Aprendoci a questa primavera, l’Accademia Bjj accoglie con l’occasione della Pasqua per una speciale lezione di Yoga Vinyasa con Valentina. In questa pratica attraverseremo un viaggio: partiremo da movimenti lenti e profondi, per ascoltare ciò che dentro di noi è ancora nascosto, e costruiremo gradualmente energia, forza e apertura, fino a lasciare emergere qualcosa di nuovo. La lezione è adatta a sia a principianti sia a chi ha già un minimo di dimestichezza con lo yoga e vuole vivere una pratica più consapevole, fisica ed energetica allo stesso tempo. Our Sewing & Crafting Activity Group is gathering to connect, serve, and create together in a Christ-centered environment. Whether you’re experienced or brand new, all skill levels are welcome. No supplies needed, but sewing machines are appreciated if you’re comfortable bringing one. Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together. These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus. Details: Meet: 1160 N High St 9:30 AM meet 10:00 AM rollout All wheels welcome We’ll be skating through the Short North and surrounding areas at a steady, social pace.
