Venez vous poser le temps d'une création ludique inspirée par la matérialité qui nous entoure. L'atelier vous amènera à observer différemment et à composer avec toutes sortes d'objets, naturels ou recyclés, plastiques ou métalliques, fonctionnels ou pas, pour aller vers une création éphémère libre, car sans enjeu de résultat. Les créations, comme des sortes de collage à plat ou en volume, seront déconstruites à la fin de l'atelier, mais il sera possible d'en garder une trace. Cet atelier vous aidera à sortir d'une création basée sur les outils de la peinture et du dessin traditionnels pour développer votre regard et mettre un peu de créativité dans votre quotidien. ✨ Sweat + Flow to the beat : A hip hop yoga experience Join Dani, founder of Humble Warrior, a high vibes yoga flow in the legendary setting of Les Bains designed by Tristan Auer. Together, we’ll move, sweat, and "omm" . A curated playlists of old-shool, new school hip hop and afro beats will get your heart pumping and flowing to the beat. Created in 2018 by Dani Marino, Humble Warrior offers 60-minute vinyasa yoga classes practiced in darkness, illuminated by candlelight and set to hip-hop music. Humble Warrior sessions are rooted in the principles of vinyasa yoga, linking postures (asanas) with the breath in a continuous flow. A WiA Collective Wisdom Exchange At the start of this year, we gathered to look back, set intentions, and imagine the next chapter. This is the follow-up. Not a check-in. Not a progress report. A small, facilitated circle to reconnect with what you said mattered — and honestly explore what’s actually happening now. Together, we’ll explore: • What you intended at the start of this year - and what that looks like three months in • What’s surprised you, supported you, or shifted • What the next chapter needs now that you know what you know If you were at our January gathering, bring whatever you made or wrote — your word, your artifact, your intention. We’ll look at it with fresh eyes. If this is your first time, you belong here too. You’ll start where we all started: with what’s true right now. Optional art materials will be available for anyone who wants to reflect creatively alongside conversation. If you brought something home from January, you’re warmly invited to bring it back. The intention is the same as always: everyone leaves feeling more clear, more connected, and a little lighter. Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate. Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 22 at Streetlight Guild. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. **SCHEDULE:** 6:45ish - Quick introductions 7:00 - Timer starts: write for 1 hour 8:00 - The End **OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING** happens before and after the writing hour. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. **BEING LATE IS OKAY:** just show up and get settled!
