Whether you prefer a slow, moderate, or fast pace, you're welcome to join — we each run at our own speed, with no pressure to keep up with others. *** **WHAT TO EXPECT ?** Our participants range in age from 29 to 65, and everyone has a different level of fitness. That's why we encourage everyone to run at a pace that suits them — **we do not pace one another**. Each run typically lasts **30 to 40 minutes**, depending on individual fitness levels.
