Iām trying to build a daily habit of playing badminton in the early morning, and Iām scheduling this event for anyone who is interested in joining.
šø The idea is simple ā start the day with energy, fitness, and a good game of badminton before work.
Itās a great way to stay active, refresh your mind, and carry that energy into work and everything else you do. Imagine showing up to work already feeling accomplished, energized, and in a great mood ā thatās what a morning like this can do for you!

(Thursday) HikeFit: Earl Bales ā Steep Hills Fitness Hike ā L3 (Moderate)
Ready to sweat it out on the hills? Join us for a HIIT-style hill training hike
This hike is part of the **HikeFit Series**, a collection of fitness-focused hikes designed to build strength, endurance, and overall hiking fitness.
Weāll challenge you with steep climbs, rugged terrain, and a high-intensity workout. This isnāt a fast-paced hike, but it is **intense**. Weāll tackle multiple **very steep hills** in intervals, with plenty of chances to catch your breath, recover, or skip hills if needed.
This hike is designed for intermediate hikers, but itās **beginner-friendly** since you can skip as many hills as you need. Itās perfect for anyone looking to **get stronger, improve endurance, and boost their hiking fitness** at their own pace.
**Weather-Dependent Notice:**
The hike is a go, **(light)** rain or shine; However, if there's a risk of excessive mud making the hills too slippery, the hike will be canceled with around 24 hoursā notice.

**Event Guidelines:**
* **Punctuality,** Please arrive on time so we can start promptly. We won't be able to wait for more than 5min past the start time
* **Pack out everything you bring** (including nut shells, fruit peels, etc.) to help keep our trails clean.
* **RSVP:** Only those marked as āGoingā and have confirmed travel details (if requested) are eligible to attend the event.
* If your **plans change** and you are no longer able to attend, please update your RSVP as soon as possible.
* **No-shows** without prior communication may result in removal from future events.
* **Weather Considerations** The hike is a go (light) **rain or shine**, so please be prepared for the conditions. for example, If itās expected to rain, waterproof gear (like a jacket or shoes)

My community classes in High Park are by donation, for all bodies, and no experience is required. What is yoga? We combine breath, movement and awareness, all in the healing nature of High Park.
**What to bring?**
* Yoga mat (optional - the grass is nice to yoga on)

* Weather-appropriate clothing/ blanket for relaxation
We yoga rain or shine. There is shelter if we need it.

Thursday evening run/walk and beer with HH3
Hogtown Hash House Harriers (HH3) is a Toronto social running and beer drinking group, with runs happening every other Saturday, plus one Thursday and one Friday per month. We start at different locations across the city, run as a group, and typically end at a local pub where we continue to socialize. Expect plenty of laughs, songs, quirky traditions, and a beer stop or two along the way. Walkers and non-beer drinkers are also welcome!
HH3ās Thursday run is typically 4-6 km, with a shorter trail for walkers. Meet and greet at 7pm to start run around 7:30pm.

Start location: Low Bar, 1426 Bloor St W.
Nearest TTC stop: Subway, line 2, Dundas West Station
Cost: $10 for drinkers, $2 for non-drinkers, paid at start of trail.

Join us for a relaxed and creative watercolour meetup at a local cafĆ©. Whether youāre a complete beginner or an experienced painter, all skill levels are welcome.
Each session will begin with brief introductions, followed by a short overview of watercolour techniques and optional theme ideas to spark inspiration. From there, youāre free to settle in and paintāeither alongside the group or in your own corner of the cafĆ©, depending on seating.
Weāll wrap up the meetup by coming back together for a casual show-and-tell, where anyone whoād like can share their work.
The meetup is free if you bring your own supplies. If you need materials, a $5 fee will cover basic watercolour supplies.

Join us for friendly games. This badminton session is a weekly event and it is followed with dinner together but it is optional.

Due to many first timers signed up the event but no show, I have no choice to charge the first timers $10 per person as deposit via etransfer to me no later then Friday night.
