**Join us for outdoor grass volleyball in Hasenheide park!** This event is not suitable for complete beginners. We play with two nets. The "chill court" is for mixed-level play with 3v3 up to 5v5. The "competitive court" is for higher-level 2v2 play with beach rules. Be sure to wear suitable sports clothing and perhaps bring a drink. There are no facilities such as changing rooms and showers in the park. A nearby public toilet is also available, but it might be closed, dirty, or not have toilet paper. **Location**: We play in the narrow clearing, located between the two paths in the center of Hasenheide park, on the southern side. Wenn man erfolgreich den Ball in den Korb geworfen hat geht man weiter und wirft nochmal, doch diesmal mit der anderen Hand. Jedoch, wenn der Ball nicht in den Korb geht, dann ist der nächste Spieler an der Reihe. Erst nach Zehn. Eventuell wird es auch etwas Musik mit der JBL sein. Looking for a relaxed way to play table tennis after work? Then feel free to join us! We meet every Thursday from around 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (18:30 - 20:30) at the table tennis tables at Lietzensee. Everyone is welcome – whether you are a beginner, casual player, or experienced. You are also welcome to bring friends along. The focus is on having fun, getting some movement outdoors, and meeting new people. Just show up and join in! ## How we play Usually, we have at least two tables available, as long as they are not already taken. Depending on the number of people and the mood, we either play casual matches, 1-on-1 games across two tables, or small friendly tournaments. This way, there is usually something for everyone. ## Good to know * Everyone is welcome. * Friends and acquaintances are welcome to join. * Please bring your own paddle if possible. * If you don’t have one, no problem – I will bring a few extra paddles that can be borrowed. * The group is loosely organized – feel free to just show up and play. * As we play outdoors, we are dependent on the weather. Join the dinner hang-out this coming Friday, we are going to be in central Berlin (Berlin MItte), a short distance from Hackescher Markt S-Bahn station. We are going to a nice restaurant called Heimwerk, where they offer German/central European food (inclusive simple foods like french fries and burgers, as well as options for vegetarians). They enable you to do different combinations for your meal, and also offer small portion ("snack" type) meals but please note that these are really tiny sized.
