Vente y hablamos. Rafa. \-\-\-\- Hi! Every day there are new ways to learn Spanish, (or any language) new apps, grammar methods, AI, teachers explaining things on videos, and they are all great. If they help you to understand more and to speak better, they are great. The main plan in this group is to improve your Spanish with games, real activities and exercises to speak more. All the games and activities are a good excuse to correct the most difficult/ frequent mistakes: Difficult words, confusing past tenses, prepositions, verbs that mean many things, ser and estar in the past, sentences with two or more verbs, subjuntive, colloquial expressions, and also “cultural" mistakes: How we, Spanish people, use the language in different situations? People participating are (almost always) very nice, and usually leave very positive reviews of the classes. If the plan fits you, come to practice your Spanish and we'll talk about food, travel, work, culture, Internet, local issues, business, news and many more things. There is a contribution to participate of only €10 per person/2-hour class (materials included, drinks not included) or €30 for 4 classes. Let´s talk. Rafa.

Circle Song: Improvised Body Music
Circle Song: Improvised Body Music
**Invitation** **We are the instruments.** A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play. This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of [Musica do Circulo](https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en). No prior experience is required, only an openness to connect with other humans in your own fun, light and authentic way. Circle songs are an invitation into a fully immersive, fully improvised musical experience using vocals, body percussion and movement. It draws inspiration from musical embodied rhythm practices from around the world, including call-and-response singing, rhythmic clapping games and circle song traditions. *"We are doing something that is so human and so needed, something that we've forgotten." - Igor, circle participant May 2025* Simply by standing in a circle and connecting with our bodies as our instruments, we are reminded that we can find joy and meaning right here in this present moment, and in the next. **This event is donation-based. What does this mean?** It means pay if and what you can, so that everyone can join. It also means spreading the word and bringing your friends to keep this going strong! If you think your company, organisation, team, or event could benefit from a similar experience — please reach out. That's how we sustain it in the long run. **Doors close at 18.45** [Join the WhatsApp community](https://chat.whatsapp.com/IEKLeWAAIxP0I2MFUaSP1c?mode=gi_t) to contact the organisers and stay up to date on all circles! **About Matteo (facilitator):** Matteo is a creative facilitator who uses embodied practices — music, theatre, play — to spark connection and joy. 🍺 Agentic Coding Meetup — Devs & Drinks
🍺 Agentic Coding Meetup — Devs & Drinks
No slides. No speaker. No agenda. Just developers talking shop over a cold one. This is an informal gathering for engineers, founders, and builders who are deep in the agentic coding trenches — using tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, OpenCode, or rolling their own agent pipelines. Come swap what's actually working, what blew up in production, and what you're excited about right now. We'll be at a bar in Gràcia, Barcelona, and the format is simple: show up, grab a drink, and share what you know. Bring a laptop if you want to show something, but it's not required. **What we talk about (but not limited to):** * Agentic coding workflows and tooling * Prompt engineering & context engineering in practice * Multi-agent architectures and orchestration * AI-native product building * What's broken in the ecosystem and how you're working around it **Who should come:** Developers, technical founders, and AI engineers who build with (or on top of) LLMs. All levels welcome — senior devs with war stories and curious beginners both make the conversation better. **Format:** Open conversation, round-table style. Everyone teaches, everyone learns.

UNDER PRESSURE
UNDER PRESSURE

How to Structure Your Product So It Can Grow - A 2-Hour Workshop
How to Structure Your Product So It Can Grow - A 2-Hour Workshop
**🎟 Get Your Ticket: https://bit.ly/pixipap-product-structure** **Overview** From Idea to Product Series #3: A 2-Hour practical workshop to design a clear product structure and avoid future complexity **Description** As digital products grow, something almost always happens: Complexity increases. New features are added, capabilities overlap, and the product becomes harder to understand, maintain, and evolve. Many teams focus on building features but rarely stop to think about how the product should actually be structured. Without a clear structure, even great ideas can turn into products that are difficult to scale. In this practical workshop, we will explore how to design a clear structure for your product so it can grow without becoming unnecessarily complex. You will learn how to think in terms of product capabilities, domains, and structure, rather than isolated features. **What You’ll Learn** This workshop is part of the Product Building Series. Together, the three workshops provide a complete path from idea → product scope → product structure, helping you move from concept to a clear and scalable product. In this workshop we will explore: • Why product complexity appears as products grow • The difference between features and product capabilities • How to organize capabilities into a clear product structure • How good product structure helps teams scale and evolve their products. Through practical examples, you will see how successful digital products are structured around clear capabilities rather than a collection of disconnected features. **What You’ll Leave With** Participants will create a Product Capability Map for their product idea or existing product. By the end of the workshop you will have: ✔ A clearer understanding of your product’s core capabilities ✔ A simple Product Capability Map for your product ✔ A better structure for organizing future features ✔ A practical way to reduce complexity as your product grows. **Who This Workshop Is For** This workshop is ideal for: • founders and startup builders • people building new apps or SaaS products • indie hackers and makers • product teams designing new functionality. No technical background is required. **Workshop Agenda (2 hours)** 1.Welcome & Introduction Why product complexity appears as digital products grow. 2.Why Features Alone Don’t Scale Understanding the limitations of feature-based thinking. 3.Product Capabilities & Structure How successful products organize capabilities and domains. 4.Real Product Example A breakdown of how a real product is structured. 5.Practical Exercise Create a Product Capability Map for your own product. 6.Discussion & Insights Participants refine their product structure. 7.Wrap-Up & Next Steps **What to Bring** Bring a product idea, app idea, or product you are currently building. You will apply the framework directly to your product during the workshop. We kindly ask participants to arrive about 10 minutes earlier, as the workshop will start promptly at 18:30. **Format** - Interactive workshop - Small group discussion - Practical exercise After the workshop, participants are invited to continue the conversation during an informal **networking session** at Sisi Bar on the top floor, where we can share experiences and enjoy the beautiful views of Barcelona together. 🎟 **Get Your Ticket:** https://bit.ly/pixipap-product-structure
The More Beautiful Work: Career Wayfinding Towards Meaning and Regeneration
The More Beautiful Work: Career Wayfinding Towards Meaning and Regeneration
In this interactive workshop, we come together to explore what it means to create work that is meaningful, alive, and in service to a more regenerative world. Through dialogue, reflection, and shared inquiry, we’ll explore questions such as: \* What challenges do we face when creating work that truly matters to us? \* How might meaningful work unlock human potential and contribute to a regenerative economy? \* What is the “more beautiful world” we each feel called toward? \* How do our personal stories and lived experiences shape the contribution we’re here to make? \* What holds us back from stepping into that contribution? \* How can we navigate uncertainty with greater courage, trust, and clarity? This is a space to listen deeply, to ourselves, to each other, and to something greater that wants to emerge through us. Facilitated by Sunil, Career Coach and founder of [Free Your Flow](%5Bhttps://freeyourflow.org%5D(https://freeyourflow.org)). The Story So Far: A WiA Reflection Circle
The Story So Far: A WiA Reflection Circle
A WiA Collective Wisdom Exchange At the start of this year, we gathered to look back, set intentions, and imagine the next chapter. This is the follow-up. Not a check-in. Not a progress report. A small, facilitated circle to reconnect with what you said mattered — and honestly explore what’s actually happening now. Together, we’ll explore: • What you intended at the start of this year - and what that looks like three months in • What’s surprised you, supported you, or shifted • What the next chapter needs now that you know what you know If you were at our January gathering, bring whatever you made or wrote — your word, your artifact, your intention. We’ll look at it with fresh eyes. If this is your first time, you belong here too. You’ll start where we all started: with what’s true right now. Optional art materials will be available for anyone who wants to reflect creatively alongside conversation. If you brought something home from January, you’re warmly invited to bring it back. The intention is the same as always: everyone leaves feeling more clear, more connected, and a little lighter. Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate. What to Expect • A small, welcoming circle (not a large meetup) • Structured conversation so everyone has space to speak • Reflection, listening, and lived experience — not advice-giving • Optional creative reflection alongside conversation • A calm, supportive environment Who This Is For Women and underrepresented folks working in or around agile, product, technology, leadership, or organizational change — especially those looking for honest conversation and community beyond frameworks and buzzwords. Good to Know • No preparation required • If you attended in January, we invite you to bring anything you created or wrote (or something that represents your intention at the start of the year) - it’s optional but invited • Participation is invitational; listening is always welcome • Creative activities are optional

This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise. We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration. Whether you're new to AI or exploring how to scale your use of Copilot, this session will show you what's possible when agents work as a team. **YouTube Link** TBD
