FLow - vocal soundbath and breathwork meditation + freestyle vocal session
š¢ Doors open at 18:30 and sessions start at 19:00.
Freestyle vocal workout at and play session. ā¬8-20
š Flow is a state of being⦠an experience when you allow yourself to be 100% fully engaged in the present moment in a feedback loop between clarity and satisfaction. It is an undeniable sensation where things seem to be more effortless, pleasurable, in sync, and you can easily sense a connection with something greater than yourself; this is what we will createā¦:
⢠a connected and mindful meditation where it is possible to blissfully surf the cutting edge of the present moment togetherā¦
⢠a game where itās possible to feel excited and calm in the same moment, and everyone can win as much as they likeā¦
Scott Bolden, founder of Das Baumhaus Berlin will share some very easy, practical and effective methods developed during the last 12 years of facilitating the āImprovisational Groove Orchestraā (I.G.O.) improv vocal jam sessions.
Within 20 minutes participants learn to use the common sound space to create resonance in the form of improvisational music where it is quite common to experience some real flow momentsā¦
It is very easy to participate, no musical talent or training is required so anyone is welcome to join. All of the session is done with eyes closed to avoid visual distractions and keep focus on the co-created sound space. During these sessions we will also have short breaks for feedback and refreshment.
Important ā Please be on time. It is very important to understand the methodology and warm up in the group before joining in!
š¤ @21:00 - Freestyle vocal workshop and practice session.

Authentische Ehrlichkeit: Tiefe, Verbindung & Verbindlichkeit
**Authentische Ehrlichkeit - Ein Einführungs-Workshop**
.
Gute Freunde kƶnnen sich sagen, was sie aneinander mƶgen, und sie kƶnnen sich sagen, was sie nicht so toll finden.
.
.
Meine Erfahrungen findest Du hier: [https://abenteuer-freundschaft.de/radikale-ehrlichkeit-erfahrungsbericht](https://abenteuer-freundschaft.de/radikale-ehrlichkeit-erfahrungsbericht)
.

From Scrum Master to System Designer
In the previous meetup, we discussed a difficult question:
**Will AI replace Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches?**
This session builds on that conversation.
Instead of focusing on what might disappear, weāll focus on:
**What will become more valuable.**
š§ **What youāll learn**
Weāll explore the shift from:
* Why facilitation and process knowledge are no longer enough
* The shift from team-level focus to system-level thinking
* How organizational design becomes a key capability
* What skills will make you stand out in the coming years
Grounded in Org Topologiesā¢, weāll look at:
* Why many roles operate in **output-driven, incomplete setups**
* The shift toward **outcome-oriented, complete mandates**
* Why organizational design becomes a **core capability**
* How AI amplifies this shift rather than causing it
š **Core idea**
The future is not about becoming a better Scrum Master.
Itās about becoming someone who can:
* see the organization as a system
* identify structural constraints
* redesign how work, learning, and decision-making happen
š¤ **Format**
* \~30 min talk
* \~30 min Q&A and discussion
* \~30+ min Networking
š„ **Who this is for**
* Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches seeking their next evolution
* People struggling to create impact in their current setup
* Leaders interested in system-level change
* Anyone thinking about their next career step
š” **Why join**
Many people feel that āsomething is changing.ā
This session helps you **name the shift** ā and position yourself within it.
Btw: This meetup prepares the ground for a special session with the author of *10xOrg* in June.
Introduction to Tantra - a workshop for beginners
What is Tantra? How does Tantra differ from other spiritual or self-development practices? What is the role of sexuality in Tantra? What are the core principles of Tantra? Can Tantra be practiced alone or is it mainly for couples? How does Tantra enhance personal and spiritual growth?
This 4-hour workshop is designed specifically for beginners who are curious about Tantra and want to get a first taste of its profound teachings. With the aim to demystify, weāll address common questions and misconceptions through both discourse and direct experience.
After the introduction round and discourse, youāll be invited to practice a series of guided exercises designed to deepen your comprehension of Tantra's core principles. These practices include active meditation, energy practices and both solo- and partnered exercises, allowing you to tap in to an embodied experience of the teachings. You will gain tools that can be applied in your daily life, enhancing both your personal and spiritual growth.
**What to expect**
* **Discourse and Q&A**: learn about Tantra through discourse and ask your questions
* **Guided practice**: experience Tantra through guided embodiment and meditation practices, both solo and with partners
* **Conscious connection:** explore yourself through the meeting with others. Learn new tools and skills to initiate deeper intimacy.
* **Sharing**: integrate your experience through sharing with others.
* **Cozy studio setting**: enjoy a comfortable and intimate environment.
By the end of the session, you are likely to leave with a renewed sense of peace, a deeper connection to yourself and others, and a more profound understanding of Tantra. This workshop serves as a gentle yet powerful introduction, equipping you with the knowledge and experience needed to explore Tantra further.

Free In-Person Meeting: Healing from Trauma and Past Betrayals
This is a free, in person meeting.
Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to āpin the blameā on someone or something. If you donāt find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well.
Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, donāt know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things. Maybe youāve suffered a betrayal, or are dealing with hostility or criticalness or invalidation. Dwindling relationships can involve destructive behavior, where we hurt those we love, or start succumbing to self-destructive thoughts, attitudes or behaviors that spiral out of control and affect much more than our immediate relationship.
Past losses in love or life can affect how we act or react to new people and situations and hold us back from even starting to create new, possibly great relationships! How can one get back onto a saner course of action?
Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life: human relationships!
Break free from self imposed limitations
Here we will discuss:
⢠How to āeraseā the trauma of past hurts and betrayals so that one isnāt always repeating past mistakes.
⢠Why and how do the negative emotions of others affect you?
⢠Why is my partner withdrawing and what can I do about it?
⢠Why do we sometimes feel compelled to hurt the ones we love?
⢠Fights & arguments - what's really behind them?
⢠What underlies ācorrosive criticismā or the need to invalidate self or others?
⢠How one can stably change oneās outlook on life so they can affect positive change?
⢠Where do compulsive destructive behaviors come from and what can be done about them?
⢠How to form closer bonds & keep growing the relationships with the people you care about?
⢠How to enhance oneās own ability to survive and create positive healthy relationships whether in love, family & friendships or in work, business or oneās career?
Relationships can be hard and life itself IS challenging. Why not arm yourself with the knowledge and breakthroughs that have been made about the mind, mental reactions & interpersonal relationships, so that one has better awareness and control over themselves and life in general.
Learn where painful experiences are āstoredā and how they can unknowingly affect us. You will also find out how one can āeraseā those past painful experiences so that one is free to move forward without being tripped up by the past. Learn too, about what can lead some people to become ātoxicā personalities and how to identify those traits in others so you wonāt be tripped up trusting the wrong person.
Our free Meet-ups occur in a safe environment where one can learn, without fear of judgment or criticism, and without the recommendation of harmful mental techniques or therapies, just how YOU can get yourself onto a happier & more successful path: in love & in life.
We look forward to having you join us!

**Abstract**
Like it or not, AI agents are now capable of turning a quickly written paragraph of requirements into a pull request that is ready to be integrated into real-world production applications and it's now our responsibility to make sure AI doesn't go rogue and take down prod - or corrupt our data by misunderstanding the requirements or our existing schemas. In this session we'll explore strategies to protect our codebases through unit and integration testing, documentation, and code review along with additional ways of providing context and guard rails to our AI agents as they carry out the work we've assigned them to do. By the time we're done, you'll have a firm grasp of the problem and understand some helpful options for protecting your codebase from vibe coding mishaps getting YOLOed into prod.
