Esta vez nos iremos a descubrir los rincones del barrio de **la Sagrera**, un lugar lleno de contrastes donde conviven vida de barrio y grandes cambios urbanos que están transformando poco a poco esta zona de la ciudad. Nuestro paseo nos llevará a recorrer sus calles **sin prisa**, observando detalles, plazas tranquilas, rincones cotidianos y pequeños escenarios urbanos que muchas veces pasan desapercibidos. Paseos para improvisar, para dejarse llevar por la creatividad, la aventura; **romper con la rutina diaria** para **redescubrir la lentitud**, estimular la curiosidad, llenar los ojos y también los otros **sentidos de nuevas experiencias**. Itinerarios Curiosos es una **experiencia de de paseo consciente** ( mindful walking).
