We're hoping to host more themed whisky gatherings going forward - each time trying a new direction, a different idea. We also don't want to keep the bottle selection too narrow, so there's always room for everyone to bring something interesting. This time, it's a much-requested theme - Old Bottles. Some are new to whisky, some have been drinking for years, but when it comes to old bottles, maybe we're all "old beginners." On June 28, bring along one whisky distilled in the 1990s or earlier* *, and join us for good food, good drams, and easy conversation. To enjoy our Sunday with tranquillity, we are going to explore very secluded & peaceful Whitehead beach in Wu Kai Sha, followed by dinner. My friend and I did a recce there weeks ago. A cozy one-hour walk met with birds and sea. Such calm scenes really smoothed us. There is a hidden path for our trekking which sent us to the Whitehead beach.We’ll be welcome by a huge stoney heart.
