Este taller es un espacio de aprendizaje y búsqueda creativa. La idea es acompañar procesos personales e ir aprendiendo técnica. Vemos obras de artistas. Un espacio para indaga en nuestro estilo personal. Materiales incluidos. 20 euros la clase/ 60 el mes

**¿Buscas un espacio para crear, soltarte y conectar contigo mismo sin expectativas?** En este taller de creatividad con barro sensorial utilizamos herramientas interdisciplinarias como movimiento, mindfulness, imágenes, experimentación con materiales, etc., para tener una experiencia creativa encarnada. Nos reunimos 2 horas cada semana. Un espacio para explorar sin juicios y despertar tu expresión más auténtica. Aquí no venimos a enseñarte a hacer piezas perfectas; te acompañamos para que la creatividad salga de tu propio cuerpo. Usamos métodos sencillos pero poco convencionales. El objetivo no es "fabricar" algo bonito, sino experimentar y sentir lo que surja. **¿Cómo funciona?** Cada taller es un módulo independiente con una ruta diferente. A veces nos movemos, otras meditamos, y otras creamos un campo de juego. Además del barro, exploramos pintura, instalación efímera o escritura. Cada persona encuentra su propio camino para conectar con lo que realmente quiere expresar. Creamos un círculo entre tú y tu creación. Tú eres el creador y el observador. Coffee & Carve! Learn carving tools and techniques and craft your own wooden spoon. Located at Elocuente Café & Libros, you will be guided by instructor, Crystal, where you will use a Japanese gauge and a carving knife, sand paper and food-grade oil to create a functional wooden spoon to take home. Come have a coffee, get grounded and carve! *€65 Price includes renting of carving tools and materials.*

**There will be NO HOST for this and the coming events. I simply step up to be a host so this group doesn't disappear.** Meet new people and practice your spoken English during a walk through a continuous Castelldefels / Gava Mar beach line. Nobody is required to talk but can instead enjoy the sea views while walking in a friendly company. Conscious silence is also respected and the group "noise level" will usually self-tune to the adequate atmosphere, depending on the participants mood and energy. It's 1 minute from the train station "Platja De Castelldefels" which commutes Barcelona and Sitges. Come assist Van Buren Shelter (https://ymcacolumbus.org/locations/vanburen) staff in serving dinners and cleaning up on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Dinner for the women is 5-6 pm and for the families is 6:15-7:15 pm. There is ample free parking available in the shelter's lot. The recommended area to park is in green in the image above. There will be a new entrance for the time being. We are asking all volunteers to enter through the Donation Dock door, the orange mark on the image above. This door is located between the Single Adults and Family Shelter. You will see 2 large garage doors with a large green trash compactor in the center. Please head to the closest garage door to the building wall, with a ramp leading up. There, you will see a door with a sign stating instructions on how to enter the building. Please ring the doorbell, and a staff member will come and escort you into the building. If a staff member takes longer than 5 minutes, please call the front desk at 614-689-2020. This is a new process for us, and we do not want to keep you waiting! We appreciate your patience as we navigate this temporary change. The shelter needs a volunteer count the day before the event so sign-up ends Monday at 4:50 PM.
