Flow & Connect is a balanced vinyasa yoga class designed to help you move, reset and reconnect with your body. Whether you’re a local, part of Prague’s international community, or just visiting, the class offers a welcoming space to practice and meet new people. The practice focuses on healthy, breath-led movement that builds strength, mobility and balance while leaving you feeling energized and grounded. Classes are held in small groups, allowing for a more personal approach with clear guidance and variations so everyone can adapt the practice to their own level. Beyond the practice, it is also a space to connect and meet people. After the class there is always time to stay, chat and get to know each other or continue the evening over dinner together. Usually we run around 50mins and it is up to everyone how many kilometres. We welcome all levels of runner. We can all run together or, if there is more of us, we can split into groups and at the end of the run we all meet close to the starting point to go for a coffee to a nice local coffee place (where they also sell cakes and great chocolate).
