These classes are for students who have some previous training experience and already know the basics of the art, have good cardiovascular endurance and body conditioning in order to be able to take hits. You don’t need prior experience, and the learning curve is surprisingly quick. Beach tennis is big in Brazil, and it’s now starting to pick up in Singapore. Sessions are run by Pacific Beach Tennis Academy, which is Singapore's first dedicated beach tennis academy. Join a **beginner-friendly Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) class** focused on health, movement, and steady learning. No prior martial arts experience is required. These are **FREE weekly meetups** covering the fundamentals of **Chen Style Hunyuan Taijiquan**, including basic alignment, breath and intent coordination, and introductory work on **24 & 48 Fist Forms**, **48 Sword Form**, **push-hands**, and **qigong**.
