The goal of this course is to guide you step by step **to being able to draw independently** – without reference materials, without uncertainty, and with a solid understanding of form, proportion, and light. The focus is on building a strong foundation that is essential for any drawing style In this course, you'll learn the **absolute basics of drawing** : sketching, shading, and accurate measuring. These three areas form the foundation for both realistic and stylized drawings. You'll learn how to observe subjects correctly, place lines deliberately, and create depth and volume using simple techniques. Measuring proportions, in particular, will help you avoid typical beginner mistakes and significantly improve your drawings. This intensive course is intentionally structured as **an ongoing drawing course**. Drawing is a skill that develops through regular practice. The is dedicated to everyone who likes the idea of exercising with the music, dancing and learning a bit of ballet. Our classic Ballet Body Sculpture workout class, including mat exercises, ballet barre, and centre practice. The **Sketchbook Cover Workshop in Zurich** gives you the opportunity to create a personalized, manga-inspired sketchbook cover. In a relaxed and supportive environment, you will learn step by step how to **design, draw, and color your own cover**. This workshop is perfect for beginners and creative minds who want to try drawing while exploring new techniques. We start with **15 minutes of sketching fundamentals**, a warm-up to help you loosen your hand, build simple shapes, and sketch quickly and confidently. In this workshop we will be exploring the projection of images on the human body to create spectacular images. We will be working with a model and learn about different projection techniques Who is it for --- Photographers with an interest in artful studio photography. Prior studio experience is not required. What to bring --- DSLR or MLC with a 50mm or equivalent lens A tripod - most of the images we'll be shooting will be at low shutterspeed, so a tripod is necessary Some drinks and snacks to keep you powered-up A USB stick with 10 images you would like to project. I have a library with 100 patterns we can use as well. No-Shows --- Since we are incurring expenses to organize this workshop, we expect that people who register actually show-up. Since there have been some problems with this in the past we have had to start a "two strikes and you're out" for no-shows.
