This is a smallish-group, quiet-ish meetup for ADHD brains who want to connect with their tribe without their nervous system going, 'Aiiight, I'm outta here!'
We’re meeting at **Picturehouse Central** (Piccadilly) because it’s one of those places where you can actually hear yourself think. Mostly. This is more of a tea/coffee and cake kinda venue. Sorry, booze hounds!
**The environment is**: relaxed, validating, welcoming
It won't be like whispering to each other at the back of the class, more less sensory Armageddon.
**What to expect**
A small group (human-scale, not “who are all these people” scale).
A quiet-ish venue where you don’t have to shout your personality into existence.
Conversation that can be normal (well, probably far from normal 😅. There is no need to worry about trying to fit in, no need to mask.
A soft landing. Come late, ease in, do a gentle hello, no one’s timing you.
Low-pressure hanging out. If you want to chat, great. If you want to sit and decompress near other people, also great.

After Work Social Board Game Night at Tipsy Dog
Come along for an easygoing **after work social event** and enjoy a relaxed evening with a wide selection of drinks to suit every taste.
Alongside our craft beers, we’ll also be offering wine, canned cocktails, and cider, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

I offer **trauma-aware Reiki energy healing** that combines energy work, somatic awareness, and intuitive perception to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and deeper clarity.
Each session adapts to **what your system is ready to process**. Some sessions bring deep relaxation and regulation, while others create emotional release or insight.
### Reiki Energy Session — €40
A full Reiki energy healing session focused purely on **the energy work itself**.
We begin with a short conversation about how you’re feeling or what you’d like to focus on. Then you relax while I channel Reiki energy.
This option focuses primarily on **energetic healing and regulation**, without extended intuitive guidance or deeper analysis during the session.

### Reiki Energy Healing + Guidance — €60
This session includes the **same Reiki energy healing**, with additional intuitive insights and reflections about emotional patterns, blockages, or themes that may arise during the session.
In addition to the energy work, I may share:
• intuitive observations about patterns or emotional dynamics
• somatic impressions that appear during the session
• reflections that help bring clarity to recurring situations
This option is ideal if you're looking for **both healing and deeper understanding of what is surfacing internally**.

Don’t predict anything that can happen in the gong bath, please bring an open mind with no expectations. This is an adventure. Just relax and drift off where the sound takes you 🙂
What to expect in Gong Bath?
You simply submerge in the sounds, in the ocean of sounds. All you do is lie comfortably on a mat, close your eyes and slow your breath. Just like during the relaxation after our Yoga class. You prepare yourself to become the receiver of sound. In the place of stillness you become more open and aware of each sound that comes in. Then I create the soundtrack… Your mind, body and soul is bathed with the tones of the Gongs and other instruments. The aim is to go into a deep state of relaxation, taking you to a space of neutrality, a space of bliss where the body’s natural healing process begins… It’s all about opening the passage of energy flow throughout the body to make you healthy and happy.
When you awaken, you are ready to come back to the outer world, revived, calm and full of energy.
What’s behind this technology of sound vibrations?
Sound has been used in various cultures for thousands of years to move us from a place of imbalance to a place of balance. The sound vibrations, confirmed by scientific research help return your body to a natural state of harmony. Sound helps to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state. Our fluctuating brainwaves are synchronised with a stable frequency which the brain can attune to. By using rhythm and frequency it becomes possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur). We experience our brainwave balancing to clear the mind, release stress from the nervous system and allow us to feel a deeper inner sense of peace, balance and vitality.

Join us for our chilled Sunday afternoon Meetup, for connection and sanctuary amongst others who get you.
We'll be meeting in a super chilled bar in the BFI cinema which has lounge chairs and is usually not busy at this time. NB. It's not the bar on the riverfront - see the directions below and photo.
We don't have a theme for this Meetup but please bring any topics you'd like to discuss and we'll also have the conversation cards with us.
Please note you don't have to be well-versed on Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to attend; we are merely looking to build a community of like-minded people for fun, support and connection.
There are always some people who don't come on the day, so if you're top of the waitlist, it's very likely you'll be bumped up, so please come anyway and equally if you would really like to come, please do. We're not going to turn you away! If there's a lot of attendees, we'll split into 2 groups.

**Girly Wine Night** started because making friends as an adult in London can be surprisingly hard — even when you’re outgoing. You can go out, be surrounded by people, and still leave without really connecting. So I created the kind of night I wished existed: **warm, welcoming, and built for real conversation**.
This March edition is a **Friday Social** — meaning no big activity, no pressure, just a really fun, cosy night where it’s easy to chat and mix. We’ll do a few quick icebreakers (nothing cringe, promise), then a **mini team trivia** in small table groups — plus loads of time to hang out, laugh, and actually get to know people.

Circling drop in evening
Circling is a 'present moment relating' practice, sometimes described as a relational meditation. It’s done in a group or with another person and invites feeling into the subtleties of one’s present experience in connection with others, often using words to share that experience.
**There is a beauty and power in the practice of circling and it is not for everyone. The practice may touch on some uncomfortable places, states, sensations or emotions. Circling invites a level of self responsibility and a willingness to set appropriate boundaries. Rather than a safe space think brave space, where we inquire and explore connection together.**

Both those new to Circling and those with more experience are very welcome.

The practices of Circling and Authentic Relating are often linked or spoken about together. Authentic Relating emerged from Circling and tends to be more structured, with “games” and sentence stems acting like guide rails for connection. Circling in its purest form is an interpersonal meditation and encourages self leadership, and is less facilitated. Both elicit intimacy and you may find quickly creating deep appreciation of the people you’re with and surprisingly meaningful connections. Always hard to define though and much better, in my opinion, to experience them a few times to really get a sense of the difference/overlaps.
**More about Circling and Terms of Service**
Circling is a practice that involves looking at and being intimate with the structures of one’s personal reality, which includes how we make sense of experience, individually and collectively. We find these practices to consistently deliver deeply meaningful experiences, and believe a few clarifications now will likely make this more accessible to you.
Because Circling is unique, carrying over assumptions from other practices can lead to misunderstandings about who we are, what we do, and how you are invited to engage. It is our intention to make it as clear as we can what Circling is and isn’t.
**Responsibility**
We see you as a free agent capable of honest self-assessment and responsible choice
This is an invitation to take responsibility for:
\- yourself and your experience
\- choices you’re making about what you’re accepting as true and significant
\- how you’re participating in and helping to sustain your situation
\- the beliefs and choices you’re bringing to the situation \(wittingly or unwittingly\) that are informing your experience\.
We refer generally to the willingness to take responsibility in these terms as “owning your experience.”
**Not Psychotherapy**
Circling as we practice it leads to transformational growth, but we do this through surrender, self-leadership, and interconnection rather than aiming for healing outcomes directly (like many modalities do). While honouring a wide variety of wisdom and psychological discernments from many schools of thought, we do not follow a therapeutic model of diagnosis and treatment. Our method is educational. Our emphasis is connection.
We are guides in a journey of presence, connection, and aliveness. We do not prescribe choices or actions. We do not see you as being in a therapeutic relationship with me. We work in the present moment, assuming wholeness that can include greater wholeness, exploring connection, staying mindful to notice the cost of reality choices and labels that too easily lead to misunderstanding or pathologizing. We bring a fresh set of eyes to what is happening, with the aim of understanding how updating our beliefs about what is happening can update our reality.
Circling is a practice of connection and meditation
\- Focus on the present moment\.
\- Maintain a non\-goal orientation that is encapsulated in the principle of “being with the other in their world\."
**Is this Right for You?**
Our workshops can be intense. People encounter places, states, emotions, beliefs, and sensations in themselves and others that are sometimes unfamiliar. We explore the unknown, the volatile, the ambiguous, as well as welcome emotions many deem as “negative” or “inappropriate” such as feelings of inadequacy, anger, sexuality, and joy. We refer to the willingness to feel difficult and uncomfortable truths as the “commitment to connection,” which of course includes a willingness to set appropriate boundaries, and speak a desire for space, distance, and non-contact. By attending our events you take responsibility for choosing to leave the practice or participate in any given moment—which might include getting intimate with these kinds of experiences.
We will often explore multiple sides of seeming opposites at once, such as independence and interdependence, chaos and order, agreement and disagreement. We believe this can reveal an underlying unity of the immediacy of experience.
If the above description of our workshops sounds potentially overwhelming or destabilizing for you, if you have mental illness or significant emotional challenges that you feel may be exacerbated by this type of transformational environment, or if you are not sure that you can be self-directed in taking care of your needs during the event, then we advise you not to enrol.

Flaring anger can ruin a meeting, a relationship, an opportunity, or just about any aspect of life. Worst of all, outbursts towards our family can create hurt that lingers throughout a lifetime.
You want to have a civil conversation, and you’ve vowed that you wouldn’t lose your temper, but a few minutes later, the anger flares up. In this event we show you how to get to the root of your anger so that it stops being an issue to you. You’ll also learn why people harbor resentments and how to move on.

Want to Truly Heal from Emotional Trauma?
Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few.
How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again.
So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? In this meeting, you will learn a technique to help you with that.

In person peer-led support group for survivors of complex trauma
**Complex Trauma Support Group**
Our group is intended for survivors of complex trauma. If you are here, it’s likely that so much of who you are and what you have experienced in this life is actually invisible to most people––to family, society, coworkers, and the people who are around you.
We are a peer-led group of survivors creating opportunities for ourselves and others to share our experiences, share support, and build relationships in kind community together. Survivor experiences might include: child sexual abuse, incest, child trafficking, and other experiences of people living with traumatic dissociation and complex PTSD.
**What to expect at your first meeting:**
Currently, we are offering a bi-monthly in person group at 2:00pm on the first and third Sunday of the month. The only criterion for joining the group is that you are a survivor of trauma wishing to have more kindness in your own life and share kindness with others, and that you agree to practice to group’s relational agreements available for view here: https://www.kindgroups.com/agreements. Joining the group is free of charge.
We ask that new people connect with us for 30 minutes on the phone or on zoom before coming to their first group, so that we can determine together that we are a good fit.
Our meetings last approximately 90 minutes. Participants are never required to share. You’re also welcome to choose a pseudonym and you will never be asked for private information. You are welcome to leave at any time.
The kindness that survivors can share when among others who have survived similar childhood experiences is something we rarely get to experience. Time spent with others who understand even a little bit more about us is a relief. Our hope is to help ourselves and others experience that we are not alone. We wish for our efforts to be a cause of kindness in our own lives and the lives of each other.
