💫 VINYASA FLOW & YOGA NIDRA
In this 90-minute Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Nidra session, you'll begin with a dynamic and fluid Vinyasa flow, designed to synchronize breath with movement. This phase will focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance while encouraging mindfulness in each posture. The sequences will gradually transition from energizing to more grounding, preparing the body and mind for deep relaxation.
In the last 30minutes of the session I will guide you into a calming Yoga Nidra practice. Lying down in savasana, you’ll be led through a guided practice that invites deep rest, conscious relaxation, and inner awareness. This practice is designed to release physical tension, quiet the mind, and rejuvenate your entire being, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and deeply relaxed.

Magical Mindfulness Tour of the Senses

On this guided tour with a difference, discover how to live life lucidly in the present moment, open to your senses, listen to yourself and start to be your own guide!
Using a walk through the streets of Barcelona as practice, I will guide you in a mindfulness meditation which will help you get out of your head, bringing attention to your senses and the felt sensations in the body, stepping into deeper awareness of yourself, making your experience of the city even more magical and vibrant.
We will begin our time together in the hidden oasis of carrer d’Allada Vermell, in the barrio of El Born, with an initial guided meditation. From this point of connection to yourself, anchored in the present, will we continue the practice walking through El Born with its winding streets and surprises around every corner.
On our magical tour of sensorial delights, lasting approximately 2 hours, we will take in such places as the Palau de la Musica, Casa Perris, Funky Baker, Santa Maria del Mar and Santa Caterina Market, ending up at a nearby square for a chat about your experience.

This a regular course with weekly classes on Fridays so you can tap deeper into the secrets of the most feminine dance! No previous knowlegde needed, it is for you if you are about to try, just come😉
If you’ve learnt oriental dance before, ask me about other levels, we have up to advanced level😉
The most characteristic movements are of pelvic area, our energy center of creativity and sensuality, that has greater capacity of storytelling that you’ve imagined. We will break down from where the movements come from, because yes, there is a technical part so that you get the right tools to start, know the muscles you need to use to make it simplier than it seems.
You will see that oriental dance is much more than hip movements, you will also learn torso movements, graceful arms and hands etc It can be energizing , flowing, sensual, flirty, fun and much more!
Long story short, as a byproduct you will gain elegance and sensuality in all your moves and expressive body language.
You just have to come with comfortable wear for dancing, a scarf for your hips (whatever scarf will do, I will bring some decorated ones too so you can try😉)

Join a slow, mostly silent walk through the **Montjuïc area**, guided by birdsong, breath, and gentle presence.
This is an invitation to step out of the rush of everyday life and reconnect — with your body, your senses, and the natural world around you.
Just walking, listening, and being here.

En este taller te invito a un viaje de **reconexión profunda con tu cuerpo-templo**, apertura del corazón y creación de tu **altar interior**, un reflejo simbólico de tu alma y de la intención que deseas sembrar.

🧘 **Práctica de Kundalinī Yoga** Para liberar tensiones, suavizar el pecho, despertar la energía vital y conectar con tu fuerza interior.
🌬️ **Respiración consciente** Ejercicios de purificación y equilibrio para revitalizar el flujo energético.

### 🛎️ **Ritual de creación del altar**
Te guiaré paso a paso para crear tu **altar**, un espacio tangible y sutil que represente tu mundo interno.
Cada elemento tiene un mensaje para tu camino:
- **Flores:** la belleza y la impermanencia que suavizan el corazón.
- **Palabras o mantras:** semillas de intención que deseas cultivar.
- **Símbolos o imágenes:** cualidades internas que quieres honrar y fortalecer.
🌿 *Si lo sientes, puedes traer un pequeño objeto personal (Foto, joya, papel, símbolo…) que represente lo que deseas honrar o transformar. Será integrado en el ritual.*
🎶 **Kirtan con Música en directo y sonido sagrado**
Crearemos una **atmósfera vibrante y sanadora**, donde cada nota acompañará tu proceso de apertura, sensibilidad y creatividad.
🔥 Este taller, parte de un ciclo mensual, conecta con la energía de la **transformación y la apertura del corazón**, invitándote a renacer con fuerza, conciencia y sensibilidad.

**Join me every Monday from 12:15pm to 1pm at Sharon Woods Metro Park (Westerville, OH) for Nature-based Mindfulness Walks and Meditations.**
Being outside in nature and cultivating a mindfulness practice is scientifically proven to improve mood, energy, focus, creativity, enhance physical and mental health, and reduce stress, burnout, and symptoms of depression.
This 45-minute session combines nature exposure with simple mindfulness and mind-body practices (gentle movement, guided meditation, and nature awareness), to promote your holistic wellbeing and offer a positive and restorative break to your day.
