Traemos una conferencia muy interesante dada la época en la que vivimos.
La era de la información actual nos ha llevado a un continuo flujo de noticias y acontecimientos que nos desbordan y colapsan nuestra capacidad de conocer, comprender, aplicar e integrar.
Y al mismo tiempo, un fenómeno que está llevándonos a la confusión es la información falsa ( fake news ) que nos diluvia constantemente haciendo que entremos en disonancias cognitivas y distorsiones de la percepción de la realidad.
En esta conferencia vamos a poner el foco en cómo poder reconocer las fuentes del conocimiento y tener un criterio personal más adecuado para la vida y el día a día.
Partiremos de las antiguas enseñanzas e iremos
viajando a través del tiempo hasta nuestro presente e iremos a debatir sobre las posibilidades de futuro.

Kirtan & Meditation
We gather every Saturday at 16h for our weekly collective meditation practice.
Our sessions are based on Rajadhiraja Yoga, a holistic system that integrates the classical eight-limbed (Ashtanga) yoga, Tantra, a structured series of meditation lessons, and a deep spiritual and social philosophy.
The meditations are held as part of the Meditation Steps project — a non-profit initiative that aims to make meditation and yoga accessible to everyone and inspire positive change in society.
Our facilitator Michael, has been practicing meditation for five years and guides sessions that blend dynamic and silent meditation. His approach combines movement, breath, and stillness to create a modern, grounding experience that helps people reconnect with clarity and calm.

***This is not a therapy session...*** A small growing community with big vision for our collective future, a place to connect with others, with unique ideas and perspectives, holding space, **having our voice heard**.
An open space for us all, to truly understand and feel that **we are not alone.**

## **FAQ**
**Do I need to know how to dance or sing?**
Absolutely NOT!! This is a space to express yourself freely.
**I've never done something like this, is this weird?**
Come with an open mind, a desire to explore new ideas and play! The main goal is to be authentically YOURSELF while respecting those around you.
**Are there any rules?**
As with any gathering at Samanà Space; singing circle or ecstatic dance journey etc, we will be without shoes inside.
It is a **vegan**, **alcohol/drug free place. (Respectfully, please do not bring or enter the space with any food or drink not in line with this, even if you do not plan to consume it inside)**
And of course, consent is fundamental if you want to engage with anyone else.
**Should I eat before coming?**
We recommend eating a light meal that won't affect your capacity to move. If you do bring any drinks or snacks, please remember we are a vegan space. There will be healthy snacks, food & drink at the end
**How should I dress?**
Comfortable clothes for you to move and dance.
You might want to bring clothes to change afterward, if you like.

Masaje Emocional y Energético: Puertas que se abren a través del cuerpo
**¿Y si pudieras recorrer tu vida a través de tu propio cuerpo?**
Te propongo un taller de **3 horas y media** para hacer un viaje íntimo y profundo por tu historia, guiado por el **masaje emocional, energético, reflexológico y metamórfico**.
A lo largo del encuentro iremos pasando por diferentes “capítulos” de tu vida:
* el cuerpo que tienes hoy y sus tensiones,
* el mapa de tus pies y manos como reflejo de lo que has vivido,
* y las huellas más profundas que se remontan incluso al periodo prenatal, donde se asientan muchas de nuestras estructuras emocionales y patrones de comportamiento.
Trabajaremos con:
* **Masaje emocional y energético**, para soltar carga, escuchar lo que el cuerpo quiere decir y abrir espacio a nuevas maneras de estar.
* **Reflexología**, viendo cómo pies y manos reflejan órganos, sistemas y también estados emocionales, convirtiéndose en un auténtico mapa de tu vida.
* **Enfoque metamórfico**, un toque suave en pies, manos y cabeza que se relaciona con la columna vertebral y con las etapas de la gestación, invitando a procesos de transformación profunda.
Habrá momentos de explicación, demostración y mucha práctica guiada en parejas o tríos, siempre desde el cuidado, el consentimiento y el respeto absoluto por tus límites. No buscamos que aprendas una técnica “perfecta”, sino que vivas un **viaje de retorno a ti**, utilizando el tacto como lenguaje.

* Te apetece reconectar con tu cuerpo y dejar de vivir solo “desde la cabeza”.
