### **What to Expect** This is a welcoming senior boxing and fitness meetup group designed to support strength, balance, coordination, and overall well-being. Sessions include gentle boxing movements, light cardio, and functional exercises, all adapted to individual comfort levels. No boxing or fitness experience is required, and participants are encouraged to move at their own pace in a supportive environment. ### **Our Group** This meetup group is friendly, inclusive, and focused on connection as much as movement. Many members are new to boxing, and everyone is welcome. If you are new to Toastmasters, we make each session interesting by following a structured schedule with numerous roles for each member, including a new theme, a word of the day, and a fun portion called Table Topics that everyone is welcome to participate in. And if you have felt intimidated by public speaking, this club is for you. St. Vladimir Toastmasters is the BEST place to practice your communication skills in a stimulating and supportive environment. Our group rocks! We have a fun, friendly, welcoming atmosphere focused on mutual support, encouragement and improving self-confidence to speak in public. This is a great way to boost your health, clear your mind, and meet other positive members in the community. Walking regularly can improve heart health, increase energy, reduce stress, and support overall wellness. Our walk is done at a **good steady pace** with a bit of a hill, making it a great workout while still being enjoyable. The route usually lasts **about 1.5 hours**, giving you time to move, chat, and start your day feeling accomplished. I also encourage everyone to get to know fellow members by chatting with different people throughout the walk. When we circle back to the parking lot, I often invite members to switch walking partners so everyone has the chance to connect and build new friendships.
