Healthy Mind, Healthy Body with BK Shila Sanghani (Yogic Breathing & Stretching)
Join us ***in person* at the Brahma Kumaris Virginia Center** as we come together as a community to participate in a live Zoom class with BK Shila Sanghani. This shared experience offers a nurturing space to gently reconnect with yourself and realign your inner world.
Our breath is one of the most profound tools for self-regulation, peace, and inner harmony. Through conscious breathing, we open the body’s meridians and energy pathways, activating the natural life force that supports healing on every level. From this heightened state of awareness, the mind becomes clearer, the body more relaxed, and the spirit more expansive.
In this **weekly session**, you’ll be guided through simple yogic breathing practices and light stretching exercises that refresh the body, calm the mind, and uplift the heart. These techniques are accessible for all levels and offer a beautiful way to reset and recharge.
BK Shila Sanghani, a certified yoga instructor based in the Chicago metro area, brings years of experience facilitating workshops, national retreats, and collaborative programs with medical professionals. Her compassionate approach has supported individuals navigating various health conditions, making her sessions both therapeutic and deeply restorative.
Come nourish your well-being from the inside out - one breath at a time. Free Event - Donations Appreciated.

Energizing Walk for Busy People!
Join our weekly walking meetup to have fun, maintain a healthy lifestyle, meet new people, and enjoy the weather! We meet Saturdays at 10am, halfway between the Reston *Container Store* and *Not Your Average Joes* (by the metal benches), leaving no later than 10:05.
Every week, rain or shine, we start by walking along the Green Trail to reach Lake Anne Community Center. Once there, we pause for water/bio (often staying a few minutes extra from April-November, due to the local Farmer's Market), and then we circle Lake Anne and head back to our starting point. It's roughly 3-4 miles and takes about an hour and a half.
Afterwards, some members will often head to *Not Your Average Joes* or another local restaurant for a quick drink/meal before tackling the day.
This event is open to all ages and fitness levels. Dogs are welcome, and we recommend dressing for the weather (umbrella, water, snow shoes, hat, etc.) since we'll walk rain or shine. Also, feel free to bring a friend!
By signing up, you accept and assume all risks and responsibilities with this activity, and nobody will be held liable.
Reston Trails Hike
Meet at the Lake Audubon Pool parking lot at *2070 Twin Branches Road in Reston*.
We’ll hike the Twin Branches trail for 2.5 miles, followed by a 3 mile walk on the Glade Stream Valley Trail. We’ll then drive to the nearby South Lakes Village Center for lunch.
NO HIKE IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER OR RAIN! Alternative date 31 January.

Your Journey to Wholeness: Akashic Records & Light Language Healing
**Please note that pre-registration and payment are required to participate: [Register here.](https://paypal.me/akashicrecords612?country.x=US&locale.x=en_US)**
**Awaken the sacred within. Reclaim your soul’s truth.**
Beneath all the noise, the patterns, and the pain, your soul has never stopped whispering. It holds the memory of every choice, every wound, every triumph across time. This vibrational archive—your **Akashic Records**—awaits you. And within them: clarity, healing, and a return to the Divine spark of who you truly are.
Let’s take a breath and reflect…
· Have you been feeling like you're moving through life in a loop—taking one step forward, only to be pulled back again and again?
· Does life feel like an ongoing storm of confusion, struggle, or emotional unrest?
· Do you long for heartfelt, soul-level connection—but feel it remains just out of reach?
· Are you living the life your heart calls you to…or the one others expect?
If you’ve felt this, take comfort: you are not broken. You are awakening.
You’ve been guided to this moment for a reason. Your soul knows it's time to return home to your truth.
**\*\*Welcome to the Akashic Records—\*\* a timeless sanctuary of compassion, wisdom, and love.**
In this deeply healing workshop, you're invited not just to explore your story—but to rewrite its energetic imprint. Guided by the compassionate presence of **Bill Sanda**, you'll step into a space where healing is not only possible, but inevitable—when met with an open heart.
This isn’t just another offering. This is a soul-remembrance.
During our time together, you will:
✨ **Uncover the hidden patterns of your past**, including the emotional echoes, ancestral threads, and past-life imprints that continue to influence your present reality
✨ **Liberate yourself from repetitive cycles** of fear, doubt, or stagnation, so you can move forward in alignment with your soul’s highest expression
✨ **Receive healing directly from your Akashic Records**, reconnecting to your innate wisdom and Divine blueprint
✨ **Remember who you are beyond this lifetime**, as insights from past incarnations help you navigate your current path with grace
✨ **Experience the sacred sound of Light Language**—a celestial, soul-coded vibration that speaks beyond the mind, clearing density, activating remembrance, and harmonizing your energy at the DNA level
Bill’s sacred gift of channeling the Akashic Records—woven together with the high-frequency transmission of Light Language—creates a multidimensional space for profound transformation.
You’ll also receive personal attention during the workshop through mini-healing sessions, and we'll culminate in a group integration, inviting a collective shift in vibration and consciousness.
**Here’s what others have shared about their experience:**
*“Bill is exceptionally gifted… It seemed that everyone had erased years... looking so much younger and so much more relaxed and at peace than before the session. The shift happening for each person was actually physically visible.”* — *Cindy W.*
*“Finally, I understand what has been causing the sabotaging behaviors. Two days later, I’m clearer and more spiritually connected than I’ve ever been. Thank you, Bill, for your healing gifts.”* — *Wendy W.*
***About Bill Sanda***
*A lifelong seeker and heart-led healer, **Bill Sanda** walks with humility, clarity, and deep reverence for the sacred. His journey has led him to study with some of today’s most respected spiritual masters, but it was through divine revelation that his ability to work within the Akashic Records and transmit Light Language fully emerged. Bill now offers this work as a gift of service—to support others in awakening to their truth, releasing what no longer serves, and remembering the wholeness that has always been within. His mission is simple and powerful: to support your healing on all levels—**emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual**—so you can live more aligned, more free, and more fully alive.*
***
If you feel the call, trust it. Your soul has already said yes.

Rosie's Farm Sanctuary Volunteer Day
Join us for a volunteer day helping the animals at Rosie's Farm Sanctuary in Potomac, MD.
Before attending this event, you must sign a liability waiver. Please use this link https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/b5nky2tonaovjqgjn6ap5p/web/
The chores you will be doing are physical. You will be working on big projects that require many volunteers like removing old bedding, sanitizing stals and replacing with new bedding, along with the daily clean up chores. Wear boots and clothing you don’t mind getting dirty.
Feel free to bring a filled water bottle. On sunny days a brimmed hat and sunglasses may be helpful. Sunscreen is also suggested.
Please do not bring any food or yummy-smelling items on your body or in your bag as our animals love to eat and are on special diets.
Out of respect for the animals, we do not allow any food with animal products to be consumed at Rosie’s Farm Sanctuary. Please ensure that all edible items are plant-based (no dairy, no cheese, no cow’s milk ice cream, no meat, no fish, no eggs). Thank you for your cooperation and respect for this. It is very important to us.
There is a gift shop where you can browse and warm up during the event.
Please post your pictures and tag Rosie’s Farm Sanctuary and Rockville Vegans!
We are limited to 30 volunteers, so please change your RSVP if you cannot attend.
If there is interest, we may go out to eat in one of our local vegan restaurants afterward.
