What is prenatal yoga? Prenatal yoga is a form of gentle yoga that is designed to complement the growing needs of a pregnant body during all three trimesters. The focus is on restorative poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering.
What are the benefits of prenatal yoga?
Improve sleep.
Reduce stress and anxiety.
Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.
Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath.
Inside the AI stack: Vercel agents & GPU optimisation
This edition of Future Form explores two parts of the modern AI stack. Vercel’s agent infrastructure, including the new Sandbox and what’s on the roadmap. And how to optimise code to run more efficiently on custom CUDA kernels.
**Luke Philips-Sheard**, **Engineering Manager,** **Vercel**
Luke will break down Vercel’s new Sandbox and how it enables secure, isolated environments for running AI workloads and agent-driven tasks. Drawing on experience in finance and high-growth environments, he’ll explore how sandboxing helps manage untrusted code, contain risk, and safely run agents against real systems.
**Jack Foxabbott, Founding Member of Technical Staff, Stealth Startup**
Jack will dive into Neural Kernel Search and the evolution of custom CUDA for non-standard architectures. A practical look at how low-level optimisation unlocks performance gains that frameworks alone can’t deliver.
If you’re building AI systems that need to run fast, reliably, and at scale, this one’s for you.
**Bonus:** pizza, drinks, and practical peer-to-peer AI insights.

Bermondsey to Rotherhithe – from Bourbons to Brunel
**Bermondsey to Rotherhithe – from Bourbons to Brunel**
This walk is presented by Central London Humanists and led by Robert Hall. Humanists believe we have just one life to be lived rationally and well, with compassion for others.
This event is a guided walk of +/- 2 hours pointing out places of interest. We will be walking 3 Km / 1.8 miles.
Bourbons in Rotherhithe? Yes, it’s true! We’ll visit a couple of parks; hear about one of only fifteen statues of women in London; a leaning tower (not quite as good as Pisa!); walk part of the longest street in London and visit the tomb of Prince Lee Boo; we’ll also see the Mayflower – not the ship, however.
**Date:** Saturday 14th March 2026
**Time:** 2 pm with a prompt departure at 2.15 pm
**Place:** Meet Bermondsey station (Jubilee line and various bus routes)
It is strongly suggested you find us using: [https://what3words.com/drop.assume.remain](https://what3words.com/drop.assume.remain) \- or the What3Words app\.
The nearest toilets are J'amocha, 190 Jamaica Street SE16 4RT – turn right as you exit the station and walk 150 metres. There will be a very brief toilet stop on the walk.
**Finishes:** About 4.00 pm at The Ship, 39-47 Saint Marychurch Street SE16 4JE
The walk is led by Robert – 07981963681. He can be contacted for further information but please note he won’t be able to respond to messages or calls after the walk has started.
**The formal bit:**
These walks are not suitable for dogs, sorry.
CLH events are 18+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The maximum group size is 40 people. If you have signed up but find you can't attend, please change your RSVP on Meetup (it’s very easy to do) as soon as possible so that an accurate numbers of attenders can be estimated.
You are responsible for your own actions and safety; there is no liability on the walk leader or CLH for anything that may happen on the walk.
You must be able to keep up with the walk leader at 4 Km/h (2.5 mph) for 5 Km (3 miles). It is participants' responsibility to safely cross roads.
Where appropriate, pedestrian controlled lights will be used and obeyed unless it is obvious that the whole group can cross safely.
When the group stops at a point of interest, please be mindful not to block pavements so members of the public can pass by safely.
Don’t forget this is the UK and it may rain at any time! The walk will go ahead whatever the weather unless conditions are dangerous so please bring clothing for all seasons.
**A donation of £3 to Central London Humanists would be appreciated.**
The majority of Central London Humanists events are free, but we welcome a £3 contribution per head. This helps towards the running and organising of events, as well as various admin expenses. If you can't attend and would still like to contribute, or would prefer to pay online, please **[click here](https://checkout.square.site/merchant/ML71XMH66FX5E/checkout/ALWCDLQ3S7AVPLFZ62PZGXLU)**.
We encourage dialogue, debate, and sharing of information, but ask people to keep their comments cordial. Any individual's views expressed (most definitely including the walk leader!) do not necessarily reflect the views of the group at large.
Puppy Yoga CHRISTMAS SPECIAL (Old fashioned English bulldogs)
To book: https://www.barefootyogaandtherapy.com/puppyyoga
Use code PUPPYLOVE5 for £5 off
Practise yoga while the cute puppies roam acround you…
A typical puppy yoga class will have approximately 8-10 puppies with around 15 participants and the puppies can range from 8-14 weeks old.
Puppy yoga classes involve having puppies roaming from one mat to the next, leaping on participants, and tussling with other puppies as you try out different yoga poses. Often pups are incorporated into some of the yoga poses or they happily roam free throughout class.
All puppies are borrowed from a local breeder and we find the breeders from websites such as Kennel Club or Pets4Homes. On some occasions, Puppy Yoga gives the puppies an opportunity to be adopted, if they haven’t already found their forever home. The puppies get the chance to be around other people (not just their breeder) which enhances their socialisation.
In the first 3 months of a puppies life it is very important to expose your puppies to different people, new environments, sounds and smells. Puppy yoga is a safe and fun space that aids with our puppies socialisation.
Interactions with animals, especially puppies, has been proven to be extremely beneficial to our mental wellbeing. The hormone oxytocin is released, in both dogs and people, when puppies interact with someone they like. This provides stress relieving physiological benefits.

Tour of the Kennel Club!
Come along on Wednesday 11th March for a tour of the Kennel Club!
**About the club**
The Kennel Club was founded in 1873 after [Sewallis E. Shirley](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sewallis_Shirley_(MP) "Sewallis Shirley (MP)") became frustrated by trying to organise dog shows without a consistent set of rules. It is the largest organisation in the UK devoted to dog health, welfare and training.
At the club's HQ in Mayfair, they have a library and a substantial dog related collection including paintings by artists Edwin Landseer, drawings, prints, trophies sculptures and ceramics. The artefacts date from the 1st century up to the present day with special focus on works from the 19th and 20th centuries.
When we arrive, we will be having welcome drinks, then a talk on what the club does, followed by a tour of the library and the art collection.
Have a look at the art collection [here...](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b0PAjE184Sg&t=4s)
