SonarQube: Ensuring Code Quality & Security
SonarQube: Ensuring Code Quality & Security
Clean code is essential for maintaining speed and reliability in software development. Poorly structured or inconsistent code introduces friction, slows teams down, and increases the risk of defects. This is where SonarQube comes in. SonarQube is a platform that helps teams continuously inspect and improve code quality. It supports a wide range of languages, including Java, Python, and JavaScript, as well as Infrastructure-as-Code technologies like Terraform and Kubernetes Helm charts. By analyzing your code, SonarQube identifies issues and presents them in a clear dashboard. These issues are categorized as Bugs, Vulnerabilities, and Code Smells, each with a defined severity. Behind the scenes, these findings are based on rules organized into language-specific quality profiles, which can be customized to match your organization’s standards. SonarQube can also be integrated into your CI/CD pipeline, enforcing quality through Quality Gates. In this talk, I’ll introduce the core concepts and explore advanced features that can help you get even more value from the platform. **Program:** · 17:00 \- 17:30 \| Walk\-in · 17:30 \- 18:30 \| Diner · 18:30 – 19:30 \| Talk · 19:30 – 21:00 \| Borrel **🗓️ Date**: Monday 15 juni 2026 **⏰ Time**: 17:00 - 21:00 uur **📍 Location**: Nevelgaarde 20G, 3436 ZZ Nieuwegein ❗️**NOTE**: Our official name is PSG technauts. If you are living in The Netherlands, by now, you may well have noticed the amount of open water. If you enjoy cycling in the city, you may wish to feel safer as you navigate the bridges and canals. And you may also want to get ready for visiting the beach, pools or the many lakes this summer. Learning how to swim takes approx 1 year and it all starts with the very first lesson. New comers enroll via our website and pay € 30,50, this is the first lesson and a goody bag. After the class you agree with the personal swim coach how to continue to obtain your final objectives. Enrolling is only possible via [www.your-personal-swim-coach.nl ](https://www.your-personal-swim-coach.nl/)hence a rvsp via meetup is not enough.

The amount of people rsvp'd to this game doesn't match the real number of people at the event, as Meetup is only used for promotion purposes.

Flevoland is growing rapidly and has great potential to further develop as an attractive location for innovative companies. By working together and combining our strengths, we strengthen the infrastructure and provide better support for innovation. This benefits not only startups, but also the broader SME sector. To achieve this, we are jointly building the Startup Flevoland ecosystem. This initiative focuses on improving the infrastructure, increasing Flevoland’s visibility as a startup region, and creating a fertile environment for entrepreneurship and innovation. In collaboration with Horizon Flevoland, we are increasing our impact and creating the right conditions for startups to grow and contribute to the regional economy. During *Beschuitje eten met…*, we meet with a smaller group of startups to discuss the challenges they face in more depth and get to know each other better. This helps strengthen the community. It is an informal and accessible setting in which startup founders share experiences, help one another, and make valuable connections. Aspiring entrepreneurs, investors, and network partners also join the conversation to share their knowledge and expertise. **Please note:** Places are limited. You will receive a ticket, as well as a final confirmation if you are able to participate. https://event.inchecksysteem.nl/event/020868fbffdacf11/shop/3eefa9cc4c2cdc2f
Queer Family Hang Out!
Queer Family Hang Out!
Calling all Queer Families! Kinship Commons is hosting our first Queer family hang out! *Pride Month seems like a great time to find your people.* A casual space to meet other queer / trans families - who get it. Let the kids play, build community alongside each other or just rest and snack. Come for a little while or stay for the whole time. Come as you are or bring a snack to share. 20 June @ 2pm In an effort to keep us safe - Send a DM for location Official Language: English All ages and stages of family welcome! Happy Pride! ***Caring Community Agreements:*** *Kinship Commons gatherings are BIPOC centered, queer-affirming, family-friendly, community spaces built around care, mutual respect, and shared responsibility for the space.* *Many people who come to these spaces are navigating stress, burnout, grief, trauma, parenting, isolation, or major life transitions. We try to create spaces where people can arrive as they are, without needing to perform or explain themselves.* **Consent:** Please ask before hugging, touching, picking up children, taking photos, or sharing someone else’s story. No is a complete sentence. **Children:** Children are welcome in this space and are at the center of our ecosystem. We understand that children make noise, move around, and have big feelings - these are all normal ways to be a growing human. Adults are responsible for their own children, and as a community, we approach all children with patience and care rather than discipline or correction unless safety is involved. At one of our events, if you see a caregiver on their own with children that needs support, please offer a helping hand. **Photos and Social Media:** Please ask before taking photos that include other people or their children. Not everyone is safe being online. **Stepping Away:** You are always welcome to step outside, sit quietly, leave early, arrive late, or take space. You do not need to explain. **Food:** We come from many cultures and backgrounds where food is often the centerpiece of connection in community space. If food is shared, please label common allergens. People are welcome to bring their own separate food if they have dietary needs. **Access:** We try to choose spaces that are close to public transport + parking, accessible for strollers, mobility aids, and different body needs when possible. If you have a specific access need, please reach out ahead of time so we can meet your needs. **Conflict and Harm:** Community spaces are not perfect and misunderstandings happen. We approach conflict slowly, with conversation, curiosity and care, rather than public calling out or shaming. Accountability and repair are part of community. **Shared Responsibility:** This space exists because people help make it exist. This might look like helping set up, cleaning up, bringing snacks, sharing skills, checking in on someone, or simply showing up regularly. You are welcome here whether you are outgoing or quiet, whether you know many people or no one, whether you come once a year or every week. There are many ways to belong to a community.

Soulbits Circle is a reminder that every fragment of your story, every soulbit, belongs. Together we weave them into the blooming wholeness that you are. *Energy Exchange: 1-group $20-40 or 6-group $115* *Payment Options: Venmo or Cash* **Please RSVP to [Caitlynn](https://kalikwellnesswithin.org/) via** **email @ [kalik.wellnesswithin@gmail.com](mailto:kalik.wellnesswithin@gmail.com)** **text @ ‪(614) 407-4021‬** 💫

Columbus Code & Coffee is an inclusive, informal co-working session. People of all skill levels attend, and we love it that way. Many people (optionally) bring projects to work on, and many other people (optionally) socialize the entire time. It's entirely up to you! **What to Expect at the Intro Circle** \~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~ Near the beginning of the event (1:30 pm), we do a standup: * Organizer announcements, updates, and logistics Round 1 - (7 secs max): * Your name * What you're working on * What you can help others with Round 2: * Community events you wanna plug. If none, that's cool too. Round 3: * Job opportunities you're hiring for OR announce that you are looking for one. If none, that's cool. After the introduction circle, everything is self-organized! Feel free to work alone, pair up, attend one of our workshops/presentations, or mingle!

How to Be a Better Communicator - Free Seminar
Communication is everything in life You are only as successful as your ability to communicate. \- What if you could confidently talk to anyone? \- What if you had the ability to calmly control every conversation? \- What if you could close that sale\, ask for that date\, make new friends\, repair problematic relationships\, get that raise\, or effortlessly express any idea with confidence? You can! The secret to success relies on your ability or inability to effectively communicate. Attend a free seminar and gain a better ability to communicate. Hosted by the Church of Scientology of Central Ohio 1266 Dublin Road, Columbus, OH 43215 For more information, contact Rhiannon, the Event Host at 614-221-5024
