Gentle Vinyasa + Sound Healing with Andrea
Gentle Vinyasa is a slow, mindful yoga practice that connects breath and movement in a steady rhythm.
The class focuses on soft flow sequences designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support nervous system balance. The pace allows participants to move with awareness rather than intensity.
The session concludes with sound healing using crystal bowls. The sound supports integration and relaxation, allowing the body to settle after movement.
This practice is suitable for all levels and does not require previous yoga experience.
The class includes guided movement and a closing relaxation with sound.
Facilitated by Andreea Surdu, yoga teacher who guides classes with clarity and calm presence. Her approach emphasizes breath, alignment, and accessible movement for everyday bodies.
Mondays, 18.00-19.00, small classes, 200 CZK

UX Monday - How to build companies & products in 2026!
How do you actually build products and companies in 2026 â when AI is no longer a side experiment but a core part of how work gets done?
This UX Monday, we're bringing you **two talks from practitioners who live this every day** â no demo prompting, no theoretical AI strategies. Just real stories, real setups, and real lessons from the trenches of product work and startup operations.
**What you'll discover:**
* How AI shifts the interface between design, product, and engineering â and what that means for your role
* Practical approaches to building knowledge hubs that give AI agents the context they need
* Concrete workflows for using AI agents across design, ops, communication, and decision-making
* Why context engineering matters more than vibe coding â and where to start
Whether you're a designer, PM, developer, researcher, or founder â these talks offer a grounded, no-BS perspective on what it actually looks like to work with AI as a collaborator in 2026.
**Featured Speakers:**
**[Honza Valder](https://www.linkedin.com/in/janvalder/)** â *Practical AI for hot-dog stand personnel*
Not a talk about tools or a prompting demo â it's a story about how product work changes when AI becomes part of the workflow. Honza shares his journey through the past year (sabbatical, experimenting, Orbiso) as a series of concrete situations where AI stopped being a toy and became a practical collaborator. Expect a strong emphasis on mindset: don't wait for a "company AI strategy" â try things in real work, learn the limits, and plug AI in where it makes sense. He'll cover where AI has real team impact â project context, documentation, prototyping in a real stack â and close with practical implications for designers, researchers, PMs, and developers.
**[Ĺ imon JĹŻn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/simon-jun/)** â COO @ [dotidot.io](http://dotidot.io) â *AI Agents in Startup Life*
A practical look at how AI agents and knowledge hubs work in everyday startup operations â from the perspective of a designer and COO in one person. Ĺ imon will walk through how to set up knowledge hubs that give agents real context, share concrete flows for using agents in design, ops, communication, documentation, and decision-making, and explain why context engineering beats vibe coding every time. Real tools, real workflows, real lessons.
Hosted by **[Michal Strnadel](https://www.linkedin.com/in/michal-strnadel/)** \| Chairman of the Board @ [Asociace UX](https://www.asociaceux.cz/)

Open philosophical discussion in the heart of Prague
Welcome to the international CafÊ Philo in Prague. We meet every first Saturday of the month in the cosy [CafÊ Millème](https://store11473398.ecwid.com) in the center of Prague. Dialogues #33 - Topic: Communities - The Role of Religion/Spirituality
In a world full of opinions, noise, and quick reactions, we often miss spaces for real dialogue â for slowing down, listening, and connecting with one another. This evening is an invitation to do exactly that.
Join us for an open and friendly evening (in English & free of charge) dedicated to Communities - The Role of Religion/Spirituality.
We will brainstorm together in an Open Spaceâstyle format, where participants choose topics themselves about what we want to discuss from this broad topic - questions to help you get inspired:
What is the difference between spirituality and religion?
Is religion the apex of community?
How do we interact with the idea of spirituality and religion?
Afterwards, participants will form small groups to explore the questions and insights around the topics
18:00 â Doors open
18:15 â Introduction & topic selection
18:40 - We start discussions
19:40 - Closing session (sharing activities)
20:00 - Networking & Connect
What to expect:
A welcoming space for newcomers and regulars alike
Be slightly pushed to socialize
Open, participant-led small-group discussions on diverse perspectives
No expertise required â everyoneâs opinion matters!
Safe, respectful, and judgment-free conversations
More about sharing and reflecting than debating or convincing
No pressure to speak â listening is just as valuable
Not a lecture, not a debate club, and definitely not intimidating!
Feel free to bring some snacks to share!
Friendly dogs are welcome!
If you are a regular that appreciate us and can help, or a newcomer who enjoyed the evening, and wants to help, we have recently set a Patreon page where you can support us!

Columbus Educational Leaders Networking Event
## Overview
Networking event for aspiring school leaders interested in building their own high-quality K-12 public school in their community.
**About the Event:**
Aspiring school founders in the Columbus, OH, area are invited to join us for this special in-person networking event where you will be able to ask questions, learn more about the BES Fellowship and make sure you are prepared for the application process and beyond.
In addition to meeting like-minded leaders who are also committed to transforming education and bringing a high-quality K-12 option to their community, youâll have the opportunity to meet our team and gain special insights from Dr. Chaundria Smith, BES Senior Director of Fellowship Coaching, who works closely to support BES Fellows.
During this event, you can also learn more about the various regions across Ohio we are prioritizing for the BES Fellowship to ensure that new schools will respond to the needs of their community.
**About the BES Fellowship:**
Leaders in the BES Fellowship embark on a multi-year process to design, found, and lead an excellent K-12 public school that reflects and responds to community needs.
We are currently accepting applications to the 2026 BES Fellowship. The extended deadline is March 30, and the 2026 Cohort will begin August 2026. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all spots are filled. Learn more at [bes.org/fellowship](http://bes.org/fellowship "http://bes.org/fellowship").
Humanist Program: Fighting the Efforts to Insert Religion into Public Education
The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event.
Food and drinks will be provided at the event. Feel free to show up a little bit early to hang out and talk.
Our March speakers are Molly Gaines and Zack Parrish, co-organizers of the Secular Education Association:
They will share their story of how a small group of Ohio parents grew into a national organization tracking released-time religious instruction and other churchâstate issues in public schools. The presentation will cover SEAâs early wins and hard lessons, what weâre seeing nationally right now, and how local advocates can play a meaningful role in protecting public education. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the landscape â and practical ways to get involved.
Going forward our meetings will be hybrid. You can meet us in-person or attend online

In Person Event: The Secrets to Mental Health
Mental Health, how do you understand it? How can you improve it?
How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind. Find out what the reactive mind is, and in the process find yourself.
Have you ever suffered from a traumatic experience, a deep loss or been through a painful breakup? Has your ability to communicate suffered as a result? And after that, even though you "moved on" did you find that things were never quite the same? Have you ever looked at childhood photos, or reminisced your early life and wondered where that happiness and spark went?
Are your emotions out of your own control? Have you ever felt, even if you arenât aware of it, that possibly you are getting in your own way of your happiness and success? How does this affect your self-confidence?
Find out what is at the root of all stress, anxiety, depression and self-doubt. Find out how and why you hold yourself back from achieving your goals and having the life you have dreamed of. As soon as you learn what is at the root of these unwanted conditions, youâll see it is something you can DO something about. You will not be labeled or categorized at this MeetUp.
This group is hosted by the Dianetics and Scientology Life Improvement Center of Central Ohio.
Walk & Talk About Life's Big Questions
[The Board Walks](http://www.theboardwalks.com/) are for curious people who love deep conversations.
If that sounds like you, **bring a thoughtful topic** and join us for a 5-mile walk (10,000+ steps!).
**HOW IT WORKS**
**Step 1: Bring a topic**
Before you arrive, think of **one** topic you want to explore. A question. A thought that's been on your mind. An obsession you want to geek out on. This is your ticket to the event.
**Step 2: Circle up & share**
We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds.
**Step 3: Walk, talk & float**
We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity. When you're ready to move on, just say: "I'm going to float!"
**Step 4: Feel more alive**
Two hours flies by. You're back where you started â but you feel different. More alive. More energized. More connected to yourself and others. That's why regulars join 20+ times.
*For more details, read our [Orientation Guide.](https://www.theboardwalks.com/orientation)*
**HOW TO BRING A GREAT TOPIC**
A great topic = something you're genuinely curious about.
Recent topics include:
* "What are you passionate about right now?"
* "What makes a good friend?"
* "What's a belief you used to hold that you've completely changed?"
* "How do you want to be remembered?"
* "What would you do if money wasn't a factor?"
Think of your topic like the dish you're bringing to our conversational potluck. If everyone brings an A+ dish (i.e. energizing, uplifting, expansive), we'll all walk away feeling lighter and brighter.
**WHAT TO EXPECT**
This isn't a fitness event with casual chitchat. It's a walking think tank where we explore life's big questions together, beyond small talk. *If you're looking for light banter or a standard networking event, this probably isn't the right fit.*
But if you crave depth, genuine connection, and conversations that make you feel alive? You'll love it here.
**FAQ**
* Wear casual athletic attire and sneakers. It's a long walk!
* We have multiple first-timers at each event. We work hard to create a welcoming, inclusive, clique-free space.
* We welcome people of **all** ages, backgrounds, and industries who align with the [intention](https://www.theboardwalks.com/ground-rules) of this space.
* Rain or shine, we've been out here nearly every week since July 2022. If the event is cancelled, we'll let you know.
* Dogs, babies in strollers, parents, and friends are welcome â please text/email them the event link so they can RSVP and prepare a topic!
**LOGISTICS**
* If you'll arrive over 10 minutes late, we suggest skipping the event. It's hard to find us once we start walking, and your host can't answer messages during the event.
* This walk is designed for everyone to *move together at the same steady pace* (about 20 min/mile). This format works best when the whole group moves in unison. If you have mobility limitations, we kindly encourage you to find an event better suited to your needs.
* Read our [Orientation Guide](https://www.theboardwalks.com/orientation) for full details.
* If you enjoy the event, send **[this](http://www.theboardwalks.com/)** to a friend or sign up for our **[newsletter](https://theboardwalks.beehiiv.com/)**. We're in multiple cities with more on the way. đ¤ đ
**IF YOU WANT TO GO DEEPER...**
[The Board](https://stan.store/ellebeecher/p/the-board) is the next step: a high-trust collective for renaissance people devoted to creating, connecting, and building lives that light us up.
* This is a global HQ for people who crave big talk, deep connection, and dream collaborations with people across industries. If the walks feel like a spark... The Board is the fire. Apply [here](https://stan.store/ellebeecher/p/the-board).
