Elements of Tantra Massage and Bodywork - with Andy
This workshop will enable you to learn some skills and tools so that you can explore connecting with yourself and others through **tantric touch and massage**. We will *integrate tantric philosophy, shiatsu, acupressure, reiki and oil massage*.
After arriving and settling with a grounding practice and short meditation, we will lay out boundaries and agreements to ensure a safe and heart-centred space. We will then be ready to climb down deeper into our bodies, opening up, stretching and awakening lifeforce with do-in, qi gong and other movement practices. We'll then move into sensual connection with each other through gentle and thoughtful exercises, an undressing ritual and some simple bodywork and massage.
Please note that nudity is involved in some of the workshop.
This workshop is for you if:
\- You are curious about understanding more about the essence of Tantra
\- You want to feel more connected to your body and with others through touch and massage
\- You are working on healing from negative experiences regarding your sexuality
\- You want to become more mindful and more present
\- You are looking to break out of patterns that no longer serve you

Reiki Energy Healing Sessions – Porto & Online
Have you ever felt like someone could sense what’s happening inside you — even before you say a word?
That’s often how people describe sessions with me.
I offer **trauma-aware Reiki energy healing** that combines energy work, somatic awareness, and intuitive perception to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and deeper clarity.
Each session adapts to **what your system is ready to process**. Some sessions bring deep relaxation and regulation, while others create emotional release or insight.
### Reiki Energy Session — €40
A full Reiki energy healing session focused purely on **the energy work itself**.
We begin with a short conversation about how you’re feeling or what you’d like to focus on. Then you relax while I channel Reiki energy.
This option focuses primarily on **energetic healing and regulation**, without extended intuitive guidance or deeper analysis during the session.
Duration: \~1 hour
### Reiki Energy Healing + Guidance — €60
This session includes the **same Reiki energy healing**, with additional intuitive insights and reflections about emotional patterns, blockages, or themes that may arise during the session.
In addition to the energy work, I may share:
• intuitive observations about patterns or emotional dynamics
• somatic impressions that appear during the session
• reflections that help bring clarity to recurring situations
This option is ideal if you're looking for **both healing and deeper understanding of what is surfacing internally**.
Duration: \~1 hour

• gaining clarity around recurring patterns
• reconnecting with your intuition
You don’t need to believe in anything for Reiki to work — the energy simply supports your system in restoring balance.

Non-duality with Richard Sylvester.
This meeting is for anyone who wishes to explore non-duality and awakening. At the meeting, Richard will give an introductory talk followed by plenty of time for questions, answers and discussion. If you would like to know more about Richard's approach, you can watch videos on his YouTube channel, go to www.richardsylvester.com or read his books (see below).
Seeing non-duality is the recognition that our most basic assumption about our life, that we are separate, is simply an appearance. We may seem to be the subject of our life, moving through a world of other people and objects. But actually there is no separation, there is no subject and object, there is only seamless oneness. When this is seen, there is often a radically changed view of reality. Seeking ends and at last relaxation can take place.
Richard is the author of four books about non-duality, including the much-loved 'I Hope You Die Soon' and 'Non-Duality Questions, Non-Duality Answers'. His fifth book is 'Confessions Of A Seeker - Adventures in Spirituality, Therapy and Belief'. Richard has held regular meetings about non-duality in London since 2005. He has also held meetings in Germany, France, Italy, Ireland, The Czech Republic and Japan.
PLEASE NOTE:- The meeting may be videoed and uploaded to YouTube. Your participation will be taken as consent to this. Please pay on the door - cash if possible. The meeting is held on the first floor and there are no lifts.
Don’t be put off if there are only a small number of RSVP’s for this event. The meeting is also publicised in other ways and people often don't indicate on meetup that they are coming. There will be a friendly group of people ready to share discussion.

To mark 1 year of our community existing, we’re hosting a beautiful walk in central London that will cover some of the Heath’s most iconic spots. Expect hills, woodland paths, historic landmarks, and one of the best viewpoints in London… all wrapped into a social, steady-paced walk designed for connection, fun, and fresh air.
**Whether you’ve been walking with us since the start or you’re joining for the first time, this event is a celebration of the community we’ve built over the past year.**

We’ll begin by passing the ponds and meadows, before walking into the Heath’s woodland paths, and uphill to a few of its most iconic sites - the pergola & hill garden, Kenwood House and Parliament Hill. Along the route, we’ll explore:

* Open heathland with views across London’s skyline
* Hampstead Heath’s famous ponds and wetlands
* If we are lucky, winter birds, foxes, and other urban wildlife
* Quiet corners and hidden paths many Londoners never find
We’ll take our time to enjoy the landscape, stop for photos, and soak up the atmosphere of one of London’s most beloved green spaces.
**📏 Hike Details:**
* Distance: 9 km
* Elevation gain: 180 m
* Estimated duration: 3–4 hours (including breaks)

Check in for Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse - Online
A calm, low-key space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself alongside others who understand.
The **Queen’s Rise Circle Survivor Check-In** is a gentle, bi-weekly gathering created for women healing from narcissistic, emotionally harmful, or difficult relationships.
This is not therapy or a formal workshop. It is a supportive community space where survivors can come exactly as they are. Some weeks you may want to share. Other weeks you may simply listen. Both are welcome here.
Together, we focus on small steps forward, emotional grounding, and rebuilding confidence in a safe and respectful environment.
This space is survivor-led and trauma-aware, grounded in empathy, respect, and confidentiality.
### Who this is for
This check-in is suitable for anyone who:
• Is healing after a narcissistic or toxic relationship
• Feels emotionally overwhelmed or isolated
• Wants connection without pressure or judgement
• Is looking for consistent, gentle support between workshops or coaching
You do **not** need to be at a particular stage of healing to attend.
### What this space is not
• Not group therapy or crisis support
• Not a place for advice-giving or fixing others
• Not a space for confrontation or debate
It is simply a supportive circle for reflection, encouragement, and community.
### What to bring
Just yourself. Tea, notebooks, and comfortable energy encouraged.
There is no requirement to share if you are not ready. You are welcome to listen, reflect, and simply be present. This is not therapy, but a peer-support space rooted in compassion, safety, and respect.
Come as you are. Cameras optional. You are not behind, broken, or failing. You are healing.

Creative mindful movement for wellbeing & de-stress
After heart-warming feedback in Autumn 2025, Reconnect returns this spring with monthly 2-hour workshops.
**In March, we will continue exploring how emotions show up as sensations in our bodies. Using mindful movement, we will support organic responses rather than trying to fix or force anything, allowing space for what we feel without repressing or ignoring it.**
🌱 **RECONNECT** is a gentle, guided movement practice exploring how emotions live in the body, using breath, grounding exercises, and movement to support safe release. The practice invites noticing rather than fixing, building embodied trust and tools for daily life.
Across the sessions, we’ll return to simple yet powerful practices, including:
🌬️ Somatic movement & breathwork
🌍 Grounding exercises & body listening
🎶 Guided improvisation, discovering your unique movement
🎨 Creative expression & reflective tasks
*“I’ve really enjoyed and benefited from Yuyu’s classes. I always leave feeling so much calmer and more grounded which is hard to achieve when you’re busy all the time and working full-time. …I’ve even noticed positive changes outside of the classes too.”*

Want to Truly Heal from Emotional Trauma?
Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few.
How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again.
So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? In this meeting, you will learn a technique to help you with that.
Come join us! Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there.

Free In-Person Events: How to Let Go of the Past and Move Forward
The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience.
And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree.
In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again.
Examples of painful experiences include:
* A broken relationship or divorce.
* Death or loss of a loved one.
* Death of a pet.
* A sudden shock or bad news.
* A betrayal.
* Being part of an abusive relationship.
* A bad injustice.
* Loss of a job, position or business.
* A grave illness or injury.
The negative emotions from these experiences don't just go away on their own. But the good news is there is a way to clear them out of your way.
Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there.
This group is sponsored the Dianetics & Scientology Self-Improvement Center.
Free in-person event: Take Control of Your Mental Health
It’s time to take control of your mental health. How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind. Find out what the reactive mind is, and in the process find yourself.
Have you ever suffered from a traumatic experience, a deep loss or been through a painful breakup? Has your ability to communicate suffered as a result? And after that, even though you "moved on" did you find that things were never quite the same? Have you ever looked at childhood photos, or reminisced your early life and wondered where that happiness and spark went?
Are your emotions out of your own control? Have you ever felt, even if you aren’t aware of it, that possibly you are getting in your own way of your happiness and success? How does this affect your self-confidence?
Find out what is at the root of all stress, anxiety, depression and self-doubt. Find out how and why you hold yourself back from achieving your goals and having the life you have dreamed of. As soon as you learn what is at the root of these unwanted conditions, you’ll see it is something you can DO something about. You will not be labeled or categorized at this MeetUp.
