Only 1% of Venture Capital reaches all-female teams. Nina Wöss is on a mission to change that. ### Gender-diverse and and all-female startups receive just 9% of all venture capital according to the latest Female Founders Monitor 2025 published by Start-Up Verband Germany and Bertelsmann Stiftung in 2025. These numbers have not changed much in the last 10 years. New ideas are needed to change a system that is not leveraging all its potential. Creating new specialized venture funds is one solution.
