Art Socials : Paint Something & Pass It (Acrylic Paint Art Workshop)
**Art isn’t always for professionals and perfectionists.** We have this event for pure fun, messy creativity and unexpected friendships. You can "play" art with friends or new connections, just like a team sport, and most importantly - have fun! **How It Works:** 1. Sketch your initial ideas on your canva 2. Swapping it with another participant. They’ll add something — colors, shapes, objects, animals… who knows? 3. This continues until everyone has contributed to every painting 4. Refine & add your final touches when getting the canva back **Why You’ll Love It:** 🎨 **Expect the Unexpected** You start your painting, then pass it on — and what comes back will surprise you! Bring your friends — the bigger the group, the wilder the masterpiece! 🌟 **All Levels Welcome** No art skills? No problem. This is all about stress-free fun. Just pick up a brush, paint something, and trust the people who follow! 🧽 **For** **Just $20 +Tax** **—** **All Materials Included** * One 9”x12” canvas per person (similar to A4 paper size) * All painting supplies (Acrylic paints, brushes, aprons, etc.) **Location:** 1 Rean Drive, North York **Schedule & Theme:** * Thursday\, August 14 \| 7:00–9:00 PM \| In the Cloud * Thursday\, August 21 \| 7:00–9:00 PM \| In the Jar **Other Details:** * Group size: 2 - 10 people * We’ll record the whole process and turn it into a fun short video to share the magic!

It's better when we're together. Come and experience the power of the WHM with a wonderful group of people. We breathe, we go into the cold and we teach our bodies to heat up properly. We develop resilience and the mindset to use these powerful healing tools over and over again, all year round. This gathering is fully guided by Wim Hof instructor Steve Beattie. If you are new to this, come on down, enjoy the support and practice in a safe way with us. If you already have a WHM practice this meetup is a great way to take it to the next level, and make lots of new friends. There will be a fire, snacks and drinks shared by other attendees. We have been doing this 6 for years! **What to bring?** * Yoga mat * Weather-appropriate clothing (better to dress too warm!) * Bathing suite, towel * Water shoes (optional) In extreme weather being prepared is very important.
