At the time of writing, **we are in the section we used to have - the glass section at the side of the building. If you can't find us, then please ask at the bar.**
Our aim is to create a friendly, sociable and safe way for people to meet and discuss Korean and Irish culture. If you been made to feel uncomfortable or have seen inappropriate behaviour at a meet up then please contact one of our organisers in confidence.

\*Bring your ID if you're lucky enough to look under 25! ;)

we gather at MoLI Café for the meetup —
to dream, to connect, and to create together.

through projects, creativity, entrepreneurship, purpose-driven work,
art, education, or technology.
Whether you have an organization, a plan, or just a quiet impulse to make things better — you're welcome.
The only thing that matters is the desire to make positive change — and to find others who feel the same.
To find your tribe.

🌀 The format
This is a casual, open meetup — no agenda, no speakers, no pressure.
You can talk about projects, ideas, visions — or simply enjoy being around people

Whether you are a beginner or fluent in Turkish, this is the perfect opportunity to practice your language skills in a relaxed and friendly environment. Let's have a great time together while immersing ourselves in the beauty of Turkish traditions and creativity!
Mother of Strangers: A Novel by Suad Amiry (Charity Event)
For December’s book club meeting, I’d love for us to raise some money for charity. Normally, everyone contributes €2 per session to cover the Meetup subscription, but this month your contribution will go directly to charity instead. If you’d like to give a little extra, you’re very welcome to — and I’ll personally match whatever we raise.
The Charity I have chosen is Doctors Without Borders.
https://www.msf.ie/
EDIT: Hi guys, there seems to be an issue with using PayPal so I am refunding those who already paid. You can transfer 2 euro + any donation you may like to me on Revolut @caitri5ao2 either before or at the event. I will also accept cash at the event if you do not have Revolut.
TOG Open Social
Drop in to our regular Open Social for a great alternative Saturday evening. It's a great informal way to see the space and meet members and visitors.
If you’ve never been in before, we’ll give you the grand tour of the space. Talk to members and visitors about projects or things that you’d like to do. If you like what you see, ask about joining as a full member. Membership brings many benefits. Weather and volunteer permitting, we might have our wood fired pizza oven going outside!
Expect caint, ceol agus craic as usual. The space stays open until the last member is left……usually the small hours of Sunday morning. You can drop in for 10 minutes, or stay the whole night. We have lots of free parking available. Bring beer, food, gadgets!
📚 Books & Social 🍸
📚Reading books and discussing them are two distinct experiences! Conversations about books and sharing insights help us better appreciate literature and enrich our lives.
Let's grab a drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and discuss books we're currently reading or have recently enjoyed—whether poetry, fiction, or non-fiction. Bring your physical book or e-reader.
There's no formal structure or agenda—just books and good conversation.💬
It's a perfect place to get book recommendations and rediscover your reading momentum if you've hit a slump. We welcome readers of all backgrounds and interests!
⚠️**Something Happened?**
If something unpleasant happened to you, it may happen to others. Even if it seems minor, don't hesitate to reach out to me.
🔍 **How to find us?**
* When I reach the venue, I'll leave a comment in the meetup where the group is seated. Normally, the booking is in my name, so you can ask the staff for the group.
* If you're unable to find us, leave a comment in the meetup page. I'll be able to guide you.
We highly encourage you to move between tables and strike up conversations with fellow book lovers. These discussions about literature and reading recommendations are often the highlight of the event!
As an organizer, I'm always looking for feedback about the event and suggestions for new events, so feel free to suggest ideas to me. 💡
I look forward to seeing you all! 😊

Free in-person event: Take Control of Your Mental Health
It’s time to take control of your mental health. How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind. Find out what the reactive mind is, and in the process find yourself.
Have you ever suffered from a traumatic experience, a deep loss or been through a painful breakup? Has your ability to communicate suffered as a result? And after that, even though you "moved on" did you find that things were never quite the same? Have you ever looked at childhood photos, or reminisced your early life and wondered where that happiness and spark went?
Are your emotions out of your own control? Have you ever felt, even if you aren’t aware of it, that possibly you are getting in your own way of your happiness and success? How does this affect your self-confidence?
Find out what is at the root of all stress, anxiety, depression and self-doubt. Find out how and why you hold yourself back from achieving your goals and having the life you have dreamed of. As soon as you learn what is at the root of these unwanted conditions, you’ll see it is something you can DO something about. You will not be labeled or categorized at this MeetUp.
Curating Confidence: Crafting Your Vision for the Year Ahead
Step into 2026 with intention, clarity, and a creative practice designed to help you see yourself more clearly. In this special Confidence Lab session, we’ll explore confidence as something you can curate - through the choices you make, the qualities you amplify, and the story you choose to step into.
We’ll start with a short guided reflection to surface the traits, habits, and energies you want to nurture in the coming year. Then, using collage materials selected specifically for this workshop, you’ll translate those insights into a visual composition that represents the version of yourself you’re ready to grow toward.
This isn’t about resolutions or perfection. It’s about crafting a grounded, imaginative vision of your next chapter - one that feels honest, energizing, and fully yours.
All materials are provided. Just bring yourself (and a friend) and a willingness to explore what confidence can look like for you in 2026.
**Featured Partner: Columbus Collage Collective**
The Columbus Collage Collective was started in August of 2023 by Emily Morgan (aka Lovely But Dead) and Douglas Cuckler (aka Wonder Doug) as a place for collage enthusiasts to gather and create art together. The collective has since become a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission to hold free or low-cost collage events across central Ohio. The CCC welcomes all artists of all backgrounds and skill levels and encourages folks to take this time to step away from everyday existence and create art with people who share a love for this dynamic art form.
All materials—magazines, scissors, craft knives, glue, paper, cardboard, and more—are provided, so there's no need to bring anything at all (though you're welcome to bring a friend or a favorite tool if you'd like!). We also encourage folks to take home magazines and materials from our events to support continued creativity!
