On this guided tour with a difference, discover how to live life lucidly in the present moment, open to your senses, listen to yourself and start to be your own guide!
Using a walk through the streets of Barcelona as practice, I will guide you in a mindfulness meditation which will help you get out of your head, bringing attention to your senses and the felt sensations in the body, stepping into deeper awareness of yourself, making your experience of the city even more magical and vibrant.
We will begin our time together in the hidden oasis of carrer dāAllada Vermell, in the barrio of El Born, with an initial guided meditation. From this point of connection to yourself, anchored in the present, will we continue the practice walking through El Born with its winding streets and surprises around every corner.
On our magical tour of sensorial delights, lasting approximately 2 hours, we will take in such places as the Palau de la Musica, Casa Perris, Funky Baker, Santa Maria del Mar and Santa Caterina Market, ending up at a nearby square for a chat about your experience.

Practicing yoga by the sea will allow us to use Mother Natureās meditation cues: the rhythmic flow of waves crashing, the sound of wind blowing by, and even the smell of saltwater will help you relax, focus and completely clear your mind.

Chris and Jules designed, developed, and accredited the first government-recognized postgraduate qualification in NLP. Their graduate certificate in NLP teaches NLP from first principles, enabling students to master NLP and apply it in their own language and style. Chris has extensive experience applying NLP to learning, coaching, and organizational consulting. His recent focus has been on the thinking, behavior, and organizational patterns of successful entrepreneurs.

Our sessions are based on Rajadhiraja Yoga, a holistic system that integrates the classical eight-limbed (Ashtanga) yoga, Tantra, a structured series of meditation lessons, and a deep spiritual and social philosophy.
The meditations are held as part of the Meditation Steps project ā a non-profit initiative that aims to make meditation and yoga accessible to everyone and inspire positive change in society.
