Growing up in a family that loved to travel and explore music, art, and culture from around the world shaped a huge part of who I am today. That passion led me to study World Arts and Cultures at Santa Monica College and UCLA, with a focus on ethnomusicology and global movement traditions. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to dance in films, TV shows, arenas, and music videos for artists such as CNCO, Pee Wee, Jon Z, Eladdio, YBN Nahmir, Happy Singh, and Midnight Sister. I was also featured dancing flamenco in *Little Fockers*, the third film in the *Meet the Parents* series. As a teacher, I’ve taught at studios across Los Angeles, including SoHo Dance and Liz Lira Dance Academy, where I spent seven years teaching under my mentor in Culver City. In 2023, I moved to Barcelona to follow my deep love for Bachata Sensual and continue growing as an artist, performer, and teacher. I’ve taught and performed at the Vancouver Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba Festival, as well as the Los Angeles Hustle Congress, where I taught and performed Latin Burlesque. I also had the unforgettable experience of performing for more than 50,000 people with the band Quitapenas at the Los Angeles Afro Latino Dance Festival in Grand Park, DTLA. In 2021, I created my own heels troupe, **Les Femmes Fatales**, performing my choreography across Los Angeles at venues such as The Granada, The Victorian, Townhouse, The Del Monte Speakeasy, The Warehouse, and more. @devonkatrina ### What to expect You can come alone, many people do, and you’ll always find someone to dance with.
