Minisoccer - Mixed & Friendly Lousy & Lazy SC
Come join us on playing the small astro outdoor pitch with walls and goals at Jahn-Sportpark. Like inside Hallenfußball - but outside! We play 4vs4 or 5vs5 with up to 2 sub each team. Fun Fun Fun!
Do you like to play football - but relaxed and not with competitive or aggressive players? Are you a bit lazy, a bit old, a bit unfit or just not so talented? Are you tired of over-competitive emotional bros who only want to show off their skills and desperately need to win? **Then [Lousy & Lazy Football](https://www.instagram.com/landlsc/) is the right thing for you!**
We are a group of friendly people who just want to have a relaxed kick. All genders, ages (18+) and nationalities welcome.
Note: **We** only play with "Multinocken" (multistuds) or shorter. Please have a look here: [link](https://www.11teamsports.com/de-de/fussballschuhe/multinocken/).
Rules for lazy & lousy football
1. **Don’t be competitive**
2. **No hard tackling/sliding challenges**
3. **Support new and less skilled players by giving them the time and space to play the ball, dont intercept passes to and from them**
4. **Don’t dribble past multiple players (trying to take on one player is fine).**
5. **Don’t close down the defenders too quickly. Give the team a chance to play the ball out.**
6. **Rotate the goalkeeper**
7. **Be a teamplayer, pass the ball.**
8. **We enjoy shooting goals, but we dont count them. Winning / losing doesn't matter.**
This meetup is for members of the Lousy & Lazy Sport Club. If you want to try out our lousy & lazy sport events, you can do a trial run (Probetraining).
Deep Work, Real Impact - Reclaiming Focus in a World of Endless Tasks
✨ Women in Agile Berlin Event ✨
Deep Work, Real Impact – Reclaiming Focus in a World of Endless Tasks
Somewhere, not that far away, a talented woman is not struggling because she lacks skill, ambition, or drive…
…but because her day is filled with everything except the work that truly matters.
Admin. Coordination. Emotional labor.
The invisible glue that keeps everything running, but slowly pulls focus away from real impact.
Have you ever ended a full day and wondered:
👉 What did I actually move forward today?
👉 Why does being “busy” not feel meaningful?
👉 When was the last time I worked with real, uninterrupted focus?
The idea that some people are “natural multitaskers” sounds like praise, but in reality, it often hides a system that rewards constant availability over meaningful contribution.
At our next Women in Agile Berlin event, Saskia Ruschke will explore why deep, focused work is one of the most powerful, and most underprotected, resources we have.
✨ Together, we will explore:
• Why constant task switching drains more than just time
• How invisible work quietly takes over our days
• What it really takes to protect focus in modern work environments
• Practical ways to create space for deep work again
👉 What would change if your focus was truly protected?
👉 What kind of impact could you create then?
Join us for an evening of reflection, practical tools, and honest conversation.

Das Gift is at Donaustraße 119, 12043, Berlin.
Letter To Your Future Self 21.05
Letters to Your Future Self💌
Have you ever wanted to write to the woman you're becoming? A soft, intimate evening to pause, reflect, and write to the version of you that is still unfolding.
On May 21, we gather at Bar Freundschaft in Berlin for a guided writing ritual — warm, beautiful moment to slow down and reconnect with our visions of whom we're becoming.
Each lady receives a curated letter set made of premium Japanese paper I brought from Kyoto, where this idea first began as a dream. It feels very special to now share it with the Les Amis community.
Through gentle guidance and a short grounding meditation, you’ll write a personal letter to your future self — capturing your thoughts, hopes, and everything in between that you are planting today to see blooming in the future.
At the end, you’ll seal your letter yourself as part of a small ritual. It will be sent back to you in six months.
**Les Amis** is a women-only community of friendly souls. Board Games, Picnic & Connections for people in their 20s
Join us this Thursday at Treptower Park for a cozy evening of board games and connection!
The mission of Quarter Life Connections is to create spaces for **young people in their twenties** to connect and feel at home in Berlin - especially once the familiar structures of university life stop being there and work life starts.
We will start with a quick get-to-know-you round and then split up into smaller groups for games. After up to 2 hours of playing we will close with a check-out-and-stay-in-touch round. The intention is to have fun while getting to know the people around you and form start building connections that will last after the event is over.
**Please be on time!** The intro circle sets the tone for the event and is a huge support for making meaningful connections.
BRING YOUR OWN GAME - and stuff
We will have enough games there to entertain everyone - but maybe you have a game at home you think would be fun to play together? Bring it!
Also any addition of **picnic blankets** or **snacks** are very appreciated :)
CONTRIBUTION
In order to make events like this sustainable, we ask for a voluntary donation - suggestion is between 2€ and 10€. This really is **voluntary** \- noone will be turned away due to lack of money\.
Māya: Print & Object 21.05
PRINT / OBJECT by Atelier Māya
This print exploration is a relaxed and social textile print session designed to help you slow down, explore, and create something uniquely yours.
In this 2-hour workshop at Atelier Māya, you’ll be guided through a simple and enjoyable process: our unique flow test print session leading to a final textile piece.
You’ll start by experimenting with our print tools, colour, and mark-making. In the Print Thinking process, you will get a feel for the materials without pressure. You will explore before creating your own composition.
The session is intuitive and open. There’s no right or wrong way to work, and no expectation to be “creative” or experienced. Many participants are surprised by how quickly they settle into the process, letting go of perfection and simply enjoying the act of making.
We’ll introduce you to Māya’s unique application tools and hand-mixed, eco-friendly studio inks, and support you throughout as you build your final piece.
A variety of organic and cotton textile surfaces will be available, including the Māya Travel Pouch and Māya Maxi Tote. You’re also very welcome to bring your own light coloured, natural fibre textiles to experiment on.
This is a calm, welcoming space to switch off, experience an analogue textile research atelier and try something new. You will spend a few hours creating in good company.
No experience needed, come as you are.

**Learning about boundaries and communication**.
If you have not yet attended a workshop on Consent in the Village, now is the time! This workshop is highly recommended for anyone wishing to visit our project on a regular basis, or to attend one of our workshops. This experience will not only help you navigate within the we.are.village community, but it will also equip you to carry these values into your life.
Being aware of your boundaries and expressing your consent or non-consent are essential skills in life, but we don’t often get a chance to actually practice consent skills in the same way we practice other skills, like singing, playing sports or learning a language.
Consent is about much more than a simple yes or no. When we deconstruct consent, we discover how to communicate our true desires and stop choosing the things we actually don’t want. Through discussion, movement and partner games, we will build tools to express and negotiate physical desires and set boundaries through the use of practical exercises. This workshop is inclusive and welcoming to individuals of all body sizes, genders, and background.
This is a non-sexual workshop, and great, low pressure situation in which to practice communication and touching. It’s as much about how to truly say yes and mean it as it is about saying no!
If you have not yet attended a workshop on Consent in the Village, now is the time! This experience will not only help you navigate within the we are village community, but it will also equip you to carry these values into your life. Together, we aim to nurture a consent-centered community with shared values, emphasizing individual responsibility in upholding these principles. Our ultimate goal is to foster healthy relationships and create an inclusive community for a better, more connected future.

BreadBreakers Community Dinner: Dialogue Over Divisions
**In a time of division and isolation, come be part of the community that's rebuilding the town square, one table at a time.**
In BreadBreakers, we use the common space of the dining table to have conversations where neighbors can **hear, be heard, and know one another.** If you're hungry for good conversation and deeper community, join us for a Community Dinner in Reston and help blaze the trail to a healthier, more connected society and democracy.
Here’s how it works: For just two hours, multiple tables of people set aside the need to "win" and instead focus on sharing, listening, and connecting. Guided by experienced table hosts, we'll tell our stories, try to understand each other, and practice being in community with those with different views or backgrounds.
**At this dinner, participants will get to choose between three different topics, including some current events.** Topics range from the political, to the "slice of life", to the spiritual, to the philosophical, to the off-the-wall - but no matter which table you choose to sit at, you can be sure it'll be like no dinner conversation you've had before! You can also **suggest a topic** by emailing us at BreadBreakersInfo@gmail.com.
Food will be provided for free. For those who wish to provide a donation to help fund BreadBreakers, you can [give here](https://pushpay.com/g/restorationrestonumc?fnd=pO6G-N7oO7FH7Mp1u-x6mA&fndv=Lock&r=No&lang=en&src=pcgl) or at the event.
We'll have vegetarian and gluten-free options available. If you have any additional dietary restrictions (Celiac Disease, vegan, etc.) please let us know at BreadBreakersInfo@gmail.com so that we can implement the appropriate food handling procedures.
**Join us, invite a friend, and be a part of the movement to mend our fractured society and normalize a better way of talking with one another.**
BreadBreakers, an initiative by [Restoration United Methodist Church](https://restorationreston.org/breadbreakers) in Reston, VA, is a religiously inclusive community. We are a collaboration between people of all faiths and stripes. Our leadership, volunteer team, and community include people who attend Restoration and people who don't.
Open Bar & Seminar (Free but RSVP required)
After hosting successful events, I always think that we could have done better and relate it to our day to day life and make it educational. In this connection, I wanted to show off my investment and trade hat and organize series of Happy Hours around Investment & Trade.
We will have speakers from different sectors and industries, at each Happy Hour. At this particular event, the speakers will discuss Avoiding Big Mistakes When Saving For Retirement.
Topics will include:
• The Effect of Inflation on the value of a dollar
• Proper Investment Allocation
• Underestimating the Effect of Taxes
• Underestimating Spending During Retirement
• Unrealistic Investment Expectations
• Underestimating Time Spent in Retirement
• Mismanaging Tax-Deferred Assets
• Unexpected Health-Care Expenses
The address will be sent to members who RSVPed, before the Event.
Enjoy!
