This is a healing modality which allows us more information and release from the glitches in our ancestral line. It discovers ways to view and work with issues of work, health, relationships, money and career. It is a gentle way to explore what might be getting in the way of 'flow' in our lives though it is very hard to describe to newcomers. Feel free to google - it was created by Bert Hellinger, which whom I trained, and is intriguing to take part in. People form a circle, someone asks a question and bodies intuit responses, guided by the facilitator, which allow the unfolding of hidden dynamics.

Morning Gentle Flow Yoga (Livestreaming)
Flow class is a style of yoga that is moving from one posture to another posture in synchronizing with our breath. The class will begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. Flow Yoga These may include standing poses, balances, inversions, and peak poses.
Then the class will end with slower, deeper stretches, and often floor-based yoga poses. Classes will be conducted via Zoom

Build Self-Confidence with Bouldering! 🧗 (🌟Beginner-Friendly ) + Dinner 🥘
✨ Connect with us over a day of fun climbs and an (optional) night of dinner + board games! ✨
**🧗 What is bouldering?**
Bouldering is a sub-discipline of rock climbing, that is done without a harness on a lower wall, with safety pads. It involves finding the right sequence to reach the end of a route, very much like a maze or puzzle.
The problem-solving, social nature of climbing has been shown to boost self-esteem and confidence, as well as reduce depression and anxiety levels. (read the relevant papers [here](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xMmiyjDsXn12SWgcv_6eW-x9JXduZ3fa?usp=sharing))
**What to expect 👀 (Note: the event officially starts at 430pm)**
**‼️ If you're new to climbing, we will run you through an introduction into bouldering.**
🧘 430 - 5pm: Warm up & 5 mins mindfulness (optional)
**🧗** 5pm - 8pm: Climb
🎲 8pm till late: We'll have dinner over card games or go to a board game cafe (see vibes that day)

Senior Yoga & Qigong Specialist Sarah Manning is a seasoned senior yoga instructor with over 25 years of international teaching experience in Singapore, Australia, and China. She brings a rich blend of physical precision and subtle energy awareness to her classes. Sarah’s approach is deeply alignment-based and body-wise, drawing on her extensive background in Hatha, Yin, yoga therapy, prenatal/postnatal work, and conscious movement.
She has been guiding teachers in back care, Yin, and holistic yoga practices for more than a decade. In addition to her yoga mastery, Sarah has trained in Qigong for over 10 years, integrating breath, movement, and subtle energy work to support vitality, balance, and inner resilience — especially in areas like fertility and energetic wellbeing.
