• What we'll do About us: The Tibetan Dharma and Meditation Group is part of a Buddhist organisation based in Taiwan, which is centred on one of the greatest living rinpoches (teachers) in the world at the moment. It aims to introduce people living in Ireland to Buddhist teachings and practices that have been passed to Rinpoche through his masters and their masters going back many, many generations in order to benefit and bring peace to all sentient beings. This supper club is a little love letter to my obsession with K-dramas and the incredible food that so often steals the scene from sizzling grilled meats to vibrant side dishes packed with flavour. The evening will feature a curated multi-course menu showcasing classic Korean flavours: savoury, spicy, slightly sweet, and deeply comforting. Expect dishes made to be shared, warm conversation around the table, and the feeling of travelling through food without leaving the city. Enjoy a bit of Columbus culinary history at Carfagna's market, wine bar and ristorante. We will gather for a glass of wine or two in the wine bar at 6:30 with dinner at 7pm. Arrive early if you like, shop and place your items in a cooler in your car. This is a pay-on-your-own event.
