**Kawaii Punch Needle Workshop** In this Punch Needle workshop, you'll transform simple threads into unique works of art. Punch Needle is a modern yet relaxing embroidery technique where loops are created in the fabric using a special needle. This results in textured, soft surfaces and impressive patterns. This workshop offers the perfect opportunity to learn Punch Needle or to bring your creative ideas to life – no prior experience necessary. At the beginning of the Punch Needle workshop, you'll receive an introduction to the basics of the technique . I'll explain step by step how the punch needle works, which materials are used, and what you should pay attention to while stitching. You'll learn how to guide the thread correctly, create even loops, and neatly execute your design. The calm, repetitive movement of punch needle is particularly relaxing and perfect for unwinding from everyday life. In the workshop, you have two creative options to choose from. The first option is to select an **existing template** . These designs are especially suitable for beginners and guide you step-by-step through the embroidery process. You can concentrate fully on the technique and learn how to create a punch needle artwork from start to finish. The second option is for those who want to unleash their own creativity. You can **design your own pattern** and then embroider it yourself. Whether simple shapes, patterns, lettering, or a free-form motif – you decide what you want to create. Here, too, you will receive individual guidance and support in planning and executing your design. Throughout the entire Punch Needle workshop, you will receive personal, step-by-step guidance . It's important to me that all participants feel comfortable and can work without pressure. Questions are always welcome, and I'll help you find solutions if something doesn't work right away. This technique is particularly popular because it delivers quick, visible results and leaves plenty of room for imagination. **Coloring** allows you to relax and fully concentrate on colors and shapes. Whether using templates or freehand designs, coloring helps you unwind and is ideal for creative breaks between other projects **.** When **designing jewelry,** you create your own accessories. Whether bracelets, necklaces, or earrings – here you can combine colors, shapes, and materials to create something personal. **Punch needle** offers a relaxing textile technique where you create textured patterns and small works of art using yarn and a needle. This technique is easy to learn and ideal for beginners. We also **offer nail services** . For hygiene reasons, we ask that you bring your **own nail file and nail polish** . ### A rule like at an all-you-can-eat event. Just like with "All You Can Eat," there's only **one important rule at All You Can Create** : **You must complete your project.** If a project appears incomplete, an **additional fee of 10 CHF** will be charged. This time we visit the Zurich Zoo. Besides all the outdoor enclosures, the zoo also offers enough warm indoor spaces to capture animals, plants, people or even the zoo architecture in the sketchbook. The Masoala Rainforest Hall, the Kaeng Krachan Elephant Park or of course the Auqarium are probably the biggest examples. We meet already in the zoo, directly after the main entrance. Please plan enough time for the cashier, so that we can start together at 11:00 at the zoo. Private Group. Closed to the Public Knowing ourselves and understanding our abilities is the first step toward wielding our gifts with control and accuracy. In subsequent classes we will verify and hone our talents with activities and discussion. These are hands-on workshops and participation is expected. The goal of our series will be to develop expertise in areas of particular interest such as mediumship, channeling, divination, healing and, etc.. Join the inaugural meeting of the Columbus Vintage Computing Club (CVCC)! Get to know others in the vintage computing space and get hands on time with a Commodore VIC-20 and various Palm Pilot PDAs! We will use this time to get to know each other, share projects we've been working on and plan the future of the CVCC. We'll be at the Hilliard Library in Meeting Room 2A at 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

This is in the main mall where the Microsoft store used to be, on your left if you're standing at the bottom of the AMC Theater escalator. Join us on Sunday for an hour of uninterrupted wordmaking! • What we'll do Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at noon on Sundays. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. SCHEDULE: 12:00 - quick intros. 12:10 - timer starts: write for 1 hour. 1:10 - chat / take off / keep writing. OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 1-1:30ish. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. BEING LATE IS OKAY: just show up and get settled, then check-in with me after the session.
