The **Kismetrix Singles Social Run or Walk + Coffee** is a relaxed, feel-good experience for singles who enjoy movement, nature, and meaningful conversation in a warm, welcoming environment.

Manifestation & Gratitude Journaling Guide
In the chaos of our lives chasing impossible deadlines and unending chores, we want you to take a moment for yourself. This is why we are bringing you a manifestation and gratitude journaling circle, a guided two-hour journaling session for anyone who wants to slow down, get their tumbling thoughts onto a page, feel their big feelings, celebrate what they are grateful for, and manifest what they want.
Whether you have journaled for years or never picked up a pen with intention, this is a no judgment space for trying something that you may or may not want to try again. It is just you, a pen and a journal surrounded by women who show up for themselves - in a beautiful location looking out over the ocean. We will start with a team activity, some heartfelt sharing, some breathwork and guided meditation to ease our words onto paper.
This is not a workshop to teach journaling. It's an opportunity to try something with a room full of women who are figuring things out as they go. Come ready to write a little, reflect a lot, and leave feeling more grounded than when you arrived.

*Chandrika is a PhD-trained geneticist who spends her days in the world of research publishing and her spare time creating space for women to come back to themselves.*

Friendly game of five a side indoor football (soccer).
Indoor trainers/boots. No studs. Played on timber floor.

Game Rules:
Kick ins from the side.
Goal keeper must throw the ball out when the ball goes behind.
No slide tackles.
After each goal a spot kick is taken and the opposing team must stand behind the white line (you'll understand when you get there).
Keeper rotates every 6 minutes.
If you need to pull out of the game for any reason, please RSVP no and then message the event so that another can potentially fill your spot. Please note that you should do this at least 48 hours (the sooner the better) before the game to allow the chance for someone to take your spot. Shut Up & Write!⢠Easton Town Center
We'll meet at The Capital One CafƩ, 167 Easton Town Center, Space A-103. This is in the main mall where the Microsoft store used to be, on your left if you're standing at the bottom of the AMC Theater escalator.
Join us on Saturday for an hour of uninterrupted wordmaking!
⢠What we'll do
Join us for an hour of writing! Weāve discovered that itās strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if itās true for you at 10AM on Saturday mornings.
Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done.
SCHEDULE:
10:00 - SESSION 1: quick intros.
10:10 - timer starts: write for 1 hour.
11:10 - chat / take off / keep writing.
OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 11A-11:30ish. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing.
BEING LATE IS OKAY: just show up and get settled, then check-in with me after the session. (Iāll be the person with the Shut Up & Write! sign.) If you were on time, please be willing to make room for the friendly latecomer.

Bring earbuds/earplugs if you want to block noise or the occasional conversation by other patrons. Electrical outlets are limited, so charge your devices before whenever possible.
