Finally! Someone who gets Agile and DevOps — to the point🤖
**[Klaus Bucka-Lassen](https://www.linkedin.com/in/buckalassen/)**: *An agile advisor and consultant with 25+ years experience with helping organizations streamline their agile processes.* **[Lars Kruse](https://www.lakruzz.com/):** *A Continuous Delivery and DevOps evangelist and consultant with 25+ years experience with helping organizations streamline their SDLC processes.* **For 25 years we've been preaching the basic principles of Agile and DevOps to teams, colleagues and clients.** Both Agile and DevOps have been declared DEAD many times. But now it's apparently *un-dead* (pun intended🤷‍♂️), as Agentic AI matures by the hour — a whole new breed of code contributors are entering the stage. And they get EXACTLY what it's about: **Agentic AI may just be the the best Agile and most DevOpsy team mates one could dream of.** What could possibly go wrong now? You are hereby invited to a **short intro** (roughly 30 mins, expect slightly *provocative* and *opinionated* content — something that old men are still way better at than AI) followed by a facilitated **lean coffee discussion** on an *apocaloptimistic* perspective on: ***"What the heck is going on in Agile and DevOps Right Now"*** The venue is a bar 🍻 - so do not expect anything other than lively discussions with peers. We're kicked out of the Workbar at 19:00 by the latest, but if the sentiment is right we may continue on to somewhere else and grab a bite after. \- Cheers\!
A Colossal Weekend - Thursday
A Colossal Weekend - Thursday
Very last minute I know 😔. You know the drill. Let's meet up, catch up, enjoy some (hopefully) awesome concerts and maybe drink a beer. Nothing fancy as people may attend different shows, but now we have somewhere to chat 🤘 \-\-\- A COLOSSAL WEEKEND is a yearly, three-day celebration of genre crossing, boundary pushing, and experimental music within the realm of ‘heavy’, unfolding in and around VEGA in Copenhagen, Denmark. [Tickets Here](https://www.acolossalweekend.dk/tickets) **\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-** **Meetup Attendance policy** We understand that life happens and things change, but please try and let us know if you’ve signed up to an event but won’t make it. Otherwise, we might spend the entire night worrying about you. Serial offenders will be marked as non-attendees, just so that our hard-working hosts know not to spend too much time waiting for/contacting them. Group rules (TL;DR – Don’t provoke unnecessarily, but also don’t be a massive snowflake.) This should be self-explanatory to anyone accustomed to conducting themselves in society, but let’s set it out in writing anyway. Just be excellent to each other. Respect the diverse range of nationalities, personalities, and music tastes represented in the group. Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to: Racism, Sexism, Ageism, Classism, Ableism, Genreism, Homophobia, Xenophobia, Making people feel in any way uncomfortable, Trolling, Shameless advertising, Causing avoidable arguments, Not taking a joke. NB. Swearing is allowed. Otherwise, we would have to kick ourselves out of the group, but swearing with the intent of causing offence is not ok.

Service Operations Workspace - Smart Customizations
Service Operations Workspace - Smart Customizations
**Join us for a Copenhagen ServiceNow Developer Meetup focused on smart customizations in the Service Operations Workspace (SOW)!** This session tackles one of the most common pitfalls in ServiceNow projects: customizing Workspaces without a clear strategy. We'll look at where ServiceNow is taking the Workspace model, whether your organization is actually ready for it, and how to define a customization approach that serves your users - not just your backlog. A big part of getting this right is understanding your audience. Who is actually using the workspace? What do they need to see - and just as importantly, what should they never have to deal with? We'll work through how to segment by user group, define what's relevant for each, and build a strategy that holds up over time. **Program:** * Welcome & intro * ServiceNow's Workspace vision -where it's heading and why it matters * Is your org ready? An honest readiness check * Defining your SOW strategy: audience, scope, and what to skip * Q&A and networking **Remember to bring your laptop!** **Grow your network** — This is a great opportunity to engage with fellow ServiceNow developers, swap war stories, and pick up practical ideas you can use the next day. **Win swag** — We'll draw winners of cool ServiceNow Developer Swag!

Building Scalable Customer Identity Resolution Pipelines on AWS Using AI
Building Scalable Customer Identity Resolution Pipelines on AWS Using AI
Customer identity resolution becomes increasingly complex as organizations scale across multiple systems, regions, and data formats. Traditional rule-based approaches often fail to keep up with data variability, require constant manual tuning, and struggle with real-time processing needs. This session presents a practical approach to building a scalable identity resolution pipeline using AWS services and modern AI techniques. The architecture combines data ingestion through Amazon S3 and AWS Glue, transformation pipelines using Spark on EMR, and machine learning models deployed via SageMaker for entity matching and standardization. Graph-based relationship modeling is implemented using Amazon Neptune to improve resolution accuracy by incorporating household and shared attribute context. We will walk through how machine learning models can be used for name and address normalization, how intelligent blocking strategies improve matching efficiency, and how feedback loops can be introduced to continuously improve accuracy. The session also highlights how serverless components such as AWS Lambda can be used for orchestration and real-time processing. **SPEAKER BIO** Mosaic Syed is a Senior Data Engineering and Cloud Solutions Architect with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions across global enterprise environments. https://www.linkedin.com/in/mosaic-basha-syed-92300856 **CALL FOR SPEAKERS** Learn more: [https://www.awscolumbus.com/get-involved/](https://www.awscolumbus.com/get-involved/) **THANK YOU** *VEEAM* for hosting our meetup!
