š Shamanic Drumming Journey, From Survival to Peace
On March 13, 2026, we gather under a powerful celestial alignment: Black Moon Lilith & Antares activating Venus in Aries.
This aspect invites us to soften a deeply conditioned pattern, the part of us that learned to receive love, money, safety, and abundance through struggle.
Instead of fighting for life⦠we explore how to receive from a state of inner peace.
⨠This evening is a guided Shamanic Drumming Journey (Shamanic Trance Meditation) designed to help the nervous system release survival tension and reconnect with safety within.
š Location: ESPACE44, 44 Rue de ConfĆ©dĆ©res, 1000 Brussels
š Date & Time: 13 March 2026 - 19:30
š¶ Energy Exchange: 30 ā¬
Registration Required: https://www.kubraozguvenc.com/event-details-registration/shamanic-drumming-journey-from-survival-to-peace
**šæ What Happens During the Session?**
* You simply lie down comfortably
* Guided grounding & intention setting
* Live shamanic drum journey
* Deep relaxation through rhythmic sound
* Integration & gentle closing
(No experience needed, everyone is welcome.)
**š Benefits of Shamanic Drumming**
Research shows rhythmic drumming can:
* Help shift brainwaves toward theta state (deep meditation & creativity)
* Reduce stress and regulate the autonomic nervous system
* Support emotional release and trauma integration
* Improve relaxation and inner safety perception
* Enhance clarity, intuition, and emotional balance
(Rhythmic sound stimulation has been associated with changes in brainwave activity similar to meditation and trance states.)
**⨠This Event Is Especially Supportive If You:**
* Feel tired of constantly striving or fighting for results
* Experience emotional or financial survival patterns
* Want deep nervous system relaxation
* Seek grounding, clarity, or inner reset
* Are curious about shamanic or somatic practices
Bring comfortable clothes, a yoga mat or blanket if you wish.
š Allow yourself to rest instead of struggle.

Nick et Tom reviennent Ć la maison aprĆØs avoir fait la guerre dāAfghanistan. En apparence ils vont bien. Intervals Workout Session šš»āāļøšš¼āāļøšš» Bois de la Cambre
We do cycles of 4-6 weeks, with a progressive intensity, and the last session is lighter.
Program:
15ā warm up
**To be defined**
Cool down to get back to the starting point⦠or more
S=All out sprint
RF = Run fast, at MAS (Maximum aerobic speed)
CF = Run comfortably fast (1h threshold)
J = Jog, recuperation
Notes:
It should take about one hour in total, as the cool down will end when we reach back to the meeting point.
It's NOT required to have an activity tracker or smart watch to be able to follow the program, as I'll be giving signals with a whistle.
For the "run" part, you can follow your own pace and we'll be regrouping in the "jog" part.
Intervals training is not advised for total beginners. To have an idea, the average pace at the warm up is around 5'45"/km-6'/km so this pace should feel very comfortable

These workshops are open to anyone interested in exploring movement as a way to deepen body awareness, improve mobility and enjoy dancing in connection with others. The workshops offer an original blend of dance practices, combining contemporary dance, elements of Body-Mind Centering®, relaxation and mindfulness techniques,as well as capoeira, and a pinch of partnered styles such as forró, tango, and fusion dance.
Objectives:
* To unwind and enjoy improvised movement ā with or without prior dance experience
* To deepen body awareness
* To develop connection with dance partners
* To learn techniques from various dance and movement forms and apply them in improvisation
* To stay active while having fun and sharing enjoyable moments
**Capoeira angola**
Capoeira angola is the traditional, more ritualistic style of capoeira. Its games are full of symbolic movements, subtle strategy, and deep musical and philosophical expression. It emphasizes slow, deliberate movements and acrobatic elements, close-to-the-ground play, and rich cultural traditions. Its focus on rhythm, improvisation, and the fluid interaction between players creates a shared language of movement that highlights connection between participants and creativity.
These workshops will introduce participants to the foundational concepts and movements of Capoeira Angola, offering tools to expand their movement vocabulary and enhance improvisational expression. The workshops open to all, welcoming movers, dancers and non-dancers of every level and background.
Programme:
14:00 ā **Workshop 1: You are a monkey** by Finhinho
This Capoeira Angola workshop invites dancers to explore animal movement patterns through play, rhythm, and grounded physicality. Weāll move close to the floor, shift weight with ease, and find moments of lightness, inversion, and surprise. Expect a mix of strength, softness, and humor, with plenty of listeningāto gravity, to rhythm, and to each other. Come curious, ready to play, and not afraid to be a little upside down.
15:20 ā Break and refreshments
15:40 ā **Workshop 2: Release the animal** by Agnieszka
This improvisation workshop invites you to move from instinct rather than overthinking, drawing inspiration from animal movement and behavior. Weāll explore how these qualities show up in solo and shared dances, responding to space, others, and the moment as it unfolds. Expect sweat, surprises, and a healthy mix of focus and play. Come curious, ready to move, and willing to trust your bodyāit already knows what to do.

Family Constellations Circle in Brussels - March
This is an open Circle for anyone and open to constellate on any subject. It's a good way to get started if you've been wanting to see what Constellations is all about. We will start with some bodywork exercises and then there will be time for three Constellations on any topic.
āA Constellation is a means for accessing the timeless map you hold within, linking the past to the present and the present to the future. It's a tool to find the origin of the problems we face today such as repeated patterns, blockages, relationship difficulties or health concerns, to name a few, and has the power to reveal hidden dynamics not visible to the normal eye. Then a healing exchange takes place and steps are taken to free you from the past and put you on a road to freedom, understanding and authenticity for your future.
āThere are two ways to participate, either as a participant or Space Holder in the Circle or to bring a topic to constellate as an Issue Holder, which is limited to three places. Although one person will bring a subject to constellate, everyone participates. A Constellation is a Healing Circle for all who attend.
Price for Space Holders: 50 Euros (12 spots)
Price for Issue Holders: 165 Euros (3 spots)
āDate: Saturday, March 14th
āTime: 3:00 to 7:00 pm
Location: Shanti Home: Rue Darwin 8, Brussels 1190 (Forest)
ā\*There are three spots available for Constellations. Contact me if you'd like to reserve one of these spots.
\*Spots are limited for both roles to ensure enough space in the room, although the room is very spacious.
*Modified price for students or if you are unemployed. Write me if this is your case.ā*Payment must be made beforehand. You can register either to the following account or pay by credit card or PayPal by following the link to the website.

In Person Event: The Secrets to Mental Health
Mental Health, how do you understand it? How can you improve it?
How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind. Find out what the reactive mind is, and in the process find yourself.
Have you ever suffered from a traumatic experience, a deep loss or been through a painful breakup? Has your ability to communicate suffered as a result? And after that, even though you "moved on" did you find that things were never quite the same? Have you ever looked at childhood photos, or reminisced your early life and wondered where that happiness and spark went?
Are your emotions out of your own control? Have you ever felt, even if you arenāt aware of it, that possibly you are getting in your own way of your happiness and success? How does this affect your self-confidence?
Find out what is at the root of all stress, anxiety, depression and self-doubt. Find out how and why you hold yourself back from achieving your goals and having the life you have dreamed of. As soon as you learn what is at the root of these unwanted conditions, youāll see it is something you can DO something about. You will not be labeled or categorized at this MeetUp.
This group is hosted by the Dianetics and Scientology Life Improvement Center of Central Ohio.
