A women-only space to move freely, shake off the week, and feel good in your body — no choreography, no judgment, no pressure. Dance It Out hosts fun high energy dance sessions for women in Zürich. Think less fitness class, more permission to just move — to fun music! No experience needed. No right way to do it. Just show up, let go, and dance it out.

You’ll learn fun, iconic choreography from popular K-pop hits while improving your coordination, rhythm, and confidence. No previous dance experience is required — just bring your energy, a smile, and comfortable clothes you can move in. Each class is designed to be inclusive, encouraging, and full of positive vibes, so you can dance at your own pace while having a blast.
