The Cuddle Exchange: Undressed
The Cuddle Exchange: Undressed
**[Please book your place in advance here.](https://www.outsavvy.com/event/20078/the-cuddle-exchange-the-naked-edition)** Heart-centred, kind and respectful touch blesses both the receiver and giver. The nervous system relaxes, the breath deepens, the heart rate slows and we feel connected, calm and quiet. Many of us can feel deprived of physical contact and touch and yet it is so vital to our wellbeing and happiness. Even if we have a lot of sex, a sensual element can be missing; that sweetness of just being held. In this naked workshop, we will take this intimacy a little deeper and work together to create a safe space that meets people’s varying need for physical contact with others. **[Please book your place in advance here.](https://www.outsavvy.com/event/20078/the-cuddle-exchange-the-naked-edition)** The session will involve movement, mindful awareness, shared touch and massage and partner and small group exercises. Each person will get to determine their own boundaries and preferences during the workshop. Join us and inhabit your body more fully, relaxing into it with deeper compassion, appreciation and contentment. ANDY is a Tantra Yoga teacher and somatic therapist and coach and has been facilitating spaces for gay, bi and queer men to connect from the heart for 9 years. He holds classes and private sessions in London and runs several wellbeing retreats for men during the year.

FREE WEEK Of Daily Tantric Devotion
# *Daily Tantric Devotion* #### *Live morning live practice with Agni Chandra* [To join for free for 7 Days click here](https://www.organicurrent.com/offers/iq2vi32q/checkout) This sessions happens 8AM BST Mon-Fri and Sunday. ***Tantric Breathwork to activate your energy*** ***Powerful awakening of all energy centers*** ***Meditation to ground in your expanded state of being*** Bring powerful transformational tantric practices into your everylife to transform from the inside out. [Watch a video explaining the transformational power of these practices](https://www.instagram.com/tv/Cqk_UvNI47N/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=) ### *What we will practice* *All practices are based on 3 pillars: **breath, sound and movement**. It allows the current of energy to flow freely in your body. **Agni Chandra curates each session** based on:* * *meditative presence* * *conscious connected breath* * *yogic breathing* * *undulation of the spine* * \*application of energetic locks \* *Practices are based on the **principle of deep connection with the body through felt sense.** We **activate our primal energy** and we **channel it up the spine** to the heart and higher energy centers.* ### *Introduction to the 4 Practices of Daily Tantric Devotion* *With **Tantric Breathwork** practices we ground ourselves in the presence through the body. We open to the flow of life through conscious connected breath. The flow of energy that comes with the breath and spinal undulation redirects our sexual energy to the heart and higher energy centers. You are guided into the pure experience through the body to finally transcend the body into the meditative state of being.* ***Free Voicing*** *is a practice that opens up one of the most contracted energy centers - the throat. After grounding and heart centering meditation, we open the pathway of the breath using ancient yogic breathing. That allows the body to reconnect with the most healthy and beneficial way of breathing that is often forgotten.* [More information, example videos ](https://www.organicurrent.com/daily-tantric-devotion-1) JOIN THIS SESSION ❤️ [Join this class with 7 Day Free Trial](https://www.organicurrent.com/offers/iq2vi32q/checkout) ❤️ # #### *Agni Chandra* Telegram group: [https://t.me/organicurrent](https://t.me/organicurrent) *Website:* [https://www.organicurrent.com/](https://www.organicurrent.com/) *Instagram: [https://www.instagram.com/organicurrent_tantra/](https://www.instagram.com/organicurrent_tantra/)*

FULLMOON Soundbath Meditation
FULLMOON Soundbath Meditation
To book: www.barefootyogaandtherapy.com Intro offer of £39 for one month of classes unlimited. Insta Barefootyogastudio4 A soundbath is an acoustic sound healing journey that calms the mind, re-calibrates your body, clears the subconscious, and activates your body's natural healing systems through resonant frequencies. In meditation we learn to attend to all the sacred energies naturally flowing inside us, including our sensibilities and vulnerabilities. There is an energy that comes with the full moon that enhances our feelings but also empowers and supports them. Our dreams and what is closest to our hearts are illuminated. By immersing yourselves in the healing sound and its vibration, the tonal frequencies produced by the instruments help bringing your body and mind to a state of vibrational balance and harmony, slowing down your brain waves to a deeply restorative and meditative state and activating your body's system of self healing.
TRE® Tension Release to Relax
TRE® Tension Release to Relax
This class offers an opportunity to learn simple and profound techniques to calm the body's stress response and reset the nervous system so that it is more relaxed, balanced and stable. We will work with the tools on our own and if desired, also offer support and consensual, healing touch in pairs. There will also be an opportunity to discover how the subconscious mind impacts the nervous system, our thinking and our behaviour and how we can work with the subconscious mind to live more freely. TRE® is one of the tools we'll explore. It uses simple and safe exercises that enable the body to access and release deep tension, stress and trauma patterns from the body. The exercises safely activate the natural and innate reflex of vibrating/tremoring/shaking in the muscles to release tension and calm the nervous system. When this movement happens in a safe and controlled environment, the body can find its way back into balance. This class is for you if: * you want to feel more connected to your body and less in your head * you are interested in learning a powerful technique that you can use for the rest of your life to manage stress and tension as nature intended * you want to let go of narratives, stories, limiting beliefs and find more freedom to be yourself For more information and to book, please click [here](https://www.outsavvy.com/event/17739/tre-tension-trauma-releasing-exercises-with-andy)

This group has been meeting every Tuesday evening for over a decade. Many attendees do not RSVP on meetup. Please don't let the small number here discourage you. Anyone/everyone is welcome to come. We'd love to have you join us. COTA bus #5 comes to W. 5th and Wyandotte Rd. And it's a minute walk to the restaurant. *** Did you know that there are atheists everywhere?!?! You may not know it, but we are! We're in your schools, diners, police force, military, government, and some are even still in your churches! So come and join us and meet other local atheists, along with agnostics, heathens, humanists, skeptics, and anyone else who's 'hell bound'! Vision: a Central Ohio that accepts atheism as a viable alternative in all areas of public and private life. Mission: grow, support, and provide community for atheists in Central Ohio. Social meetings held most Tuesdays at a local pub/restaurant at 7:00 PM (and often into the wee hours). Attendees call themselves agnostics, skeptics, humanists, non-theists, deists or even theists. All attendees are welcome but should support our vision. Atheists of Columbus (AoC) is part of Omnipresent Atheists (OA). AoC members are invited to join this OA meetup and/or OA Facebook group ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/omnipresentatheists/ ) but are free to continue conversations on the AoC Facebook group ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/columbusatheists/ ). AoC was founded in 2012 as a networking, social group for Central Ohio area humanists, skeptics, atheists, agnostics, nonbelievers, freethinkers, and the curious. It was a member of Columbus CoR and held weekly meetings, mostly on Fridays, for several years but then operated as an online only group for some time. In November 2018, Omnipresent Atheists (OA), a group that routinely meets on Tuesdays, invited AoC to merge. Omnipresent Atheists is a member of the Columbus Coalition of Reason (ColumbusCoR.org). Recruiting Virtual Mental Health Group Leaders!
Recruiting Virtual Mental Health Group Leaders!
We are recruiting new group leaders for virtual men's groups! Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country. Read below to learn about our groups and click the links at the bottom to apply. ### **What is an Outdoor Empowerment Group?** Our Outdoor Movement & Community Empowerment Groups are simple, guided experiences designed to help people reconnect with nature, themselves, and others. We combine some form of movement (hike, walk, run, bike, yoga, workout) and meaningful conversation within a simple community circle to create a space where individuals can support each other while prioritizing mental and physical well-being. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, personal growth, or community, our groups offer everyone a unique and welcoming environment. ## **Why Join?** * **Improve Mental & Physical Well-Being** – Movement, nature, and supportive conversations reduce stress and promote balance. * **Feel Less Alone** – Build genuine connections with like-minded people in a safe, welcoming space. * **Gain Clarity & Perspective** – Step outside daily routines and into a space designed for personal growth and reflection. ## **The Ideal Group Leader** The ideal group leader * Has a born-in passion for mental health, movement, connecting with nature and building community. * Has 5 extra hours per week to dedicate to a meaningful cause for at least one year. Yes, you can leave any organization at any time and we can also ask you to leave, but we are building with legacy in mind and we need people who can commit and be ALL IN on this mission to build with us. * Is independently financially stable with the ability to volunteer with no expectation of pay. This is a deeply beautiful journey of service that all participants commit to at Speak Your Mind. * An ability to manage groups with high emotional intelligence and desire for human connection. * An ability to self-motivate and market/promote their group on Facebook and other social platforms. * Nature informed therapy or clinical therapists/psychologists a plus. ## **Our Impact** ![](https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/64a6315db1eb8d081603d9ea/028252c7-347e-4196-8c79-b81d2a4db4bb/Mountaineering+Guide+Trifold+Brochure+in+Pink+White+Modern+Minimalist+Style+-+2.jpg) Since launching, we have helped thousands find support, connection, and healing through our Outdoor Movement Groups. 100% of participants surveyed have reported: * A noticeable improvement in mental clarity and emotional well-being. * An increase in social connection and a sense of belonging. * Said they would return again. We believe mental health should be accessible, community-driven, and rooted in nature. Join us and take the first step toward a more connected, grounded, and supported version of yourself. ### **Why Our Groups are Donation-Based** Our Outdoor Movement Groups are made possible through a donation-based model. This approach allows us to keep our events accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, while also ensuring that we can continue expanding our reach. It’s a great way to pay it forward and support the growth of this beautiful mission! Every contribution helps us: * **Cover Essential Costs** – Donations allow us to pay essential legal, marketing, insurance, and admin costs as well as nourish the important people who run the organization. * **Grow Our Mission** – With your support, we can bring these healing experiences to thousands more people in the future and execute our long term plan to expand across the USA, affecting up to 500,000 people per year. By choosing to contribute, you’re not just leading an event—you’re helping build a mental health movement that supports long-term well-being and connection for all during a severe mental health epidemic. ## **Come Join Us!** We’d love to have you be part of this growing community of people prioritizing their mental health, movement, and connection. 🔹 **Visit Our Website to Learn More:** https://speakyourmind.men/joinusoutside 🔹 **Apply Here to Lead Your Own Group!** – https://form.jotform.com/taketimespeakyourmind/sym-group-leader-application 🔹 **Support the mission**: If you resonate with the mission and want to support, feel free to join a group before applying or donate to help us reach our goals to help more people! Omnipresent Atheists is a member of the Columbus Coalition of Reason ( http://www.ColumbusCoR.org ). Omnipresent Atheists endorses the mission of the Secular Coalition for America ( http://secular.org ).
Want to Truly Heal from Emotional Trauma?
Want to Truly Heal from Emotional Trauma?
Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few. How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again. So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? In this meeting, you will learn a technique to help you with that. Come join us! Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there. This group is created by the Dianetics and Scientology life improvement center.
