Families Through Time: Past Stories, Present Lives, Future Families
### **Families Through Time: Past Stories, Present Lives, Future Families**
Families are central to human life. They shape identity, belonging, values, and everyday experience. Across history, family forms have changed in response to economic conditions, cultural traditions, social norms, and political structures. At the same time, families deeply influence individuals’ emotional worlds, relationships, and life opportunities.
This session explores how family structures have evolved over time, how they function in contemporary society, and how they may transform in the future. We will examine both structural changes and personal experiences, connecting historical developments with present realities and future possibilities.
In this session, we will focus on the following topics:
* **Historical family forms**: nuclear, extended, and multigenerational households and how they shaped daily life
* **Changing roles across generations**: shifts in parenting, gender roles, and family responsibilities
* **Social and cultural influences**: how norms, religion, and legal systems define and regulate family structures
* **Contemporary family diversity**: single-parent, blended, LGBTQ+, and chosen families
* **The future of families**: how technology, work patterns, migration, and social change may transform family life
This will be an open and reflective conversation grounded in historical understanding, social analysis, and personal perspectives. Together, we will explore how families shape our past and present—and how we can imagine supportive and inclusive family forms for the future.

Join us for a unique drawing workshop focused on connection, process, and the beauty of the human form.
No need for technique and let’s forget about perfection. This workshop is about observing, feeling, and meeting each other through sketching.
Participants will work in pairs, taking turns drawing each other on large sheets of paper. Guided by the artist, you are invited to let your body move and your lines flow.
This is a relaxed and open space. We encourage a physical and sensual approach to the drawing, allowing you to build a connection with your partner through art. Showing skin is welcome, and while nudity is a possibility for those who feel comfortable, it absolutely is not mandatory. You are free to participate exactly as you wish.
The goal is simple: to slow down, appreciate the natural beauty of our bodies, and connect with another person through the simple act of looking and drawing. The result of the sketches are not what we are looking for here, the connection is.
**General Information**
Language: we’ll speak English and/or German, depending on the needs of the group.
Cost: free event with registration

Lousy & Lazy SC - Mixed Friendly Football
Do you like to play football - but relaxed and not with competitive or aggressive players? Are you a bit lazy, a bit old, a bit unfit or not so talented? Are you tired of insecure bros who only want to show off their skills? **Then [Lousy & Lazy Football](https://www.instagram.com/landlsc/) is the right thing for you!**
We are a group of friendly people who just want to have a relaxed kick. All genders, ages (+18) and nationalities welcome. **Feel free to join the waitlist even if it seems long - sometimes we make the event larger and play on two pitches (24 players, four teams) or even three pitches (36 players, six teams), depending on demand.**

7. **Be a teamplayer**

Resonant Connections: Deep Listening, Sound & Reflection
Resonant Connections is a calm, 75-minute sound experience held in the quiet turning of the season — the space between winter and spring, when energy begins to return, but the body may still be slowly emerging.
Guided by immersive natural soundscapes and gentle live sound, the session invites deep listening and rest. Sound is used as a way of creating space, supporting the nervous system and helping attention soften, so clarity and understanding can arise without force. This is a time for listening before action, allowing what is present to be felt before movement takes flight.
After the soundbath, the session closes with a short period of private journaling, offering a quiet moment to reflect on what may be beginning to stir, and what still needs care and time. There is no pressure to share, interpret, or set intentions — only an invitation to notice and to rest.
No previous experience is needed. Everything is optional, and you’re welcome to simply lie down, listen, and be supported by sound. Designed for small groups, this gathering offers a gentle pause and a sense of connection during a season of transition.

Feminine Body Awakening – Hip. Spine. Heart.
**A 3-part embodied dance journey for women**
Part 1: 11.01.2026
Part 2: 08.03.2026
Part 3: 12.04.2026
**WORKSHOP 2 – SPINE (Spine Fluidity – Moving with Life)**
Donation based \| Only for women \| 08\.03\.2026 \| 14:30 – 17:00 \| MahaYoga Zentrum
Building on the essence of **Devadasi – The Sacred Art of Temple Dance**, this series invites you into a deeper, guided exploration of your feminine body.
Over three workshops, we journey through **hips, spine, and heart** – key gateways of feminine energy, sensuality, emotional flow, and presence.
Each session stands on its own and together they form a coherent path of embodiment, soft activation, and inner awakening.
This series is for women who long to:
* feel more alive and at home in their bodies
* reconnect with sensuality and softness
* move beyond the mind and into felt experience
* explore feminine energy in a grounded, respectful way
* time to meet and share in a circle of women
This is a **safe, welcoming space** for all women – all ages, all body types.
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely and feel beautiful.
Come as you are, leave feeling **soft, alive, and deeply connected** to your feminine essence.
**About Workshop 2**
The spine is the central axis of the body – a living pathway for movement, expression, and inner vitality.
In this special **International Women’s Day** workshop, we explore fluid, wave-like movements that awaken flexibility, vitality, and softness along the spine.
Through slow, continuous sequences inspired by natural rhythms, we gently mobilize the back, shoulders, and entire body. The movements are circular, serpentine, and grounded – encouraging the spine to move freely and the body to reconnect with its natural flow.
This session supports you in:
* releasing stiffness and control
* improving mobility and coordination in a gentle way
* reconnecting with sensual, natural movement
You are invited to move at your own pace, listening to your body and allowing sensation to guide you. There is no choreography to perform and nothing to get right – only an exploration of how your body wants to move when given time and space.
The workshop concludes with a **Full Yogic Relaxation**, allowing the nervous system to settle and the experience to integrate deeply.
This is an invitation to move with life rather than against it – softly, fluidly, and with awareness.

The Playfight Ritual is a gathering that provides a safe space for queer individuals to connect physically within a supportive community. It takes the form of one-on-one encounters, where communication relies mainly on body language rather than verbal expression.
The ritual can range from a dance with minimal physical contact to cozy cuddling and playful rolling around, or even energetic fights that explore strength and agility.
Each playfight ‘belongs’ to the two individuals engaging in it and can be ended at any time by a word or by double-tapping your partner or the floor. There will be a warm-up phase and an explanation of the rules before the actual ritual starts.
**General information**
Wear comfortable clothes in which you can move freely. Long trousers are advised to avoid mattress burns on your knees. Jewellery is not recommended.
**Language**: We’ll speak English and/or German, depending on the needs of the group.

A date with yourself: Pause, Reflect & Create
Hey lovely humans! ✨
We're gathering for an afternoon dedicated to the most important relationship you'll ever have: the one with yourself.
This workshop is about pausing, tuning in, and remembering what makes you, you. Through gentle reflection, creative expression, and a room full of women lifting each other up – we'll create space to reconnect with ourselves in a way that actually stays with us.
We'll start by setting intentions for what you need, then move through a mix of embodiment exercises, a creative activity (self-love collage), and a simple closing ritual to help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself.
No prep needed. No "right way" to do it. Just you, showing up for yourself.

Book summary:
Adunni is a fourteen-year-old Nigerian girl who knows what she wants: an education. This, her mother has told her, is the only way to get a "louding voice" -- the ability to speak for herself and decide her own future. But instead, Adunni's father sells her to be the third wife of a local man who is eager for her to bear him a son and heir. When Adunni runs away to the city, hoping to make a better life, she finds that the only other option before her is servitude to a wealthy family. As a yielding daughter, a subservient wife, and a powerless slave, Adunni is told, by words and deeds, that she is nothing. But while misfortunes might muffle her voice for a time, they cannot mute it. And when she realizes that she must stand up not only for herself, but for other girls, for the ones who came before her and were lost, and for the next girls, who will inevitably follow, she finds the resolve to speak, however she can--in a whisper, in song, in broken English--until she is heard
