Grief Circle — Remembering Love, From Darkness to Light
Grief Circle — Remembering Love, From Darkness to Light
Ring at A.Kapros. Doors: 15:40-16:00 **A sacred space to honor sorrow, release pain, and remember love** At Yanantin Tribe, we open grief circles where heart, body, and spirit can meet. Inspired by ancestral traditions, we gather in community to carry what was never meant to be held alone. Here, darkness and light are both welcome — grief is not fixed or rushed, but witnessed with care. **Tickets & Support** This grief circle is offered freely as a community space. If you wish to support the continuation of these circles, you can choose the Support Ticket — CHF 25 via Eventfrog. ️Tickets & details: [https://eventfrog.ch/en/p/health-spirituality/health-wellbeing/grief-circle-remembering-love-from-darkness-to-light-7417591177858309023.html](https://eventfrog.ch/en/p/health-spirituality/health-wellbeing/grief-circle-remembering-love-from-darkness-to-light-7417591177858309023.html) A grief ritual is a communal gathering where sorrow is given space and form. We welcome all expressions of grief: personal loss, heartbreak, ancestral wounds, collective pain, or a quiet heaviness without a clear name. Through music, song, rhythm, movement, silence, and guided ritual, grief softens and reveals the love beneath it. **Bring: comfortable clothes, water bottle and your own cup for tea, curiosity** **The experience** * Enter a safe, held circle where all emotions are welcome * You may share, move, cry, sing, or remain silent — no pressure to speak * Place a personal item, photo, or symbol on a shared altar (optional) * Move through ritual practices that allow grief to be witnessed and released * Close with grounding and gentle integration so you leave supported **Why this circle matters** * Release unspoken or long-held grief * Be held without advice or fixing * Honor both sorrow and love * Heal personal, ancestral, and collective layers * **Practical info** * Held every two weeks on Sundays * Free to attend as a community offering * Donations welcome to support the continuation of these circles (entirely optional) * Bring: a token, photo, or personal item for the altar (optional) * Wear: comfortable clothing * Note: if you are in acute crisis or experiencing significant mental health challenges, please inform us so we can support you best * Impressions of past events: [https://yanantintribe.com/events-gallery/](https://yanantintribe.com/events-gallery/) **Additional support** András offers 1:1 grief support, death & dying accompaniment, and end-of-life presence alongside this community work: [https://psysoul.com/death-grief-sessions](https://psysoul.com/death-grief-sessions) This is not therapy. It is a facilitated ritual space rooted in consent, presence, and care. Come exactly as you are. You do not have to carry everything alone. **Personal Support & 1:1 Work with András** If you’re going through a period of transition, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, I offer **free 30-min Exploration Calls** to help you gain clarity and see if deeper 1:1 work is right for you. **Book here:** [https://calendly.com/andraskapros/psysoul-exploration-call](https://calendly.com/andraskapros/psysoul-exploration-call) Together, we remember love — and gently move from darkness to light. The Power of the Dog (2021)
The Power of the Dog (2021)
**Directed by [Jane Campion](https://www.festival-cannes.com/en/p/jane-campion/).** Winner of the Academy Award for Best Director at the 94th Oscars in 2022. **Please RSVP on Meetup if you plan to attend! Reserve your ticket in advance at the link below. We'll meet at the entrance to the movie theater at 19:45. The screening begins at 20:15.** *Montana, in the 1920s: Here, the two very different Burbank brothers, Phil ([Benedict Cumberbatch](https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1212722/?ref_=tt_cst_t_1)) and George ([Jesse Plemons](https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0687146/?ref_=tt_cst_t_3)), run a profitable cattle ranch. The only problem is that they can’t stand each other—Phil is a grumpy old man, and his brother couldn’t care less about the cattle or Phil’s constant taunts. But the trouble really begins when George’s new wife Rose ([Kirsten Dunst](https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000379/?ref_=tt_cst_t_2)) and her son Peter ([Kodi Smit-McPhee](https://www.imdb.com/name/nm2240346/?ref_=tt_cst_t_5)) from her first marriage move in with them on the ranch.* *Jane Campion crafts a distorted mosaic of masculinity, complete with all the accompanying evils, misfortunes, and horrors. Even in the breathtaking landscape, there are signs that something is seriously amiss here. And Phil, played with verve by Cumberbatch, is a quintessential Campion character you won’t soon forget.* *Source: [Xenix](https://www.xenix.ch/programm/april-2026/the-new-new-frontier--granik-reichardt-zhao--more/the-power-of-the-dog/)* **Please [reserve your ticket online in advance](https://www.xenix.ch/programm/april-2026/the-new-new-frontier--granik-reichardt-zhao--more/the-power-of-the-dog/2026-04-19T20:15:00) to secure your spot. Seats cannot be reserved online, so we will coordinate seating arrangements at the theater before the screening. It's important to arrive early to pick up your tickets, so please arrive at Xenix by 19:45 at the latest. After the movie, we'll gather in the Xenix bar for a beverage and discussion of the film.**

Divine Masculinity and Sacred Brotherhood
Divine Masculinity and Sacred Brotherhood
A space to return to what is essential We invite you to take part in a ritual gathering for men, created for those who feel the call to pause, breathe, and reconnect with their inner strength in a safe and authentic space. We gather in the forest, around the grandfather fire, to share ceremonial cacao and form a circle of presence, listening, and brotherhood. This is not a workshop, nor a talk, nor a “self-improvement” experience. It is a living space of encounter, where each man is welcome exactly as he is. There are no hierarchies here, no masks to wear. Only men walking their own path, supported by the strength of the circle. **Who is this gathering for?** * This circle is open to men who: * Seek a more honest connection with themselves. * Feel the desire to inhabit their masculinity with greater awareness and maturity. * Value silence, authentic speech, and presence. * Wish to experience brotherhood beyond competition or judgment. * Are willing to listen and to be listened to. * No previous experience with circles, rituals, or spiritual practices is required. Only a willingness to be present. **What we will experience together** During this gathering of approximately two hours, we will move through simple yet profound practices, guided with care and clarity: * Ceremonial Cacao Circle, Cacao as a heart medicine, supporting openness, listening, and authentic expression. * Sacred Fire, The grandfather fire as the center of the gathering, witness to our intentions and processes. * Meditation and Presence, Moments of silence and inner connection, held by the group. * Talking Circle, A safe space to share from truth, without advice or judgment. * Connection with Nature: The forest as a living temple that reminds us of what truly matters. * Expression and Rhythm: An optional moment of music, song, or percussion to integrate the experience. Each gathering honors the energy of conscious masculinity, integrating strength and sensitivity, direction and openness. **Practical information** Duration: Approximately 2 hours Location: Forests of Zurich (The exact location is shared after registration) Energy exchange: Single ticket: 30 CHF Brothers ticket (2 people): 50 CHF Places are limited to preserve the quality and intimacy of the circle. **What to bring** * A cup for ceremonial cacao * A water bottle * Wood for the fire * An offering for the altar (fruit, seeds, a photo, or something that represents love and gratitude) * Notebook and pen * Musical instrument (optional) * Comfortable, warm clothing for outdoor conditions * Something light to eat after the gathering * We recommend fasting for at least 2 hours beforehand, as we will be working with ceremonial cacao. * A held and conscious space * This gathering is held with respect, confidentiality, and presence. Everything shared in the circle remains within the circle. The use of alcohol or other substances before or during the gathering is not permitted. **Reserve your place** 👉 [https://www.mama-cacao.ch](https://www.mama-cacao.ch/) **Upon registration you will receive:** Please join our group, to kwon the location and ask any question you have Men’s WhatsApp Group [https://chat.whatsapp.com/IslQaOq9plTGv6fFNRTRE9](https://chat.whatsapp.com/IslQaOq9plTGv6fFNRTRE9) Mama Cacao Community WhatsApp Group [https://chat.whatsapp.com/CbTg7sUdnB35gLX6jILEGS](https://chat.whatsapp.com/CbTg7sUdnB35gLX6jILEGS) Telegram Channel [https://t.me/+5Bu537lvzWplZjNk](https://t.me/+5Bu537lvzWplZjNk) Newsletter [https://www.mama-cacao.ch/contact-7](https://www.mama-cacao.ch/contact-7) This space is supported by **Dharma Collective**, with hearts aligned in support of the **Chakana Project**.

Fields In *City Lights*, Chaplin's Little Tramp meets a blind girl selling flowers who mistakes him for a wealthy man. When he learns that an operation may restore her sight, he sets off to earn the money she needs to have the surgery. He also befriends an alcoholic millionaire who only recognizes him when he is drunk. When the blind girl and her grandmother fall behind in the rent and face eviction, he tries working and even enters a boxing competition to raise the money they need. Men's Group meetup
Men's Group meetup
**The idea for this group is to build a community where men can gather together and build connections & learn and grow from each other.** How we start each meeting is by each of us checking in with our "roses and thorns" aka what are the good things and the bad things going on in your life recently? Then we will go into a topic discussion. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- **COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS** \*\*THERE WILL BE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR NO-SHOWS. IF YOU RSVP TO A MEETING AND FAIL TO SHOW UP WITHOUT NOTICE, YOU'LL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP. THIS IS TO PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF THE GROUP\*\* 1. Confidentiality - EVERYTHING that is shared NEVER leaves this space so that this space remains safe and sacred. There is a zero tolerance policy for this. If a man is in violation of this, they will be permanently removed from the group. 2. Non-Judgement - we respect and honor every man’s truth so that we may receive the same from others. While we may not agree on everything, we commit to respecting every man’s perspectives and engaging in honorable discussion with one another. 3. Be committed - honor your commitment to this group and to yourself. If you attend a meeting, please commit yourself fully to the meeting. Also be committed to your own journey. When we fail, we own it & clean it up. 4. Speak from the heart - this is NOT a space to “look good”, have the “right” answers, and have it all together. Relax and know you are not alone. Be exactly who you are within the safety of this space. 5. Be supportive - This means always willing to provide encouragement to your fellow men, encourage action and momentum in each other’s lives.. Be willing to challenge each other. Be willing to hold each other accountable. 6. Participation - what you receive from this community will be a reflection of what you put into it. Period. We ask that you share your perspectives, reflect on others, and give/receive support when and where it’s needed.
