Ciao!
Esta vez nos escapamos a **Caldes de Malavella**, conocido por sus aguas termales… pero, como suele pasar en Itinerarios Curiosos, nos alejaremos de lo más evidente para descubrir su lado más natural y sorprendente.
Durante el recorrido caminaremos **sin prisa** por los bosques que rodean el pueblo hasta llegar al pantano de Can Llop.
Desde allí, nos adentraremos en un “**bosque terapéutico**”, **🌳** donde podremos disfrutar de los efectos beneficiosos a nivel físico y psicológico que ofrecen sus **árboles centenarios**.
Será también el lugar ideal para hacer una pausa y disfrutar de nuestro **picnic en plena naturaleza**, bajo la sombra de los árboles.
De regreso al pueblo, iremos a tomar un café y después nos perderemos por su **bonito casco antiguo**, entre edificios modernistas y calles arboladas.
Un paseo perfecto para **desconectar, respirar y dejarse sorprender por la naturaleza**.
Itinerarios Curiosos es una experiencia de **paseo consciente**, inspirada en el *mindful walking*.

**Sesión de Masaje Emocional**
Te propongo un espacio de cuidado y escucha a través del cuerpo.
No es fácil de explicar con palabras, en qué consiste porque cada persona y cada sesión es distinta. **Son sesiones muy profundas**. A mi me cambian la vida.
No se trata de un masaje terapéutico al uso, sino de un espacio de pausa, escucha y cuidado a través del cuerpo.
A través del contacto, se van liberando tensiones profundas y, poco a poco, el cuerpo encuentra su propia forma de soltar y expresarse.
Es un trabajo psicosomático que invita a reconectar contigo, a **suavizar esas “corazas”** que en algún momento fueron necesarias… pero que quizá hoy ya no lo son tanto.
Aunque lo llamo “masaje”, muchas personas sienten que es más bien un **viaje hacia dentro**. A pesar de ser un masaje corporal (sin duda), lo que más se acaba masajeando y mimando son tus emociones.
Durante la sesión estoy completamente presente para ti: es un espacio pensado para parar, sentir y cuidarte.
La duración es de unas 1h30 aprox. (a veces algo más, entre llegada y cierre).
Se trabaja principalmente con las manos y, en algunos momentos, con sonido para acompañar la relajación.

On this guided tour with a difference, discover how to live life lucidly in the present moment, open to your senses, listen to yourself and start to be your own guide!
Using a walk through the streets of Barcelona as practice, I will guide you in a mindfulness meditation which will help you get out of your head, bringing attention to your senses and the felt sensations in the body, stepping into deeper awareness of yourself, making your experience of the city even more magical and vibrant.
We will begin our time together in the hidden oasis of carrer d’Allada Vermell, in the barrio of El Born, with an initial guided meditation. From this point of connection to yourself, anchored in the present, will we continue the practice walking through El Born with its winding streets and surprises around every corner.
On our magical tour of sensorial delights, lasting approximately 2 hours, we will take in such places as the Palau de la Musica, Casa Perris, Funky Baker, Santa Maria del Mar and Santa Caterina Market, ending up at a nearby square for a chat about your experience.

MEDITATION & BUDDHISM CLASS IN ENGLISH
Do you want to learn how to meditate? Find out more about Buddhism?
Come to our English speaking drop-in class at the Barcelona Buddhist Centre. The classes are suitable for all levels of experience. There is a mix of meditation and a short talk on an aspect of Buddhism with a discussion group afterwards.

Kirtan & Meditation
We gather every Saturday at 16h for our weekly collective meditation practice.
Our sessions are based on Rajadhiraja Yoga, a holistic system that integrates the classical eight-limbed (Ashtanga) yoga, Tantra, a structured series of meditation lessons, and a deep spiritual and social philosophy.
The meditations are held as part of the Meditation Steps project — a non-profit initiative that aims to make meditation and yoga accessible to everyone and inspire positive change in society.
Our facilitator Michael, has been practicing meditation for five years and guides sessions that blend dynamic and silent meditation. His approach combines movement, breath, and stillness to create a modern, grounding experience that helps people reconnect with clarity and calm.
These sessions are in ENGLISH.

The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience.
And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree.
In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again.
Examples of painful experiences include:
* A broken relationship or divorce.
* Death or loss of a loved one.
* Death of a pet.
* A sudden shock or bad news.
* A betrayal.
* Being part of an abusive relationship.
* A bad injustice.
* Loss of a job, position or business.
* A grave illness or injury.
The negative emotions from these experiences don't just go away on their own. But the good news is there is a way to clear them out of your way.
