We do cycles of 4-6 weeks, with a progressive load, and a recovery week at the end of the cycle. Session: * 10 - 20’ warm up (easy run and drills) * Core session (ie. 6x5' - 2' recovery) * Cool down We run together during Warm-up, and cool down and tey to regroup during recovery time. Paces are not imposed (everyone runs at his/her own pace) given the intensity suggested. Notes: It's NOT required to have an activity tracker or smart watch to be able to follow the session, as I'll be giving signals with a whistle. Intervals training is not advised for total beginners. **Um was geht es dieses mal?** **Barrierefreiheit automatisiert testen - Anna Maier (codecentric)** "Barrierefreiheit – ein Produkt für alle nutzbar machen - ist ein komplexes Thema. Bei der Entwicklung barrierefreier Software müssen viele Anforderungen berücksichtigt werden. Ein großes Problem ist, dass das Testen ein weitgehend ein manueller Prozess ist. Das kollidiert mit den schnellen Veröffentlichungszyklen moderner Software. Wie können wir unser Tempo beibehalten und gleichzeitig sicherstellen, dass das Produkt zugänglich bleibt? In diesem Vortrag gebe ich euch das Handwerkszeug, um euch in Hinblick auf Barrierefreiheit besser abzusichern. Dabei lernen wir zunächst automatische Tools und ihre Möglichkeiten und Grenzen kennen. Danach schauen wir auf Strategien zum Schreiben eigener Tests mit gängigen Testframeworks. This workshop series is a **follow-up to the ESP32 Robotics workshop**, but with a different concept. Here, there will be no subject set in advance, instead **all participants are welcome to join at any point and at any level, from beginner to expert**. Beginners will be guided though the basics (C programming, how to use measurement tools, soldering, PCB design, etc…) and can get advice on what tools and kits to start with, others can come with their own projects to get help or share some knowledge. ## Requirements * Bring your own laptop (Windows, Linux or Mac) * Any microcontroller/dev kit to develop your project(s). If you are a beginner and don’t know what to buy, come and we’ll find the best starter kit for you ! * A strong desire to learn stuff, good mood and some patience !

Extensions allow developers to customize the editor with new features, integrations, and workflow improvements tailored to their needs. In this session, we’ll cover what extensions are and the different types available, including full extensions written in TypeScript or JavaScript, along with lighter-weight extensions such as color themes, language packs, language support, code snippets, and keymaps. We’ll also look at practical reasons a developer might create an extension, from automating repetitive tasks to adding custom tooling. The session includes a hands-on walkthrough of creating a new extension, testing it locally, and understanding the basic project structure.
