Functional movements to build resilience and prevent recurring pain
• A supportive, light-hearted group environment where we move and grow together
This is not a meditation session — it’s guided movement designed to help you feel better in your body long-term.

WHAT IS CONTRA DANCING? Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing!
Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor.
Be sure to come for the beginner's lesson from 7:30 - 8:00, followed by dancing 8:00 - 10:30. All dances are taught; we will help you learn! Beginners always welcome, no need to bring a partner.

**Step 2: Circle up & share**
We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds.
**Step 3: Walk, talk & float**
We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity. When you're ready to move on, just say: "I'm going to float!"
**Step 4: Feel more alive**
Two hours flies by. You're back where you started — but you feel different. More alive. More energized. More connected to yourself and others. That's why regulars join 20+ times.

**HOW TO BRING A GREAT TOPIC**
A great topic = something you're genuinely curious about.
Recent topics include:

* "What would you do if money wasn't a factor?"
Think of your topic like the dish you're bringing to our conversational potluck. If everyone brings an A+ dish (i.e. energizing, uplifting, expansive), we'll all walk away feeling lighter and brighter.

This isn't a fitness event with casual chitchat. It's a walking think tank where we explore life's big questions together, beyond small talk. *If you're looking for light banter or a standard networking event, this probably isn't the right fit.*
