This session is designed to help you understand the basics more clearly, improve consistency, and gain confidence in real match situations. Through structured robot training and guided practice, you can expect to: • Improve consistency and ball control • Develop more stable and reliable strokes • Understand proper timing and contact • Build greater confidence during rallies and matches • Reduce common mistakes and bad habits • Learn how to apply training into real game situations I will personally guide the session, share practical training methods that helped improve my own game, and provide simple feedback to support your development. Duration: 3 hours Group Size: Small group (maximum 6 players) Suitable for: Beginners and developing players, or anyone who feels stuck and wants proper guidance to improve their game.
