As AI coding assistants and agent frameworks continue to evolve, tools such as **Claude Code**, **OpenClaw**, **Hermes**, and **ClawPro** are changing how developers design, build, review, and operate software systems. Beyond the tools themselves, the foundation remains consistent: **data, MCP, reusable skills, security, and workflow design**. In this meetup, we will explore how teams can transform accumulated SOPs, internal knowledge, and development practices into reusable AI skills, preparing ourselves for the next major breakthrough in AI-driven software engineering. ## Topics ### 1\. AI Ready: From Claude Code to OpenClaw\, Hermes\, and Agents of the Future This session will introduce the direction of modern AI-assisted development and agentic workflows. We will discuss why **data, MCP, and skills** remain consistently important, and how developers and organizations can turn existing SOPs and operational knowledge into practical AI-ready assets. ### 2\. This is a regular Bring-Your-Own-Book session, where participants share and present to the group non-fiction books they have read. New members are welcome to attend to listen to and discuss the presentations of others. Usually a meeting takes around 2.5-3 hours. During this time we discuss 2 different books, roughly 1 hour per book. Any non-fiction material: a book, documentary, or lecture or a part of it - anything with a title and an author and that contains some coherent ideas. Each presentation includes a summary of a book (15-40 min) and discussion (accordingly). The meeting will be either in a park or in a coffee shop, on HK side. The exact place to be confirmed with the attendees **by WhatsApp only**. I will / have sent the link to the WhatsApp group, please use the link. Introvert friendly. We have people from different countries, so while books can be in any language, the language of the meeting is English. There is a fee of 20 HKD for the first timers to help funding the Meetup membership needed to run the group. Do not hit "Attend" if you are not going to attend. If you RSVPed, but there is anything preventing you from going to the meeting, remember to tell the host as soon as possible and/or update the RSVP - before the RSVP is closed, to give other people a chance to take your spot. Customer identity resolution becomes increasingly complex as organizations scale across multiple systems, regions, and data formats. Traditional rule-based approaches often fail to keep up with data variability, require constant manual tuning, and struggle with real-time processing needs. This session presents a practical approach to building a scalable identity resolution pipeline using AWS services and modern AI techniques. The architecture combines data ingestion through Amazon S3 and AWS Glue, transformation pipelines using Spark on EMR, and machine learning models deployed via SageMaker for entity matching and standardization. Graph-based relationship modeling is implemented using Amazon Neptune to improve resolution accuracy by incorporating household and shared attribute context. We will walk through how machine learning models can be used for name and address normalization, how intelligent blocking strategies improve matching efficiency, and how feedback loops can be introduced to continuously improve accuracy.
