***2\. ***3\.

Will AI Replace Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches?
Will AI Replace Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches?
AI is rapidly changing how work gets done. Tasks that used to require experience, facilitation, or coordination can now be supported, or even replaced, by tools. So what does that mean for roles like Scrum Master or Agile Coach? * Will these roles disappear? * Will they evolve? * Or are we asking the wrong question entirely? This meetup is not a talk. It’s a **fishbowl discussion**. An interactive format where you can actively shape the conversation. 🧠 **What we’ll explore** Together, we’ll dive into questions like: * Which parts of our roles are already being automated? * Where do Agile Coaches struggle to create real impact today? * What skills might become obsolete? * What new capabilities might become critical? 🎤 **Format** * Short framing to set the stage * You bring your questions and perspectives * We collect key topics from everyone * Open fishbowl discussion (5 chairs, dynamic participation) * Moderated by Robert Briese, CEO Lean Sherpas GmbH You can jump in, leave your seat, and contribute at any time. 👥 **Who this is for** * Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches * People working in or transitioning into agile roles * Anyone questioning the future of their role 💡 **Why join** Most AI discussions stay at the level of tools or fear. This session is about **making sense of what it actually means for you**. Btw: This meetup is part of a 3-part series leading up to a special event with the author of *10xOrg* in June.

These tiny devices are increasingly capable of running models, even for relatively complex use cases, but come without many of the comforts of a classic computer. When deploying a model to a microcontroller, a much deeper understanding of the physical hardware and good knowledge of the various optimization paths that help reduce the resource consumption of an application is needed. We aim to shed some light on how to deploy models to these cheap, ubiquitous and sometimes surprisingly capable little pieces of hardware. **In this session, we will cover:** * Important differences between a desktop/server and a bare-metal embedded system * Quantization for model compression * Anatomy of an Embedded Application * Embedded ML Inference Engines and how to run them * Deploying a model step by step **Who is this event for?** This session is targeted at anyone with basic ML knowledge. Experience with C and embedded systems is probably helpful, but not required. We will cover the most important aspects as part of the workshop. **⚡ FINAL REMINDER ⚡** **You MUST register and be approved on Luma to attend. SHORT NOTICE: Build Faster, Fund Smarter. With Adeo Ressi. Founder of FI
A lunchtime conversation with the man who built the world's largest startup accelerator What separates the founders who break through from those who don't? In 2026, the answer increasingly comes down to one thing: how you wield AI. The rules of company-building are being rewritten — faster than most founders realize. AI isn't just a productivity tool anymore. It's compressing the timeline from idea to product, from product to funding, from funding to scale. The founders who understand this shift aren't working harder. They're working smarter, faster, and with leverage that simply didn't exist before. There are few people better positioned to unpack what this means for founders than Adeo Ressi. He's spent over 15 years obsessing over one question: what does it actually take to build a successful startup What You'll Learn - The AI-native founder playbook — How top founders are using AI as a co-founder - From zero to funded, faster - The rewired venture ecosystem — How AI is changing what investors look for and how capital is being deployed - Live Q&A — An open, candid conversation. Free In-Person Meeting: Healing from Trauma and Past Betrayals
Free In-Person Meeting: Healing from Trauma and Past Betrayals
This is a free, in person meeting. Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse. Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well. Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, don’t know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things. Maybe you’ve suffered a betrayal, or are dealing with hostility or criticalness or invalidation. Dwindling relationships can involve destructive behavior, where we hurt those we love, or start succumbing to self-destructive thoughts, attitudes or behaviors that spiral out of control and affect much more than our immediate relationship. Past losses in love or life can affect how we act or react to new people and situations and hold us back from even starting to create new, possibly great relationships! How can one get back onto a saner course of action? Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life: human relationships! Break free from self imposed limitations Here we will discuss: • How to “erase” the trauma of past hurts and betrayals so that one isn’t always repeating past mistakes. • Why and how do the negative emotions of others affect you? • Why is my partner withdrawing and what can I do about it? • Why do we sometimes feel compelled to hurt the ones we love? • Fights & arguments - what's really behind them? • What underlies “corrosive criticism” or the need to invalidate self or others? • How one can stably change one’s outlook on life so they can affect positive change? • Where do compulsive destructive behaviors come from and what can be done about them? • How to form closer bonds & keep growing the relationships with the people you care about? • How to enhance one’s own ability to survive and create positive healthy relationships whether in love, family & friendships or in work, business or one’s career? Relationships can be hard and life itself IS challenging. Why not arm yourself with the knowledge and breakthroughs that have been made about the mind, mental reactions & interpersonal relationships, so that one has better awareness and control over themselves and life in general. Learn where painful experiences are “stored” and how they can unknowingly affect us. You will also find out how one can “erase” those past painful experiences so that one is free to move forward without being tripped up by the past. Learn too, about what can lead some people to become “toxic” personalities and how to identify those traits in others so you won’t be tripped up trusting the wrong person. Our free Meet-ups occur in a safe environment where one can learn, without fear of judgment or criticism, and without the recommendation of harmful mental techniques or therapies, just how YOU can get yourself onto a happier & more successful path: in love & in life. We look forward to having you join us! This class is sponsored by the Dianetics & Scientology Life Improvement Center of Central Ohio.
