Calisthenics is a form of strength training that uses the resistance of your body and gravity to help strengthen your muscles and improve your coordination, endurance, and mobility. It’s a workout that relies on body weight with little or no equipment. In fact, almost all common bodyweight exercises are considered calisthenics exercises. Some examples include:

Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, calisthenics provides a holistic approach to fitness. 🏋️♂️💪
Why We Stay Stuck
Growth sounds exciting… until it starts demanding change.
Many people say they want confidence, better relationships, clarity, purpose, discipline, peace, a new career, a new identity, or a completely different life.
But when real growth actually begins, something unexpected happens:
resistance.

Gather & Grow is a facilitated experience designed to encourage reflection, awareness, honest conversations, deeper understanding, and meaningful personal growth.

Cycling and picnic at Biodiversum: 33km, 40km or 72km
**NO CYCLIST LEFT BEHIND**
**What we will do together**
**1.** Cycle from Luxembourg gare **(front of Police station)** to Remerschen Biodiversum (about 33km).
**2.** Have a meal at the Biodiversum lake. Visiting the biodiversum museum is optional and free.
Those who wish to do a shorter ride can take the **bus** from Remerschen back to Lux gare.
You can also **exit the ride** at Remich (about 40 km from the start point). There are frequent buses from Remich to Luxembourg city
**3.** Cycle from Biodiversum to Wasserbilling gare (about 40km).
If we maintain an average speed of about 18km/hour and have a total stop time of 90 minutes (including 1 hour meal at the Biodiversum), we can finish the ride in 5 hours and 30 minutes.
**Getting home from the finishing point (Wasserbillig gare)**
There are trains from Wasserbillig to Luxembourg Gare every 30 minutes. Also, there are buses going from Wasserbillig to other directions.
**What to bring**
1\. Your bike in tip top condition\.
2\. Energy snacks\.
3\. Lots of fluids to stay hydrated\.
4. **Packed food** for the meal at the Biodiversum lake.
**There is no place to buy food at this location. So, bring some.**
**Disclaimer**
If you decide to participate in this event, you are responsible for your own property and health. This distance (72km) requires ***high exercise tolerance/endurance/fitness.***
The organizer will **NOT BE RESPONSIBLE** for damages to the property or the health (including cycling injuries) of the participants.

The **terrain is 99% tarmac** (paved), 40km of which is cycle path.
