Climbing @ Bison
Climbing @ Bison
**Hi everyone** 👋 \*A few people has asked if they can join if the event is full, and of course. Just write a comment, so I have a overview.\* I’m David, and I’d love to start a social bouldering club for anyone who wants to climb, hang out, and meet new people! I will arrange a meetup climbing event every 2nd week or once a month, at different climbing gyms around the city. The focus is on: • 🧗‍♂️ Climbing and challenging ourselves • 🤝 Being social and building a fun community • 💪 Training together – all levels welcome I’ve been climbing for about 1.5 years, so I’m still in my learning phase, but I’m more than happy to help beginners get started and share the basics with anyone who’s new. We will start at **Bison in the meatpacking district the 21 February @ 14.00** o’clock. If people want, we can go for a drink or a bit of food afterwards. There will be a warm up and cool down, focusing on climbing and mobility. If you want to join in on that, otherwise drop in when ever. If you’re interested in joining, just drop a comment. Looking forward to climbing with you all! 🙌 **Short Overview of Boulder Gyms in Copenhagen and bouldering is:** **Beta Boulders** A modern and friendly gym with lots of different wall styles. Great for both beginners and experienced climbers, and there’s a nice training area as well. **Bison Boulders** Located a bit outside the city, but very relaxed and welcoming. Good variety of routes and plenty of space. A calm, nice atmosphere. **Boulders CPH** One of the biggest and most popular bouldering gyms in Copenhagen. Many routes for all levels and a very social environment. **What Is Bouldering?** Bouldering is a type of climbing done at low heights — usually up to around 4–5 meters — **without ropes or harnesses**. Instead, there are thick mats on the floor for safety. You only need climbing shoes, which you can rent, and maybe some chalk for your hands. Climbs are short “problems” or routes that you try to solve using balance, technique, and strength. Some are easy, some are challenging, and you can always choose the level that fits you. Bouldering is also very social — people often help each other, share tips, cheer each other on, and have fun together. It’s perfect for meeting new people while getting a good workout.

Copenhagen Swift & Cocoa - Hangout #4
Come hang out with fellow Apple platform developers and enthusiasts for an informal evening of tech talk, coffee, and good company. No agenda, no slides — just a relaxed get-together at a Copenhagen café where we geek out about Swift, iOS, visionOS, and whatever else is keeping us busy lately. Whether you're deep in SwiftUI architecture, experimenting with spatial computing, or just curious about what's happening in the Apple ecosystem, you're welcome here. Bring your questions, your opinions, and ideally a laptop if you want to show something off. See you there.
Fake news, generated AI and the future of “reality”
Fake news, generated AI and the future of “reality”
**Truth, Trust, Technology, and a World You Can’t Quite Verify** We’re entering a time where seeing is no longer believing. AI can generate voices, faces, videos, articles—and entire narratives—almost indistinguishable from reality. When everything can be fabricated perfectly, what happens to truth, trust, and our shared sense of what’s real? This isn’t a media literacy workshop or a tech lecture. It’s a philosophical conversation about reality itself in an age of artificial generation. *** **Topics we’ll touch on:** * When AI can fake anything, does “truth” still exist in a meaningful way? * Deepfakes, synthetic news, and the erosion of shared facts * Is reality becoming personalized—different for each of us? * Who decides what is real: humans, algorithms, platforms, or states? * Can democracy survive without a common understanding of truth? * Are we heading toward radical skepticism—or digital authoritarianism? * And finally… how do we live well when certainty itself starts to dissolve? Casual discussion. No technical background needed. Just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to question what you think you know. Whether you feel worried, intrigued, or strangely detached from it all—you’re not alone. Let’s question the images, the stories—and maybe even our own assumptions about reality.

Spec-Driven Development with GitHub Spec-Kit - Barret Blake
Spec-Driven Development with GitHub Spec-Kit - Barret Blake
**Important time note:** Please plan on arriving between 5:30 and 6:00 as the elevators lock after 6 and you'll need to message us and we'll need to come get you. The building address is 4450 Bridge Park The entrance is 6620 Mooney St, Suite 400 You will need to scan your ID at the door to get a visitor badge. **Abstract** *Spec-Driven Development with GitHub Spec-Kit: From Intent to Implementation* Spec-driven development flips the traditional workflow on its head: instead of code being the source of truth, the specification becomes the backbone of design, collaboration, and delivery. In this session, we’ll explore how GitHub Spec-Kit enables teams to treat specifications as first-class artifacts—living documents that drive architecture, implementation, and verification. You’ll learn how Spec-Kit helps teams clearly express intent using structured, version-controlled specs that live alongside code. We’ll walk through a practical workflow that starts with defining system behavior and constraints, then progressively refines those specs into testable, automatable outcomes. Along the way, we’ll show how specs can reduce ambiguity, improve cross-functional collaboration, and make design decisions explicit before a single line of production code is written. This talk will cover: --What spec-driven development is (and what it isn’t) --How GitHub Spec-Kit fits into modern developer workflows --Using specs to align product, engineering, and AI-assisted development --Real-world examples of turning specs into implementations with confidence Whether you’re building greenfield systems, integrating AI into your stack, or trying to reduce costly rework, spec-driven development offers a scalable way to move faster without sacrificing clarity. Attendees will leave with concrete patterns and a clear mental model for adopting GitHub Spec-Kit in their own projects. **YouTube Link** TBA
