COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES & PREVENTION MEASURES:
- If you are showing any symptoms, please do not attend. Any participant repeatedly coughing in the space will be asked to leave immediately.
- You can wear a face-covering during the sessions if you choose to.
- Please come already dressed in comfortable clothing ensuring your knees, armpits and torso are covered, and with a bag for your belongings. There are bathrooms at the venue but no changing rooms.
- We will provide antibacterial wipes and hand sanitisers at the venue. Please wash your hands regularly and use the hand sanitiser supplied upon entering the venue.
- All touch hotspots will be regularly cleaned with disinfectant between each session.
- We ask that all participants keep at least 1m physical distance at all times. Any participant repeatedly breaching this distance will be asked to leave.
- We will provide clean lavender eye pillows and covers will be changed between each session. You are welcome to bring your own eye pillow/ eye mask.
- All hammocks will be disinfected with antibacterial spray between each session.
- Blankets and cushions: we will provide separate sets for each session. You are welcome to bring your own blanket & cushion.
- The venue has skylights that will be opened to allow more airflow in the space.
PLEASE NOTE:
1) Strictly no latecomers! - Sorry, please arrive on time! Unfortunately, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be allowed entry, (and there can be no refunds if you are more than 10 minutes late, very sorry!) as we need to make it a calm & peaceful space for people who are already here.
2) Please only arrive 5 minutes before the start of the session, as there is no waiting room.
3) No Refunds. No refunds are available as we need to have enough time to fill the space left. You are welcome to pass on your ticket to a friend, colleague or family member.
4) Clothing: Please wear a sleeved shirt that covers the armpits and leggings or yoga trousers that cover your knees. Wear form-fitting clothing. Please do not wear baggy clothing as they can snag and catch on the sling’s fabric causing accidents. Ensure that your clothing is "zipper free" and remove all jewellery (body piercings, watches and hair clips. These items can snag and damage the silk hammocks.

### 🌄 Overview
Join GO London Hiking for a stunning countryside adventure starting right at the end of the Central Line in the pretty town of **Epping**.
Within minutes of leaving the station, we’ll be walking through rolling **Essex countryside**, passing open fields, ancient woodland, and royal hunting grounds once enjoyed by **Henry VIII** and **Queen Elizabeth I**.
This route combines peaceful forest trails, sweeping views, and a touch of Tudor history – a perfect day out for anyone looking to stretch their legs and explore one of London’s most accessible green escapes.
This circular route through **Epping Forest** showcases one of England’s oldest royal forests, officially designated for hunting in the **12th century** and still protected today.
Along the way we pass the impressive **Copt Hall House**, a fine example of **Georgian architecture** built on land once gifted by **Queen Elizabeth I**. Although gutted by fire in 1917, restoration work continues, making it a fascinating landmark of local heritage.
We’ll also visit **High Beach**, one of the highest points in the forest, where clear days offer panoramic views across the **Lea Valley** towards **Central London**. This spot is perfect for lunch or a coffee break at the visitor centre café.

Step into *BE Ka Art Studio*, Elena's atelier in *Trinity Buoy Wharf*, for a Saturday morning of creative exploration, mindful reflection, and a gentle, restorative reset.
Creative practice is not just about making art — it nurtures your wellbeing.
Research shows that creative activities can reduce cortisol (the body’s main stress hormone), ease physical tension and pain, and support emotional balance.
When you enter a state of creative flow, the brain shifts into patterns similar to meditation, promoting relaxation, clarity, and presence.

### **The Experience**
This half-day retreat (approx. 3 hours) is designed as a space to slow down, reconnect, and explore creativity without pressure.
This is an intimate group experience, with a maximum of six participants, ensuring personalised attention and a deeply focused atmosphere.
**Schedule**
**14:00**
Arrival and welcome. A short walk around the site to settle in and take in the surroundings.
**14:15**
Sound bath experience. We visit the nearby lighthouse for an immersive sound bath with Longplayer, a one-thousand-year-long musical composition of Tibetan singing bowls, surrounded by panoramic views over the Thames.
**14:30**
Return to the studio for a brief guided breathing and body-release exercise and meditation to help you arrive fully into the creative space.
You’ll then move into an open, intuitive making session. There are no rules or expectations — you’re free to explore, experiment, and create at your own pace.
**Your Creative Session**
Depending on your selection at checkout, you will work with:
* **Watercolours on paper**
A3 watercolour paper, watercolours and a wooden board
* **Acrylics on canvas**
A3 stretched canvas, acrylic paint and a table easel
**Available to everyone**
Paint palettes, brushes, A4 paper, kitchen towel, apron, markers, coloured pencils, water-soluble pencils, and wax pastels.
You are free to work independently, but Elena will be present throughout the session to offer gentle guidance if needed — from colour mixing to simple technical tips.

**WHAT HAPPENS EACH MONTH**
**Each gathering follows a 3-part structure:**
**1\. Morning Workshop \(11:45am–2:30pm\)**
Depending on the month:
Creative Flow Dojo® / Tantric Trance Dance / Bioenergetic Alchemy / TRYBE® Trance Dance / Rebellious Spirit Movement / etc.
Sessions include: guided creativity, shamanic trance dance, bioenergetics, emotional release, embodiment, movement meditation.
**2\. Afternoon Workshop \(3:30pm–5:45pm\)**
A mix of Conscious Connections practices, Ritual Breathwork, Bioenergetic Breathwork, inner-work processes or relational embodied practices.
**3\. Evening Ecstatic Dance \+ Cacao \(7pm–9:45pm\)**
A no-talking, phone-free ecstatic dance with cacao ceremony. Featuring different genre events.

Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.

We combine some form of movement (hike, walk, run, bike, yoga, workout) and meaningful conversation within a simple community circle to create a space where individuals can support each other while prioritizing mental and physical well-being.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, personal growth, or community, our groups offer everyone a unique and welcoming environment.

* An ability to manage groups with high emotional intelligence and desire for human connection.
* An ability to self-motivate and market/promote their group on Facebook and other social platforms.
* Nature informed therapy or clinical therapists/psychologists a plus.

Omnipresent Atheists Weekly Meetup

Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few.
How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again.
So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? In this meeting, you will learn a technique to help you with that.

The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience.
And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree.
In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again.
Examples of painful experiences include:

* A sudden shock or bad news.
* A betrayal.
